i going to put it simple. (TERRIBLE ETHICS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE). however i visit Aldis in different locations and they are respectful and helpful. i wonder if i need to be from Orchard Park to be treated with decency like i saw they treated other customers(?). we never going to know.

There's only one cashier now and the rest is self checkout. It would be ok if they left an empty cart at each checkout to transfer your groceries into. Then you would just leave yours and it all works out. Items going up a dollar each for some is surprising for this store, but not shocking with the bad economy. Good location but it's sad to see all the cuts happening.

I know many swear by Aldi's brands but I just don't understand the whole shopping experience. The no stock, no service and inconsistencies throughout the store ~ I just don't get it.

There are certainly better ALDI's to choose from. Price comparison from the Aldi in OP vs the Aldi in Hamburg is a major reason why the 2 stars for the OP Aldi here

Helpful employees, clean everywhere, great parking lot and can I tell you that I love the wide aisles. You have to go and check the place out. Oh did I mention that the prices are easier on the budget.

Aldi's has some really good deals on a crazy assortment of all kinds of item's, like walking out of the Aldi's with a very nice bath mat that was cheap! Or should I say, very well priced! The new Aldi's has some cool new features, like bigger isles to fit the new double wide carts! The customer service is a little better than other Aldi's but that happens when you have fewer employees to do more jobs. Keeping prices down is a trade off of different kinds in different places. Still, all in all the food item's I get are priced less but tastes really good! Give it a shot and see if you agree.

I go out of my way to go to this Aldi‘s because it has so far been very clean and stocked every time I go in. I ordered Instacart today from this Aldis specifically, and my order was rushed through. The shopper was refunding items without even giving me a chance to replace them. By the time I got done replacing all of the out of stock items, (which was close to 10 items, I have a hard time believing they were out of) the order has been completed and was closed before it saved. Very disappointed.

Went to see the selection of 3.99 pumpkins today. The pumpkins were huge but every single one was wet and had soft spots. Disappointed. I bought milk for 3 bucks and looked at the eggs which were 1.55 or so. Later I was driving by the Aldis on South Park in Hamburg sp I stopped to see if there were any pumpkins but there were none. I did notice that their milk prices and egg prices were cheaper. How is this possible aren't they all the 1 store?? Shouldn't they have the same prices. Not happy with Orchard Park Aldis

It was so beautiful. All the produce was fresh and new. I love the employees they were so nice. One of the best grocery stores I have been to in a while.
