Nope not a place to stay.The room had no carpet which is always a red flag for me. The stairs, which we had to take because there is no elevator, we’re filthy. There is no light or easily accessible plug in on the night stand to charge your electric items. The handy-cap parking is not easily seen so people without handicap park in them and parking is a mess with only a long parking-lot which is at the opposite end of the entrance because there is only one door for one of the wings. The bathroom may have been clean but the fixtures where is such disrepair that you could not tell. The inside of the door has duck tape on it.Oh, and since we checked I late we were sleeping until check out. House cleaning opened the door quietly, flicked on the light, then slammed the door which is what woke us up…. Nice alarm clock I tell you.All in all I will NEVER SAY HERE AGAIN!

i don’t know why there are so many bad reviews. i travel a lot and i have stayed in many hotels in new york state. two weeks ago i was up in rochester, and all of the hotels there were absolutely horrid. we booked this hotel for a week, and from the gecko i was pleasantly surprised. the front desk people are such sweet hearts and attend to your needs 24/7. i have two very large huskies, and i was able to stay here without any problems. the rooms are very dog friendly. i was reading reviews saying that hardwood floors are a “red flag”.. what does that even mean 🙄 my room was huge and clean. there really hasn’t been any issues and this is my 4th day. there’s tons of grass outside and even a pet area where they supply doggo bags for you. i’m unsure why there were complaints about cleanliness. you can tell they really try to keep up with things, and yeah there is some mildew in the bathroom but trust me, go stay at another hotel and you’ll see 😂 for the price and location, you really can’t go wrong. the pillows could use some work, they are very flat and have no fluff to them and i’m unsure if they are in the process of renovation but i don’t think the bathroom tile and tub has been renovated but that’s okay. it feels safe and i’m not uncomfortable in any way.

I would rather give them a zero they are very disrespectful the room service was nasty and the beds were very uncomfortable they allowed people to smoke pot in the building and not say anything to them but if you get caught smoking in the room or anyplace else you will get yelled at but if you ask them a question they pretend that they can't hear you

This might be the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Before even setting foot inside, the garbage can outside the front door was overflowing with trash. The lobby has some nice flooring, and that's where the compliments end. They had turtles randomly in tanks at the front desk, which was weird. We were given a handicapped bathroom without asking if that was okay, which actually made things more difficult with our small child. In the bathroom was a spider, no exaggeration, the size of a quarter. The covers on the bed were mismatched, and the air machines in use all night made noise. Nobody at the front desk as we checked out. (I'm not much of a complainer, look at most of my reviews on here. I do way more positive than negative.) But this was an all around terrible experience and we couldn't wait to leave. Slept 5 hours and got the heck out of there.

I wish I could rate this as 0 stars. I was suppose to stay at this motel 6 for two nights. When we arrived it was apparent that they were doing renovations, which whatever , figured they were trying to improve the building. But at 6 am on the first night we were awaken by the fire department banging on our hotel door saying there was a fire and we needed to evacuate. There was no fire alarm sounding and no fire doors were closed . We quickly grabbed our stuff and evacuated the building. We stood in the parking lot for close to two hours waiting to see what was happening at which time the manager stated he would be refunding us for this night but when I asked about the next night he stated that they would be open and we would need to return for our reservation. The fire department on the other hand said it was likely that no one would be staying again due to code issues. So we went about our day trying to calm down from the initial shock. I called back around noon to ask if they were still allowing guests and was told no they were shut down for the weekend. I was told I would also be refunded for this night . So that is a total of two nights I should have been refunded. Now they are refusing to refund me for a night. You but me and my family in danger and we were forced out of our room at 6 am with nothing and you don’t want to refund us for this? If you care about you and your families safety don’t stay here as it is apparent that the owners of this motel don’t care about you either 🤷🏻‍♀️

DO NOT STAY HERE.even for a motel 6 this was pretty bad..staircases are something out of a Saw movie. Can’t believe they are charging people $150 to stay here overnight.Every trash bin was overflowing, some hallways smelled, seriously an actual nightmare. Reading other people reviews today makes me wish i had done so before i stayed.

Whole place smells terrible. Insufficient power outlets. Everything seems to be in a state of renovation, but even the updates that look new are sloppy. A/c was broken in our room, so we had to switch. Laundry facilities advertised, however currently out of order. There's a 2+ inch gap at the bottom of my door to the hallway and my room is missing half our lightbulbs! Can't wait for my stay to end.

