Deli Sucks waited took a number stood in line. Girl just yelled out who's next. This is not an auction this is where people spend their money on necessities. It's Sunday I don't want to argue with anybody today Just walked out took my business elsewhere. Market in the square here I come. Management needs work here!!!!!!Spend $1000s here each year. We have too many other options!! No thank you

I had a problem at the store that caused me to be livid. I called and spoke with Mike, the manager, the next day, and he was very professional as well as making sure to make it right for me, the customer. His professionalism and customer skills were right on point. My hope is that the rest of the staff are trained and provided with some autonomy to make it right for the customer before they leave the store. Thank you Mike.

Why do people always say tops is cheap ? It's even more expensive that Wegmans. Just more disappointing. Meat was buy 1 get 1 today . Yet the smaller package of chicken breast is the same price as the large chicken breast packs anywhere else .

If you are not going to have a functioning number dispenser in your deli area, the deli staff needs to be attentive, at a minimum. Not apathetic, and not disrespectful like they were today. We waited our turn in an amorphous line to be ignored repeatedly. There are lots of other grocery options. Very disappointed. The deli staff needs to be retrained.

My local supermarket. Good selection. I’ll sometimes shop at other supermarkets or Target or Walmart if I’m driving around, but this location is my go-to when I’m shooting out from home and looking to get groceries together for the week. The remodel in 2020 classed the place up considerably (I still miss Orchard Fresh, though). The store always looks clean. Not sure why other reviewers have such a hard time with the self-checkout. I never have a cashier cash me out anymore. Self-checkout is fast, I can bag things the way I want, and I’ve never had an issue paying with either cash or card. It’s very easy to do.

never had any issues in 8 years. on this particular day, i found out after checking out that something was stocked incorrectly and they wouldnt give me the sale price. lady watching the front end was not helpful at all. went to wegmans.

Bought a Chicken Ceasars wrap at the carry out Cafe. When I went to eat it it was chicken and lettuce no Ceasars or cheese. Called the store and M ick was very polite , apologized and offered a new one. Whi h was great. He did a great job to satisfy this customer. Thank You

I like it's open 24hrs, but the cashier who works at night is not as friendly as she could be.This visit is 5 years later, March 2027 3:00pm. The guy, very thin, middle age with a yellow vest working the recycling when I was taking my mother there was straight up rude, when the machine said error, not only to me but my mother and had major attitude. Just pushing things around having a tantrum. Not my issue the machines were needing service.Took the tickets to the customer service desk and the brown curly hair ponytail, heft build women, was straight up rude when taking the tickets as I didn't know they go there. I then have my scratch offs to give and she says, "what's up?". I don't know what happened to Buffalo since I moved, but their people are either miserable or their management needs some major help. Leadership starts from the top down and these people except Darrin who helped in the meat department need some customer service help. Sadly, Tops just took a nose dive and either needs to treat their employees better or model better. I am not upset with the employees as much as their management and headquarters are prime examples of modeling how employees act. Truly, unfortunately, to have this much misery around. Sorry Tops employees. Management DO BETTER!

I was just in there trying to get donuts for a work function and every single donut i picked up had mold on it. Then i resorted to a cake. No price tag and the front desk associate acted like it was my problem. I’m absolutely disgusted.

Arrived to shop yesterday at 6:30PMOne lane open, 5 self checkouts closed.I ended up leaving my shopping cart due to I do not work there to be playing cashier.I ended up going to The Tops in Hamburg which was less staffed and a more pleasant experience.

I shouldn't have to swipe my card 4 times for one purchase for a single bottle of laundry detergent. And ya wonder why people's cards are being compromised. WORK ON YOUR SECURITY!!!!!!!! If you want to set up self checkouts make sure they work or hire some people that can run a cash register.

I am in Tops several times a week. Associates are friendly and helpful, store is clean, front desk/ customer service always pleasant. Lois, Asst. Manager, very accommodating. Even though she is busy, she is extremely kind, & takes time to assist customers.

Love this tops. However, their carry out department seemed confused, uninformed, when I ordered 7 fish fry’s . The lent special advertised everywhere. Order 6 fish fry’s get 7th free now thru the end of lent. There are several choices I’m not gonna reprint the ad here. Really frustrating when you place an order, literally reading from the ad, and the associate says: well uhhh I’m not sure….. well, just order it please, all the same sides, thank you. (Was not a special order at all)How are you not sure? There’s even pictures on the website and windows!!! 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️. Kinda concerned what my order is going to look like.Update:Carry out cafe manager called me back to confirm the order. Fingers crossed 😁

