I called in advance to question them about cost because my 4Runner was pretty dirty inside. I have large dogs that ride with me. I was given a price for the service plus suv fee. For only the interior, I was quoted less than $100. I planned on $150 because there are always hidden costs. It was $260. I was a little stressed by the difference but figured it would be worth it to have it really clean. Well, it was not. Spots on all seats where my dogs ride we’re still all there. Dirt in/around seatbelt area remains. Dash area near vents & controls screen still very dirty. I’m not sure if they are supposed to do the ceiling but it was not touched. I could have & should’ve done it myself. The spots on the seats are just dirt from dogs getting in & out after hiking. What a waste of money. Very disappointed with this service.

I’ve gone through this car wash frequently for years. There have been a lot of great young people that I’ve interacted with, but I have to say that Nate K. stands out above the rest! He’s always polite, respectful, joyful, professional, and fun! He’s an amazing young man, and a tremendous asset to this company.

I bought a used Van yesterday and the dealership "detailed" it. It was in horrible condition inside. Quite covered in pet hair and crumbs everywhere. Obviously hadn't been properly cleaned in months.I went to the O.P location today to get it taken care of. I signed up for the unlimited wash membership and went with the Express Interior Package. I voiced my concerns to Nick that the visible messes left behind by the previous owners were more than I felt I could handle on my own. Nick and Donovan did such an amazing job. They truly spent the time to make sure the Van was as close to brand new as humanly possible. I could not recommend them highly enough.

Ever since the brushes were installed for your tire dressing, I've asked, demanded, requested, even pleaded for no tire shine because it gets smeared down my paint. Every. Single. Time. I get tired dressing ran down my side skirts and on my bumpers. I'm far beyond over it. I fear my relationship with Delta Sonic is coming to an end unless they can fix their system.

Had to wait quite a bit during my visit today, but Kaitlyn P made it worth it. My car is super clean- her attention to detail is like no other! She did a great job.

Went through the car wash in my beloved 2016 Explorer Sport. The wash ripped off one wiper blade and damaged the other. The manager Conner was very professional and took care of me. What I thought was to be a bad experience turned out to be a good one thanks to his excellent customer service. Bravo!

I usually don’t stop to get my car dried, but when I did the other day I was so happy with the result! Kaitlyn P did a great job drying my car and even cleaned my back window when it was still dirty after the wash. Thank you!!

who ever the new guy is that's behind the counter doesn't know good customer service,,,,in there 20 min ago and got a rough time from him because I dared to try and play my lottery cards at counter......the machines do not let you get quick picks with the instant win,,,,,,so I played my cards in machine....so the lottery got screwed out of an extra 10 dollars from me....shop here all the time and spend quite a bit of money every week there...not any more....will go else were for my lottery....Tim s and carwashes.

Prices of gas are usually cheaper here. Especially with a purchase of a car wash. They have diesel. The convince store inside is convenient and stocked up. They even have a Tim hortons inside. The car wash services are top notch

I would love to give Logan 5 stars for selling me on the steam clean for the inside of my car...... I can only give the cleaning guy 2 stars...... yea he did clean my car out..... but for $35 I was expecting to get a clean car back! I’m not expecting a full detail but my dashboard wasn’t even wiped down (I can still see a dust across it!) he showed me the first time and I asked him to take another look (the back seat wasn’t even wiped off! It’s leather..... super easy to just wipe!) by the second time I can’t be bothered! I’ll go home and clean it myself.

I've had the unlimited car wash for quite a while. It's nice to be able to run through the machine whenever you want. I took my vehicle in for the express detail today. I'm not at all happy with the results. The car was relatively clean when it went in and doesn't look much cleaner. Floor mats are still packed with road grime and door jambs weren't even properly wiped down. This was at the orchard Park locationAs far as the comment from the owner, I was in a rush to pick up the vehicle, I only opened the drivers door and looked at the vehicle from the driving position. It wasn't until later in the day when I went to put the floor matts back in place that I noticed how bad it was. I guess it's is an unfortunate reality that in order to get even ACCEPTABLE service one has to be a Karen.

cashiers are very rude they are to busy talking to their co workers to do their job correctly. Discrimination here as well as she helped the white man behind me instead of me who was at the register waiting patiently for her to stop talking to her co worker and do her job.

You need to make the detail shop open until 7 or later every day again. Unlimited interior is worthless without that. This is the detail line every weekend because it’s impossible to go during the week if you have a job. Two more cars behind me btw. It’s not “unlimited” if we have to wait 2+ hours for a “quick” detail.PS build a location in Hamburg while you’re at it.

Car wash is good but overpriced. Interior cleans are overall good but there's never been a time I didn't have to point out many places they missed. They make it right when I bring it to their attention, but I can tell the employees are rolling their eyes as if I'm being a bit much, even though I'm being polite. Deal with it - many of us regular working people only get an interior clean 1-2x a year.

For how much they constantly increase monthly rates you'd think they'd fix the pothole caused by cars leaving the car wash... not bottoming out would be nice

Interior detail done by Luke S yesterday. My car has never looked this good! I have a yellow lab and as you can imagine the dog hair gets out of control quickly. So embarrassed to drop the car off but Luke took it in stride and delivered it spotless!

I went to get my car detailed and washed last week, Julian S and Will H were wonderful when I went through the wash and answered all my questions knowledgeably. When I went to detail Ethan B greeted me and was just so kind, and Ben S who detailed my car did a fantastic job! Definitely will be asking for him again. Overall 10/10!

Cody L did an exceptional job on cleaning my car...not only did he get all the dog hair and mud out of the inside, but he diligently worked hard and scrubbed to get the tree sap off the outside ... outstanding... a much more thorough job than the previous time. Thanks! :-)

Went this afternoon to just get my interior cleaned in my car. The girl in booth told me you can just go over to the detail shop and did not ring up my purchase which was odd. She was sitting in the booth looking bored. When I went over to the detail shop the tech told me it would be around $34 for a basic interior cleaning so I declined as i figured was too expensive. That is not the basic price when I looked it up. It is $21.99. I have going to this location for years disappointing.

While I was passing delta sonic on southwestern I began to have car trouble. Luckily I was able to get into the parking lot. I popped my hood and needed some tools to begin repairing my vehicle. Frank (Manager) was very helpful to me getting me some tools to work on my vehicle, along with helping me diagnose my issue. Once I was able get the replacement parts, I was able finish my repair. Frank was there looking out for me checking and helping me when needing a helpful hand. I wish there was more people like Frank working at places like this that make the environment comfortable and hospitable. I will definitely be coming back here thanks to Frank.

I have been a Delta sonic monthly customer for years. The last few months my car has not been getting clean so yesterday October 5th 2022 I asked to see the car wash manager. I want to leave a compliment for Larry at the Orchard Park Delta sonic who is absolutely wonderful with customer service.. He came out looked at my car agreed with me and proceeded to power wash my car himself. After I went through the car wash the residue was still on my car. He came out with a bottle sprayed my car and wiped it down and now it's shiny and perfect . I want to commend Larry car wash manager at the Orchard Park Delta sonic for exemplary customer service Larry customer service thanks again Larry