The room I stayed in was 117, it was an immaculately clean suite. It was a spacious layout with plenty of room. The suite is divided into two rooms one a kitchenette area with a living room space and the other room is the bedroom with two queen beds a closet and the bathroom. The bathroom is pretty average in size for a hotel bathroom it was very clean also and the fixtures appeared to be new. The A/C units worked in both rooms it is December and very cold outside so it was nice to sleep in a worm cozy room.

Beware! You have been warned! This place is absolutely the most disgusting place I have ever stayed. The floor was not vacuumed, the bathroom had hair on the wall, the mold was so thick, the refrigerator was dirty. They left a dirty washcloth in the bathroom. Speaking of which we didn’t have any clean ones. The pillowcase on the one bed was still dirty and not changed. The toilet seat was loose. It was just overall disgusting. We also found someone’s mail in the room. Everything in the room did work, though. The mail was from a local which is fine but still. We definitely won’t stay there again. It’s pretty bad that our campsites were cleaner than this motel. This hotel was next to Homeland Security and the jail in the middle of nowhere. I didn’t feel comfortable there at all. Needless to say, I didn’t get much sleep that night.

This pictures are fake. The Rooms didn’t look like that. When I checked in the front desk clerk had an attitude, no hospitality whatsoever. The room was ok but the bathroom was dirty. When we were taking a shower the tub was clogged so were basically showering while water weren’t going down the drain. Towels were stain. Need to do better.

I arrived at the hotel and was greeted by a lady at the front desk who had her two young male children there with her. They were there the whole night as far as I know and they were playing around at the time, not too bothersome but very unprofessional. The lady at the desk was pleasant enough. The entire hotel was very rough, the hallway carpet was covered with stains every few feet. The entire building smelt of mildew. My room was tidy but upon lifting up the covers I saw several hairs (head and body) left behind on the sheets from the previous occupant, I slept on top of the covers. The room was in pretty rough shape as well, paint was damaged, the ceiling drywall was repaired but not textured and painted. The shower had pretty significant mold in the grout and caulk. The A/C's temperature dial was not present so I had limited control over my comfort level. The bathroom door was visibly rusted on the bottom and didn't close fully (hit in the jam).I've stayed at many Motel 6 so I have pretty realistic expectations of them, they're typically well priced, clean, but fairly basic. My experience staying here was more in line with the $25 a night dive hotels I've had the misfortune of staying in, not at all worth the hefty $95 a night price tag I payed. I have serious buyers remorse about buying this room for the night and I likely will opt for something other than a Motel 6 in the future.

When we got to the first room we were put into the door was wide open and there was broken glass everywhere on the floor due to one of the paintings now being on the floor. The room looked disgusting and we immediately asked for another room. In the next room the beds had bugs and bit us throughout the night. The bathroom was disgusting and we refused to even use it at all. The beds are extremely uncomfortable and the staff is not kind at all. The male worker was friendly and switched our room but the manager was very rude when I tried to explain something to her and in the morning when we was leaving she gave me a dirty look.

The rooms are large and clean and the staff is attentive and helpful.On the downside there is no artwork in the rooms that are being renovated so the room didn't seem as homey as I would like.Additionally, the lobby and hallway reeked of cigarette smoke, something that I despise. However, the non smoking room I stayed in was completely free of the smell.

It was a great stay at a great price! With great customer service! When we first arrived there was a mix up with our reservation but the owner and her husband made every attempt to fix it. Also, another customer was just completely rude to them from the time he walked into the hotel until he received his key and then even after still managed to speak to her in a rude manner. However, she handled it perfectly and continued as if it hadn’t happened. I say that is great customer service!!! We will be returning in the future!

When I arrived, people were blaring music and drinking beer outside. Despite most of the hotel being empty, I was given a room connected to a family playing mariachi music all night. The hallways were full of trash. There were ice machines but no containers for them. They didn't know I had made a reservation for it.Rooms: Outlets as far away from the bed as possible. Paint dripping from the ceiling. No lights.