The Orchard Park store is one of the worst run supermarkets I have ever shopped. There are always large stock carts all over the store blocking isles during the day at the busiest times, which is ironic considering they are out of stock on many common items on a regular basis. They never have enough staff working, often only one or two cashiers, so you are forced to use the self checkout unless you want to wait in line forever. This problem is compounded by the self checkouts being complete garbage that continually have errors and require the one single cashier supervisor to come over and clear the errors on yours and the all the other self checkouts. The store is a complete mess, outdated, and so much junk is crammed into each already narrow aisle that you can barely get by when you consider all the stock carts just sitting there unattended and an unnecessary amount of floor displays. It is unfortunate because some of the staff there is actually very pleasant and they try, but the store is run terribly. And one more thing, if you want to use the can/bottle return, don't bother. Almost without fail all or most are out of service or just sit there full as there is no staff available to empty them. It is actually more efficient and convenient to drive 20 minutes out of my way to Wegmans in Lancaster than down the street to this Tops store. If I could give it negative stars, I would.

It's a relatively fine tops with a good selection, although they seem a little shoplifter-happy. Twice I was here I was accused of shoplifting after leaving the store and forced to go back inside and dig my receipt out of the garbage can to show them to their embarrassment I was not shoplifting. This was pretty insane and the only thing I can think of why this would happen is maybe I dont dress as fancy as normal Orchard Park grocery shoppers? No idea but this happened twice

I was at the deli and was totally ignored by the gentleman working. I stood there for about 5 minutes before I got his attention. He says I'm in the middle of doing an online order come back in 5 to 10 minutes. I walk back over about 5 minutes later and he's helping other customers that came strolling by a few seconds after I had walked away. Very rude and disrespectful!

Tops OP is the hands down winner of the bread with the most holes in it. I have been eating tops Vienna bread since I was a kid. I don't remember this bread having so many holes in it. Every time I buy a loaf, it has several pieces with holes. Tops markets is not what it used to be. Their attention to detail is sorely lacking.

I stopped at this Tops in Orchard Park on my way home from an appointment. There's is ample parking and I parked in a handicapped spot. Plenty of those available also. There are handicapped accessible restrooms also. The store us very clean and organized. The employees are friendly and eager to assist you. There very many checkouts open to accommodate the shoppers. I was finished it a few minutes.

Wow what a difference between this tops and the tops in east Aurora. I live 5 minutes from the east Aurora store but will drive out of my way to go to this one. The place is actually stocked and the workers actually work! My cashier riker and his helper Marcus I believe it was on lane 3 were wonderful, worked fast and efficient with excellent customer service. The manager at east Aurora should take tips from the orchard park manager.

I was treated horrible. I almost cried. I went to pick up my flash food order and a very clueless person told me to go in the fridge and grab it. Ive always had an employee get itfor me to verify i picked it up. I opened the fridge and proceeded to find my item. Another employee comes by and asks me what i was doing. I explained what i was doing and she tells me i should never help myself. I yold her the other employee told me to. She then reprimanded the employee in front of me and yelled at me to shut the fridge door cause i was letting the cold air out. I just feel aweful.

Very diappointed with cutomer service, I did not get her name. We went to pick up a money order from Western Union between the hours of 11am and 1pm. Not only was She quite rude with the way she informed us about the policy with the fact that they don't pay out if there is a security question. Fine cool, but she repeatedly misgendered my wife numerous times even after I corrected her, my wife corrected her....... we pointed out that there is a F marker on the I.D. she gave us the " excuse" that she only read the last name and that was it.....no appology. If anything she continued to misgender my wife maliciously. We had to walk out because if we didn't I would have been mad and probably lost my cool and demanded to see a manager at that point. My wife and I will not be going there ever again and have informed our frineds and family of the incident. Tops, this is a poor representation of your company and we surely hope that this gets resolved and dealt with.

The bakery at Orchard Park Tops is AMAZING. My son wants a blue rocket cake for his birthday so I called and spoke with Shannon in the bakery. She was not only willing to decorate this custom design for me, but excited to do so! She is also making a custom cupcake cake for us in the shape of a rocket. They made a custom cupcake cake for me 2 years ago in the shape of a cow that was adorable. And they are so affordable! Highly recommend OP Tops bakery and truly appreciate Shannon's professionalism and politeness.

I liked that it was a quick in and out. I got mostly what I needed then a quick check out. There was only 1 person in line for checkout ahead of me and they were almost done. Unfortunately they didn't have everything I was looking for at this location and had to go to a different tops.

Usually incredibly busy. Hard to return bottles and cans - they don't accept a certain brand that I know is refundable and common. Staff friendly enough, some go ago above and beyond. Good for quick stops. I'd hate to do all my shopping here.

Store has been updated and is very nice. The only thing I would complain about is there are no signs IN the aisles anymore. If I'm in the middle of an aisle and need to find something, I need to go back to either end of the aisle to read the signs. Poor planning!
