Showed up and the entire staff with the exception of one were smoking cigarettes and shooting the breeze at the dumpsters. The single employee on in the store was rightfully in a bad mood.Also, they screwed up our order. I know these people don't get paid much, but we are also spending our money that we worked for. So a little.more responsibility and accountability would go a long way.

Only reason I'm giving a 4 is because the guy at the window was nice and positive. However this morning the woman on the drive thru speaker was cool throughout me ordering- helped me pick what I wanted in my ice latte, it was a very simple order otherwise, but before I pull off the lady says "jesus" under her breath but obviously I can still hear it as I pull away. It would've otherwise been a fine visit but maybe teach loudspeaker etiquette because I almost pulled off- which would have made the guy doing a fine job at the window look bad for the people behind me. Consider the customer and the rest of the team. Everyone has moments but you're literally on a speaker. Regulate yourself or give the headset to somebody else.

I never going back to this (or any) Dunkin Donuts ever again. I’m 6 months pregnant and management refused to let me use the bathroom unless I bought something. Mind you, 9/10 I do make a purchase out of consideration for the business but never again. Not here. The regular employees are fantastic. Management just lost a Dunkin customer permanently including for the app usage. Next time I’ll just pee on the floor where I stand and “Management “ can clean it up ☺️

The workers are great but they really dgaf about the quality of their wake up wraps lmao. The last 3 times I ordered them they had black residue all over the tortilla… like please clean the machine & take some pride in the food that you’re serving and that I’m overpaying for, here is the latest wake up wrap L from this morning 😭

I give up. I’ve visited this location at least 50 times in the last month or two and every single time without fail my food and coffee is gross and inedible. Whether it’s the absolute mountain of spoiled tasting cream cheese on my not toasted bagel, even though I asked for it toasted, or it’s any of the other food. like the wraps I got this morning, the bacon was slimy and completely uncooked. The worst part is, when you go back to give them a chance to fix it, it almost ALWAYS comes out exactly the same or worse. Done wasting time and money.

It's really nice here, I don’t even care for much of what's on the menu just because I’m so picky with my food health-wise; but the atmosphere is so pleasant.You can order a good meal, sit down with your work laptop, and get some extra productivity in your day in (away from whatever you have to deal with at home lol). No one will look at you sideways, and the staff are very nice and respectful.Conveniently located next to Infinity Gym, and I will definitely be here from time to time to continue my patronage here :)

Sense the far east side donkin is closed for good. This one here is absolutely busy beyond belief. Like, busy bad. Line out into the road to the stop light, blocking traffic, blocking cars. Waited almost 30 mins just to get in and get my coffee and sandwich. I walked inside, not drive thru. I timed how long. Over 30 mins. What a joke. Avoid this place. Better off making your own coffee. Which I am doing now anyway. What a joke. Plus their price for coffee and sandwiches is WAY over priced. No thanks. $4 for a large cup of coffee. No thanksParking: Good luck if you like traffic and like being blocked in.

I ordered a large hot coffee and 2 orders of hashbrowns, from 275 west 1st street Oswego NY. The coffee came within a minute, though when the worker brought the hashbrowns she said "pesto". So I didn't go to the counter because that wasn't what I ordered. A little later I asked how long does it take for hashbrowns, since I saw other customers after me receiving sandwiches. Finally, 10 minutes after i ordered, the same worker asked me again what I ordered. Then the worker who called my order pesto said these are your hashbrowns. When I told her that she originally called it something different, she said that was because their probably was a drive thru order for pesto. No apology for her mistake. So I ended up with lukewarm, instead of hot, hashbrowns. I understand we all make mistakes, though I don't think it's hard to say I'm sorry.

0 stars. me and my mother went here and the employees were rude, the lady gave us 12 bucks back and we were supposed to get 5.67? we wanted a simple headlight donut and they were out. we wanted a coconut refresher and also, they were out.

Overall, I'm very happy with Dunkin. The staff is always really nice. The only downside is that the drive-thru is always really busy resulting in much longer wait times and when I've ordered through the app, more than a couple times the order was wrong or missing something.

The workers are always friendly and get the food out at a timely speed. I normally have some pro vs. con when making these reviews, but honestly, I have nothing/ or had nothing bad from them! Great job!

Weird that you have to tell them every time that you have to put liquid sugar in a cold drink bc the sugar granules dont break down fast in cold drinks. Should be part of the training. But other than that, i love the place. America definitely runs on Dunkin.

I miss when it was Dunkin Donuts, now you can only dunk your hand in the hot coffee , it’s very annoying . Plus they don’t give you extra hot sauce like they used to . Total bs