Best part of the place is the affordability. Thats the only redeeming quality of the place. There is so much potential with this place, but it is in such a state of disrepair. None of the rooms have numbers on the door or next to the doors, they are all sitting on the floor next to the doors. The stairwells dont look like they have been cleaned since the airport was operational. The rooms were pretty dirty, especially the bathrooms. The place has an odor about it, and the staff werent very friendly at all. If you want to save money, stay here. If you want a decent place to stay, keep shopping around

First off they gave me a room that wasn't cleaned yet. Bad start. The place is old and nasty smelling. No ice bucket. Another strike. Bathroom was disgusting and toilet was leaking. I didn't even bother showering, even though I needed one, because it was so gross. I've stayed at updated Motel 6's and they are nice. The only thing updated at this place was the "pardon the mess we're updating sign" and no visible sign of updating. Stay else where at any cost.

Very nice, modern, spacious room with a fridge and microwave. They are in the process of remodeling. Pets are free. There were some cleanliness/supplies issues. The first room only had one bath towel, and no wash cloths or hand towels. There was urine and hair on the restroom floor at the base of the toilet.They moved me to a different room, which had urine on the toilet rim. There was no soap in the room, and only one wash cloth and bath towel.Staff was friendly. Plenty of parking. Overall, it was a great value. They just need to make sure the restrooms are properly cleaned and stocked with towels.

Our room was simple, but very comfortable and clean. The hotel's first floor lobby area, and carpets throughout the first floor provided a first impression of, 'seedy hotel' though. Dirty and was past overdue for replacement! No amenities but a fair value for a quiet night's sleep.

Fine experience overall. Place needs major help with the disgusting carpet throughout. Front lobby and gym and ??? have been renovated but the hallways are really gross. Room was clean but not enough outlets at all and had to unplug the light every time we wanted to use the coffee maker. Staff was very friendly and always available for any assistance. Young woman at the front desk was very nice and accommodating.

The bathroom ceiling and toilet leaked! The towels were all wet! Under the toilet paper on the wall was covered in rust or blood couldnt tell. Wall paper was ripped half off the wall with mold all over the wall and it honestly smelled like 50 cats peed in there!!!! The lobby was nice and smelled like Christmas trees……. If I wasn’t so tired and had to get up so early I would’ve left. The lady at the front counter was nice though

This hotel caught fire on the morning of August 20, 2022. You can google the name of the hotel and the word 'fire' to verify what I say. Fire alarms did not work, smoke detectors were silent, fire doors did not open, the hotel had no emergency exit maps. The staff told people to stay in their rooms and did not call 911. We only made it out alive after one other guest called 911 and woke others up. The staff was waiting outside, unwilling to help guests escape the burning building. Their safety equipment required by law was in such poor shape that the town pulled their occupancy permit immediately. This is the kind of service that Motel 6 has given us. You can google the hotel name and 'fire' to verify every word I write.

Front desk staff was very pleasant and friendly. Room was ok.. Carpet was very worn and old, room could use updating.. The fridge was more like a freezer and the heat.. You had to be either really really warm or freezing there was no middle ground. Parking lot has a lot of potholes... But i guess for $62 including tax, you get what you pay for. I wouldn't bring my kids here though.. Didn't seem sanitary enough.

We were early to check in with a fairly large group of other family. Since our rooms were not ready yet, we looked for a place to gather and wait. The lobby was quite small and not enough room for us all. When the girl who was working ended her shift, the male that took over offered us a room off the lobby that had tables and multiple chairs to sit at. Why she didn't offer it, I don't know. We were thankful to have the place and cleaned up after ourselves. The toilet seat in my room was broken, but was fixed within minutes of reporting it. The cleaning lady had to know it was broken when she cleaned it. Why wasn't it reported by her? I thought the room was a bit pricey and there wasn't even a continental breakfast, only coffee.

It would have been nice to have been told this location was under renovation. Common areas had no carpeting and walls were unfinished everything was dusty except the front counter.what carpets there were in the hall and rooms are stained and just look dirty. In the room everything worked well and the bathroom was very clean. Housekeeping did a wonderful job. All the front desk people were very nice.I would not recommend this hotel until the renovations are complete.

The room was good. Furniture (mainly a desk) could have been in a different location. We asked for a extra pillow and one was brought up to us quickly. They were in the midst of remodeling so, I'm sure there are upgrades coming. The location was fine. It was only 11 miles to Turning Stone. I thought we were suppose to have continental breakfast but, did not see one. Other than that The room was clean and it was quiet.

Wish I could put 0 stars. Lobby smelled like weed. Towels in the room had black and brown stains on them. The best part is that there was surprise in the toilet waiting for me. The WORST place I have ever stayed. No exaggeration.
