I just boarded my Husky this past week and he loved it ! They had all great things to say about him, which they keep in their notes. Very clean and friendly staff !! It was a little pricier than I'm used to for boarding but regardless my dog was well taken care of

I unexpectedly rescued an Old English Bulldog and needed boarding for a few days. The staff is amazing and super easy to deal with-I wasn't sure of his temperament etc but they said bring him in ! I think Ivan had a great time and will definitely take him back.

We love Eagle Ridge! Our high energy dog loves going there and comes home all tuckered out. She plays with many other dogs and loves going there. The staff listens and follows any special requests we have. They are always happy to see her come through the door whenever we bring her.

Eagle Ridge has taken care of our cat several times when we've been out of town. What a wonderful place! Our cat receives exceptional care and comes home happy and healthy. We never worry about his care while we're gone and know he's receiving personal attention with total commitment to his well-being.

We used the kennel for the first time this past weekend and we couldn’t be more thankful for your caring staff for taking care of our Maggie. She is one tired out little lady today. Surprising how many people are complaining about pricing. These people are handling our family member. The pricing is comparable to other kennels. The only thing I wish we knew up front was we couldn’t extend time. We have used other kennels with our old dogs and when on vacation if we were running late or decided to stay an extra day it was never a big deal. With daylight savings it through us off a little and had to speed home after calling an asking for an extra hour to pick up even offering to pay extra. We got called 30 minutes before pick up and were told they can make a 1x exception but at that point we were 15 minutes out. Just wish they told us that at 9 am when we called so my kids could of got out more to stretch their legs. Other than the strict pick up policy we loved the kennel and definitely will be using them again in the future.

We dropped off our dog Monty for his first time boarding at Eagle Ridge. I was a bit worried how our large dog would do because he has separation anxiety, and he’s never been to a dog boarding place. He has only had pet sitters. I called every day to see how he was doing and they explained what his activities were for the day and how he was eating/drinking and his mood. It made us feel much better. They offer the option for your doggie to go in play groups based on temperament during boarding. I felt most assured when a staff member said they hung out with our dog and pet him a lot. They call him “Mr. personality”.When we picked him up, I was scared he was going to be a nervous from our time away, he has acted very weird during previous times when we went away.However, at Eagle Ridge, he came back sooo happy and comfortable. He was super calm and acted like he never missed us! I definitely recommend Eagle Ridge Kennels.

I want to make sure everyone knows the truth. After 24 years of dedication Tammy the groomer quit last March. And, this March after 26 yrs Mary quit. If you look at the meet our staff part of the website the only two people that are still part of Eagle Ridge Kennels are the owner and her husband. Everyone else has quit prior to Tammy's departure. I have made several requests to have my picture removed from their website as is it considered "misappropriation of your likeness". This is not meant to intentionally hurt anyone but to let people know the "truth"!I do not like lies or deception!

We have two service dogs that can't be boarded with family when we go away. Eagle Ridge took care of our dogs expertly. They were both happy and up beat when we returned. Couldn't be happier. They are definitely top notch.

I can not say enough about this daycare! the staff is as sweet as they are helpful. I have taken my dog here numerous times and every time he is worn out at the end of the day and happy as can be. I do recommend Eagle Ridge Kennels to all my friends and family. My puppy Keegan seems to LOVE it here!!

Tell puppy owners up front that they have been boarding dogs that have suspected Kennel cough rather than after the stay. Our puppy now has Kennel cough after staying at Eagle ridge. Prices for the stay are not fantastic, most expensive place we've found so far $456.76 for two nights stay just for our puppies to come home bouncing around the place when normally coming back from doggy day care they are worn out after having a decent amount of interaction with other dogs.edit - and now our other dog who stayed at your facility is showing the same signs so that's both dogs who have kennel cough. it sounds awfully painful for them. those two days at eagle ridge along with vets bills is going to work out very expensive and traumatic experience for them. we should have been informed beforehand and we would never have left them.

I take my boys Hobo & Hattrick here and they love it! They get tons of exercise, love and attention! You can tell the staff truly adores animals and dogs and treat them like family. Highly recommend!

Boarded my 6 year old dogs for the first time. My male has issues with new people and the staff here was great they took their time and accommodated his shyness. When picking them up I got a full report of there stay and the dogs were happy and in perfect shape. Would absolutely recommend this place!

Neglect, non caring, possibly abusive, expensive. Besides price, we Took our dog here, she had diarrhea and didn't eat much during her stay. She was nervous and scared when we dropped her off and picked her up. We gave them a hat of peanut butter and her kong with instructions to give her a few scoops everyday to occupy and calm her. Got it back with one am small swipe missing. She was there for 7 days... a friend said she got a job there after and quit because of the way dogs were treated and attitudes. She said if dogs were being difficult employees would hit the dogs to get them to behave or comply. Not surprised if my crazy "roudy" as they said, dog was hit for a week. Breaks my heart to think about it we now take the pets to Wayne wood kennels. A family run kennel that my dogs is always so excited to go she runs into the place and down the hall.

I am so mad we picked our dogs up today and they were only there for 3 days and our bill was $578.00 and we only have 2 dogs!!!! There prices are outrageous and don’t prefer bringing your dog here!! If u want to take ur dogs/cats anywhere go to home away from home kennel! I may be only 12 years old but I know that that is a lot of money for only 3 nights for 2 dogs!

Eagle ridge doggie daycare is the best around. They have so much experience and the staff is so friendly. Arlo, my 7 month Weimaraner, LOVES it there! They are quick to answer any question you may have, including general dog questions that dont have to do with their buisness.They are genuine & really get to know each dog individually to best provide care.At the local dog parks, Arlo was always afraid of other big dogs and wouldn't leave my side ......but after a few days at eagle ridge, all he wants to do is play with them!!

Adequate boarding care. Full disclosure - If you want your dog to play with other dogs there is a $10(ish) upcharge per day and they require you to purchase a bath.

I'm editing this review on the basis of the reply from the veterinarian on staff. I had attributed a case of roundworms to the facility but the explanation underscored that the life cycle of the roundworm would probably not make the kennel The smoking gun in this case.
