I bought a grill that was on sale. It was a great deal on a really nice grill. The workers measure the opening to my suv and needed to take a side tray off to make it fit. The screws were quite pesky and it was taking some work to loosen things up. I apologized for the extra work they had to do, but everyone responded with " it's not a problem at all" Super Job to all of the staff! Thank you so much. I will be seeing you guys soon.

Getting into the location is somewhat of a hassle during busy traffic on union road but the staff here are usually pretty friendly. It's a decent place to pick up basic items for hardware, lawn and paint. The wood selection is not great and I would recommend going to Lowes or home Depot for that kind of thing. Overall its a nice little store for that quick pick up item without the hassle of going into a bigger box store. My family's been going there for years.

I stop by Valu Home centers at least 3 times a week. Clinton and Roessler store. The Staff if Excellent especially " DAVE" He is so polite, helpful, and he had been there for years. He i believe is one of the greatest assets to VALU. Great store with tremendous selection. Mark

I had an excellent customer service experience with employees at Valu. They were unhurried and polite and immediately offered to help me find what I needed. They also explained how to install the spool in my weed wacker with patience. I am glad that I have a hardware store nearby that treats me like a friend, not like someone who needs to be managed and ushered out the door. For all that big box stores offer in volume and range of products, they do not handle customer service well. Valu does and that is why I will always go there first.

Very clean store. The employees are very friendly and eager to help and answer any questions you may have. They have lots of good deals on brand named items. Most things are reasonably priced. I actually enjoy shopping here more than the big box stores.

I love valu. The staff is always friendly and willing to help. It's small, but has most everything you need for jobs around the house. Not a fan of the huge chain stores because they are overwhelming and sometimes you have a hard time finding help.

Good alternative to the 'big box' home improvement stores - much more like a neighborhood hardware store experience. Staff is generally helpful and knowledgeable. Valu stocks plenty of the little items you need to finish a project. - without having to wait in a check-out line for a half-hour.

I found some good deals here like plastic window kits where there were 3 to a box for 4.44 they are the kind where after you put them up you use a blow dryer to make them tighten so they are as clear as your window.

I LOVE the VALU Home Center on Orchard Park Road as everyone the Revis always has so helpful! They always know where to find every product, have great recommendations, and savvy advice! It is a quick in and out, and the prices are great!

Valu is different than Lowe's and Home Depot. They really want to help you. Their selection is not as big on some things but they have the local hardware store feel.

My favorite hardware store!It doesn't compete with the huge chains, it doesn't carry a lot of lumber, plants or some of the other things the huge chains do.BUT IT WINS WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! HANDS DOWN!!!
