Conveniently located, easy access from North/South and East/West. Umbrella in entry way for rainy days, very thoughtful. Store is well organized, staff is very friendly and helpful but need more familiarity with inventory. Specifically asked staff or two different items and was told store did not carry them. A customer overheard me and showed me where to find exactly what I was looking for. Limited choices of wet puppy food was disappointing, had to make trip to competitor location. Clean, bright, welcoming.

Great workers there. Adopted my new bestis buddy Fritz there. I think the store manager took over when i said i wanted to addopt Fritz. Helped me get the gotta have items. It in my opinion the nicest pet suoplies plus ive been in. Had a homie feel to it.

I have a zoo and from out of town so I thought I'd check it out. Nice store huge , huge and different selection of everything. But not much for birds, tortoise,and cats. And on the pricey side compared to what I'm used to. Not just a few cents either .*I thought the name was familiar but not inside. I just looked through my cards I am a member but I went to the one (I think) in or close to a North East.

Typically our go to pet store, however the last 2 times I have gone they have had large bags of Merrick dog food in the wrong spot. So you think you are going to pay $59 for a bag and then they charge around $75 and refuse to honor the listed price.

My dog got groomed there yesterday and they did a horrible job. He's a golden doodle and they took way to much off his face and doesn't even look like the same dog. They claimed he had burrs on his face when he doesn't even go in the fields. Then they charged me more and gave him a flea and tick baths when they claimed they saw 1 or 2 fleas on him. When the dog had no signs of fleas. He doesn't itch or have any residue of fleas on him. I won't be going to your groomers again. You ruined my dogs appearance. His hair on his body and face is to short. Especially since you shaved his whole face

Their dog wash facility is nice, store is what you'd expect from a big box pet store. Sale prices are good.

Had my Yorkie groomed yesterday at the OP location. They are always so friendly and helpful! Courtney groomed him for me . What a great job she did ! I’m very happy ! If you have a yorkie she’s the girl ! She made him feel comfortable since he has anxiety ! She was gentle and patient with him !Thanks again !!!

Extremely disappointed! I took my dog to get her nails done. The cashier was very disrespectful and rude. She told me I couldn't get my dogs nail done because the guy was busy grooming a dog. He has only had one dog. The cashier also told me I couldn't wait until the guy was done. Any other petsupplies always have 2 in nails/grooming. I'm also able to wait at the others until my turn comes.

Nice store that looks clean and neat. The cashiers have always been extremely friendly, too. One negative is the fairly limited selection for birds. I can still usually grab a few bags of food for my birds here in a pinch, but I wish they had a variety similar to their location in West Seneca. More of a 4.5 out of 5, as it’s a nice place and its convenient location in the Tops/Lowe’s plaza has saved me time while out running errands.

Really great “convenience” store for pets. Came in looking for raw food and treats and Healthy Pet did NOT fall short! Clean store and FRIENDLY staff! Special thank you to employee Missy for taking 5 minutes to talk with me. PLEASE support local pet stores that support dog owners and local rescues. Pay the extra $1 for dog food.

We use them for grooming. They do a great job and seem to really care about our dog. The DIY dog wash area is so much better than the other locations.

Extremely Disappointed! I spent over 30 minutes trying to fit my dog for a new collar and harness not only was I NOT asked by any associate if I needed help The cashier had a major attitude. I do the majority of my shopping online but when it comes to collars and harness I like to actually try them on my dog so I don't waste time or money ordering the wrong size online. I Always had great customer service for many years here & I Love that there are so many options, I don't know what happened to the awesome friendly staff but this was a disappointing visit!

I used the self serve pet wash. Staff was very friendly. They got me all set up. Explained how to use all the equipment. They were very understanding when my dog decided to shake off and the water went all over the place . The store offers a large selection of items as well. Highly recommend

I took both of my dogs for grooming at Pet Supplies Plus - Orchard Park on 11/23/22. I told the groomer that I did not want them shaved down, as winter has arrived and I don't want them to be cold. I also specifically said I did not want their faces to have a poodle cut. I brought a picture of what I wanted and left the photo with the groomer. When I arrived to pick them up, both dogs were shaved down and 1 of them had a poodle cut on her face.To make all of this worse, within a couple of days, if you touched the ears of one of the dogs, she would yelp. She could not even shake her head back and forth. If she tried, she would yelp. I looked in the other dog's ears and saw that her ears were bloody. I could still not get near Betsy's ears to see what was causing her discomfort.Fortunately, Betsy was scheduled for her spay on Monday 11/28/22. I asked the vet to look in her ears during her surgery. Poor Betsy had a major infection in both ears due to her grooming. The vet said it was from the plucking and that they left too much moisture in her ears after grooming.Betsy was prescribed drops for her ears. We had to clean her ears out daily and put the drops in. Betsy's condition did improve with the medication. Although, I don't know how this awful experience will affect future groomings for this poor pup!On 12/5/22, I went into Pet Supplies Plus to speak to the Store Manager. I had pictures of my dogs before their cuts, the photo of how I wanted them cut, photos of how they looked post cut, a photo of the bloody ear and several photos of Betsy's extremely infected ears. I also had the vet report and bill for the $25 ear prescription. I requested reimbursement for the $25 and for the $176 grooming fee. I did not think this to be unreasonable. If Betsy did not have her spay appointment already, I would have asked for reimbursement for the vet visit, which I'm sure would have been at least the $176. I was very nice in my dealings with the store manager. I even said I was willing to take the reimbursement as a store credit, as I still planned to shop there, but my dogs would never be groomed there again. She said she would need a couple of days to look into and would get back to me.When I did not hear back from Pet Supplies Plus, I called to check the status on 12/12/22. She stated that it had been busy, but that she did submit for reimbursement for the $25 prescription. I asked about the $176 grooming fee. She said she would have to look into it and get back to me. Again, no return call, so I called back on 12/20/22. Still no answer on whether they would reimburse the grooming fee. I asked for the District Managers phone #. She said she would have them call me. Never received a call. I called back on 12/28/22. The Store Manager I was working with was off that day, so I spoke to another manager. I also asked her for the District Managers number, she said she would have them contact me. And she would have the Store Manager call me back as well.On 12/30/22, I had still not heard back from anyone. I thought I would try the Corporate Headquarters. I was only able to leave a message there. Haven't heard back from them yet. I called the Store Manager again, she still had no check for the $25, no answer on the grooming reimbursement and said she would have the District Manager call me.I find this lack of customer service very disheartening. Unfortunately, they are about to lose a customer for life, not to mention all of the negative word of mouth they will receive. I've worked in the customer service industry many years. From my experience, it would be worth paying out the $200 to keep a customer and not have negative reviews posted.

Best pet store in town. Staff is super friendly and helpful. I use the self-serve dog wash. Saves me a ton of hassle and time. Also, they offer grooming and have a huge selection of dog food, dog accessories and other animal products too. I just have only a dog so I focus on the dog stuff.

This is our first experience as customers at Pet Supplies Plus. There were specific items we were looking for that we needed for our hound mix River. The young lady that helped us knew the products and made valid recommendations that made our shopping easy. We also picked up a bowl which she really needs, and the prices were a good value on all the items.

Took my 13 yr old little shithzu for grooming. He's losing eyesight and hearing, so paid extra for senior dog "special treatment". Leah was the groomer . I picked him up and the poor thing was completely skinned. His face was knicked up, his ears cut so short. He was clearly traumatized as hes been shaking for two days since. Stay awayfrom this place. If you could see my dog its pathetic. Never should've paid this woman

I love all the stuff I can get my dog. However, the fish and reptile section is super small. There are no live fish or reptiles here.
