Not enough staff, never can find anybody to help. The bathroom was filthy and all they did was close it. The store seems in a constant state of remodel so it’s difficult to get around and find what you’re looking for. The shelves are poorly stocked. If you do the two hour delivery, you can expect it won’t be ready until the next day and they are spaced on over half a dozen orders. I could walk to the store in less time. Long wait at customer service and pick up, last time was 20 minutes standing in line and they only had one person handling everything. This time there was a long line and two employees trying to help almost a dozen people.

Please be careful and aware of your surroundings when visiting this store. There is an asset protection employee that currently works for Target, that inappropriately and unprofessionally invaded my personal body space while he was being trained at the Cheektowaga Target location. The asset protection manager for the area, Joseph A., stated that this individual was fired- yet I just saw the employee still working as asset protections at another Target location. Be aware and alert- he may be in marked asset protection clothing or in plain clothing.

I’m recovering from 2 surgeries on my leg and shopping on line and picking up order is the best ever and there is no fee like insta cart at other stores. I have used many times and will continue to do so

I used to love going to Target; however, ever since Covid the store never bounced back. It’s always messy and hardly stocked. I was in the Christmas section today and it looked like everything was literally tossed on a shelf. Zero organization. It looks like a store that’s going out of business. Saw one employee in the section just standing there looking at the Christmas decorations not restocking the several carts of restock in the area. It’s absolutely disappointing it’s no wonder why everyone mostly shops online because you can’t find anything in the stores. I just wish the store was better taken care of and stocked and organized like it used to be.

Staff was snobbish, unhelpful, nothing in the store I liked except it's cleanliness. Starbucks is overpriced and they wouldn't even give me a receipt...However, for placing an order for pickup , it's nice and easy

There are so many options, I love this store and I would honestly shop here all the time, but the prices on most of the items are outrageous. I went for a birthday gift for my daughter and the LOL Dolls that she wanted were quite a bit more expensive than what I've paid at Walmart or online, same with other items. I could spend hours there looking at everything and if I had the money I would spend way too much lol the staff is friendly, the store itself is clean and so are the bathrooms

Went In to purchase a corner bookshelf for my sons playroom, it was much heavier than expected. I had my infant son and my mother with me, she flagged down an employee to call for help getting it to the checkout and into the car. She called twice with no response. My son was starting to fuss and get upset so we really couldn’t keep waiting, by this time it’s been about 15 minutes, so the employee and I tried lifting it ourselves, it didn’t fit into the bottom of the cart so we had to try getting it to the top, I had to hold onto it so it didn’t slide off on the way to checkout. At checkout the employee called for carry out assistance and again no answer. I had to load this heavy bookshelf out of the cart and into the car myself. Never had any issue like this before with Target, really disappointing

Decent place to shop mostly. Ever so often they rearrange the place. It feels like 13 ghosts or labyrinth at times. Stuff can be hard to find, but overall it’s decent stuff. They have a lot of decent enough prices

Store dint have a variety of clothes for women. Boxes were everywere not neat. Compare to the target on delaware this one needs alot of work and rearrangement.

Hey I don’t leave reviews often, but the target at the Quaker Crossing has been a dependably good experience. The store is always organized and clean and the employees are helpful and friendly.The music sometimes is a bit somber/sappy/yuck…. But I can quickly and efficiently shop there so that’s why I gave it 5 stars

My fiancé and I experienced a store-related issue today at the 5622 Amanda Lane, Orchard Park location. The manager made us stand outside at 10 o’clock in the middle of the storm while there were still customers inside checking out and leaving, with employees still in the store, as well. I told him our ride wasn’t going to be there for another 30 minutes and the woman who worked inside told us we can stay as long as there are employees still inside, but he made us stand outside in the middle of a freezing storm while I’m sick. He told us it was, and I quote, “a safety issue.” There was no equality, kindness or compassion in what he did. Management should always treat their customers like equals. He stood inside watching us freeze after we had spent well over $200 of our hard-earned money in the store. I couldn’t believe it!! I understand what it’s like wanting to go home during a storm, but that doesn’t mean you should treat people like dirt. It’s a safety issue making customers stand outside in the middle of a storm for 30 minutes!! Luckily, one of the employees offered to give us a ride home. That was extremely kind and we are so blessed!! If it weren’t for her, we would have been stuck outside freezing probably for another 15-20 minutes at least. Can’t believe the manager would treat people like this.

The store is so clean. I would, however, see change the way the makeup is arranged. Circles make it too hard to find things. Bought makeup remover and had to search for.the cotton wipes. Almost left without them. Too hard to move around that section.

I was, literally, looking for Consumer Cellular. The representative is back in electronics but you have to ask. There is no signage and they do not wear a CC company shirt or vest.The representative was very helpful but they will not give you a hard price, "because it's based on your usage, it can fluctuate ".

My girl Meredith was so helpful and so kind. It was later at night and I could tell they were closing soon and she was still so ready to help. Helped me purchase an iPad and was extremely helpful. Great costumer service on her part. Don’t get that a lot now a days. On the other hand as she was in the back grabbing my iPad that I was purchasing I had cash and a credit card sitting on the table. This other women who was extremely nasty didn’t get her name closed the register down right in front of us. Then gave Meredith an attitude for helping us. Like really? So unprofessional and rude. Seemed to be management too.

I brought my kids with me to pick up a gift for their cousin. Joe at the customer service counter was helpful and courteous and even covered the item in case it was a gift for one of my kids who were with me. I don't think I'd find the same customer service at other big box stores. Keep up the good work, customer service jobs can be trying.

I used to love this location until the remodel. Now the store seems all makeup and beauty/bath items. The store itself has lost the target feel and has fallen into a normal department store appearance. I have noticed with everything moved I can not find anything or it is out of stock with a recommendation for looking online. I used to love coming here for clothes and still love the brands but it's become a waste of time to go in store.The olds kids clothes barely have a section and I don't do kids clothes shopping online.

5 stars given not to this store but to employee Amanda Cirino. This employee, she went over and beyond the call of duty to assist and we couldn't thank her enough! Do hope managers Steve or MJ see this, you have an amazing employee who has some of the best customer service we have ever experienced and hope she is given the good credit she deserves because she is a true example of excellent customer service! Thank you Amanda for helping us as you did...if anyone needs anything for sure would request her assistance...you'll see this type of customer service still exists! Store overall is good, staff nice, clean and would recommend.

Ben was extremely helpful at the self checkout machine. He fixed our issue with the machine quickly and ensured us that if we had any more issues he would assist us!
