If you want to have unauthorized lines opened on your account and be refused refunds after being told point blank that fraud occurred, this is the store for you. To say I am disgusted with how the thief’s at this store behave would be an understatement.Before Christmas I went in to this store to purchase a new phone to be put on an existing line. At no point did I ask to have a line added but that is exactly what happened. I was charged several hundred dollars for a line, a phone activation fees and upgrade fees.I immediately noticed on my bill all the additional charges and I went back to the store. I immediately returned the phone because at this point I no longer wanted anything to do with this company. I was told by the employee I returned the phone to that this was definitely fraud. I was told I would be promptly refunded but three weeks and four trips later, I was still being denied my refund. In fact, I was told because my auto-pay for the bill had occurred, a refund could no longer be processed.After multiple communications with the staff and management at this location, nothing was ever done. The line was still active on my phone 3 weeks later. I finally called into the corporate customer service phone number today to TRY and get assistance with the issue and that turned out to be a mistake as well.The agent did help me finally get the phone line cancelled from this fraudulent activity but because I could have done it myself self online, THEY CHARGED ME $5 FOR THE PHONE CALL!!! The audacity is astounding! At this point I still hadn’t been refunded for services I neither requested or received.I made one more call into the customer service and was finally able to get in touch with a competent employee who processed a refund for me for the theft that I had experienced. This associate was understanding of the situation and my frustration with the hours of my life spent correcting an issue that in actuality I should have simply reported the theft to law enforcement.The icing on the cake is if you call the store and ask to speak with a manager you get the run around that the manager isn’t there, isn’t available and there is no way to possibly get in touch with any member of management.Overall if you want awful service, outrageous fees, theft of time and money and to pay for services you neither need, want or requested, then you should definitely go to this store.

I Recently visited the AT&T store in Oswego and was attended by a gentleman named Chris. He was extremely knowledgeable, very very patient and went above and beyond to resolve the issues I was having with my sons’ Apple watches. He was able to fix the problem and even helped me set up parental controls on my phone for them! It was definitely a very pleasant experience and would recommend 100% for everyone to visit the store specifically to see Chris…! Thank you again!

Very helpful selling you stuff, but when it comes too living up to what they sell you .. well.. 3 months of dealing with them because bill was over 100 dollars than I agreed with.. I was finally told it’s not our issue call att ..this was from a salesman after 3 months of me trying to talk to the manager and once even had assistant manger pretend to be the manager .. I said ya buy a car from a dealer and agree too a price then ya get the bill and it’s not what ya agreed do ya call Chevy , or ford ? No ya go to the dealer… so I call firstnet through att( I’m a first responder) and within 30 minutes on phone with att after 3 months of not getting phone call backs or updates from this agency and I was refunded 190 dollars for past 3 months! Never again will I go to this store!! Very helpful when they don’t have to make any effort when they do I was literally told owell it’s your issue even when they admit I’m over paying.. they don’t do refunds there and have to go to higher ups and I said after 3 months ya haven’t heard anything????worst customer support ever… huge shout too angel at first net for not only his sympathy but assistance for what I went through with this store…..Scam artist???? If ya wanna risk it ..ok you go there then you tell me when ya have too pay your bill…..I know what I think …

Anytime I’ve gone into the Oswego location I’ve been greeted right away and the staff have always been pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. I would definitely recommend them.

I was given a business plan and 2 separate lines when all I wanted was one plan and told if i switched i’d loose benefits. then was told it was only 80 dollars a month with my new phone but my bill is 700 dollars. Still haven’t got a call back on why.

Came in to get a new phone and Brandon helped us. He needs to learn how to speak to people. He is very condescending. If you try to get an explanation for something forget it. Apparently I should already know the answers to my questions when trading in my phone. Talk about being rushed, like in and out in 20 minutes he must have had better things to do. I left with more questions than answers. Worst experience ever at this location.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Ever since this store changed from corporate to authorized, it’s turned to absolute garbage. When we went in to change a phone number, you’d think that’s all that gets changed on my account. But NoOoOo! Of course they’re greedy and added a line with a different unlimited plan and added insurance to the line even though the phone is already broken (insurance fraud anyone?). I hope nobody makes the same mistake we did. Don’t go here to make any real changes to your account. I’d rather wait on hold for customer service… and that’s saying something.

Chris was amazing. We were working on the phone with ATT customer service for a LONG time only to not solve the problem. Walked into the ATT store in Oswego and Chris was amazing!!! Got it all straightened out in 15 minutes!! Super nice and incredibly knowledgeable! Great experience - thanks Chris!!

My experience is they don't want to help unless you are buying something. They hit you with every add-on and expect you to cancel them yourself. They hit you hard too, if you don't cancel. Just putting a new line on the account with an old phone, they tried hitting me with the most expensive plan and insured the old phone. I expected and said I wanted the same as the other lines. So instead of having a $22.50 payment it would have been $54.00. Glad I checked my account and made the changes.

I found that this store AT&T are not very customer friendly. I went in to pay a bill and there was 1 customer and 2 employees the one employee was waiting on a customer, the other one was fooling around with phones and tablets I sat there for 20 mins just to see how long she would wait on me.While sitting there she kept in looking at me and just pretending she was working but I found out she was texting and playing games on her phone.The other employee finally told her to wait on me.That employee ought to reprimand on the way she treats the customers. I finally called the headquarters of this company, let see if anything gets done.In the mean time I will mail my payment or change companies.

Had a great experience with Anthony; I came in to get a new line and he actually recommended I switch to this new plan that not only saved me a lot of money, but got me 50 GB of Data Per Phone & 5G!!! He also answered all my questions, convinced me on getting the newest Android with a super low installment plan for no extra charge than flat out buying it, and was just overall a pleasant and courteous guy that brightened up my day when it wasn’t going that good before.

From the time I walked in the store, nothing but good happened! First, there was Anthony! I bought the phone from him years ago, and helped me through countless little problems! This time was no different. He is patient and kind, and doesn’t get frustrated explaining things to me till I understand. The store and Company should be very proud to have him as an associate.

I had some major problems with phone service on my iphone 8 through another provider. Anthony greeted me, listened to my problem and knew immediately what the problem was. He was able to fix my phone and I switched my service to AT&T. Anthony was very informative and patient throughout the entire process. All the other staff were also very helpful and courteous. I will be a returning customer!

We reserved a phone for pickup to this store, and called more than once to confirm it’s availability in store. Upon arrival we discovered the employee never checked to ensure that the phone was in stock, and was extremely rude to us during the process. Unprofessional customer service.
