After well over an hour with no call or delivery. We reached out. We were told there was a car accident and our order would be delayed for a great length of time. We opted to cancel order and made point that we should have been called. 10 minutes after we had camcelled, delivery shows up and says he knows nothing about cancelling, and gave us our order. Our subs were cold and soggy our fries were cold and congealed. This is the 2nd time a "car accident" has occurred during our delivery. For the amount we paid, we were left feeling disgusted.

I have been living in the Webster and Ontario area for the last 15 years. Salvatores has been a top must stop for my family, and has been part of our rotation on a semi-monthly basis throughout that time. It is such a shame that some guy that answered the phone and replied the way that he did, which will make me stay away from my home Salvy's (County Line Rd in Ontario, NY) for all of eternity, and the whole thing may be petty, but it's solely based on principle alone.Ordered a large cheese and pep pizza. Pizza was great, as always. Also got an order of medium wings. Now I would say that probably 75% of the time we order pizza, wings are included with the purchase. These wings were just off, plain and simple. It happens, I get it, who knows what is up. I called and informed this unprofessional human being on the phone and informed him of my tenure eating at this spot, as well as how much I enjoy the food. I informed him that the wings tasted off, and described that it sort of tasted and smelled like some "cleaner" or something. It was just weird folks. He replied, "well that's the first time anyone has called and said anything about our wings all day." That's fine, not saying anything is wrong with anything else you have served, but something is wrong with THESE wings. We eat here ALL THE TIME, and I have never tasted the food like that, it was just not right...don't know why or what, but it was just off. After reiterating this, he came back with "well I don't know what you want me to do but like I said our wings are fine." I came back with, "but these wings that we had are NOT fine, so what are we going to do?""I don't know what you want me to do" he says. I asked him to "Make it right." He answered, "don't know what to tell ya bud."I wish someone had a camera and took a picture of my face when he said that. Whatever....I don't write posts and reviews often, especially lengthy ones. Regardless, I told him that we will be going to Salvatores in the village of Webster and Walworth moving forward. I'm not trying to shame Salvy's, but the Ontario location just lost 3 birthday parties a year, 2 fantasy drafts with a combined 20 grown adult men, and countless Friday nights and any other random nights where I'm running around and getting a pizza is easier. Hey Ontario Salvatores, you just lost thousands of dollars from one customer of 15 years that was planning on calling you my home base for the remainder of my days. That's thousands gained for other pizza spots. The guys working on 12/14/23 around 5:00 PM may need a stern talking to. An order of wings for years of future service? Good job team! So unnecessary.

Worst pizza in Rochester. Every single time it is greasy and floppy... I don't understand how a single person enjoys the pizza here... A few other items are standard run of the mill items... but pizza.... It's worse than Jacks pizza, and that's saying something.Here is a picture of their "Thin Thin European style pizza." Would give 0 stars if I could.

Worst Salvatores steak sandwich I've eaten since they opened. Ordered with mushrooms and extra mayo. no mayo, no mushrooms. Order of fried mushrooms were cold. Dont call if they're busy, they cant take the time to make the order right. Wasted 20. Never again. Hilton Salvatores was worse. Not trying anymore locations.Parking: Empty, now I know why.

I will not be purchasing my pizza from this location anymore. I have been going to Salvatores in Webster on North Ave. Recently moved further East and tried the Salvatores in Ontario. Recently purchased a 19 inch with pepperoni and lite sauce. I brought the pizza home and picked the first slice up and it fell apart right in the center of the slice. It appeared they did not properly knead the dough or the tried to put two smaller dough balls together. And on top of that the pizza was not lite on sauce. Never again.

I had to give all 4 stars... would've been 5 if I received the correct order. 2 subs, 1 was wrong didn't know it till I got to where we were staying, which fortunately was 3 mins away. Immediately went back kindly said "Wrong sandwich", the guy rattled off what I had ordered and I said "Nope". At that point he took the wrong sandwich and made me the right one, even meatier. So it was quick but I had to go back, had it been a longer ride, less stars. *NOTE: Read the receipt b4 leaving. Other than that a little pricey, product is good.

My brother raves about your sub's so, I decided too pick up a couple and bring them up north to him. I ordered 2 large subs to go. We didn't get to eat them til 7PM. Let tell you those subs were delicious. I'll definitely be getting another sub from you in the future!!!!Parking: Their parking lot has at least one Handicapped parking space.Wheelchair accessibility: The restaurant is also wheelchair accessible.

I decided to give this particular Salvatore's pizza three stars because the staff was very friendly and the restaurant was very clean; for a pizza place. My son absolutely loves pizza and is somewhat of a pizza connoisseur. I decided to take him here because I use to love the way that the pizza was prepared at their Dewey Ave. location in Rochester, New York. Well, my son and I did not enjoy the pizza because it was too greasy. They put too much pepperoni on the pizza and that plus the oil from the cheese made it too much grease. They put so many pepperonies on the pizza that there was hardly any empty cheese spaces. We all bought chicken wings. They were okay but nothing special. The best thing about the wings was the Boss sauce that was placed on them. The children wings were cooked a little too long making them a little too hard. I also thought that the food was over priced. A large pizza came up to $18.00 plus change. I add 10 chicken wings and my order was almost $35.00. I thought the price was extremely high considering I bought the pizza on a Wednesday night.

It's Friday night and I've worked a 60 hr week.my family agreed on wings. I went in to place the order the staff was attentive.we waited got our food went home and that's were the problem came in, the chicken was inedible it was poorly cooked (soft and fatty) the sauce was so vinegary it was gut wrenching. I tried putting it in the oven to crisp it up but to no avail the vinegar taste was to strong. So I figured i could add some lemon pepper seasoning ( i'am trying to save dinner) that still didn't work we attempted to salvage what we could but only could eat about another 2 piece's. So fed up I called and told them my issues bottom line no resolution did they offer nor did they comply with the refund I was asking for. Next time I'll go to marks which was closer anywaze

The Salvatore’s crew in Ontario, NY are the most friendliest people I’ve encountered in awhile when it comes to customer service. They are quick to fix any little mistakes that may have been made and don’t make a fuss out of it. The managers go above and beyond their duties as they are always there and they ensure good quality food. Also they crack good jokes most of the time which brighten the environment. Highly recommend stopping in and getting some food. You get what you pay for as the quantities are always plentiful. Keep up the good work!

Just picked up a slice to go. The slices are MASSIVE. but, they'll cut them I half for you :) I also thought the pizza was really good (I just had cheese). Would definitely est pizza here again.They do have combo options to add drinks and snacks. They also have a pretty large menu of things other than pizza.

It's hit or miss lunch hour rather they have slices or not. I've had days I've waited 20 min in line to get a slice and they completely out of them and I've had days where it's a ghost town and it's in and out. But the pizza has always been good!

If I could give a zero i would.. $55 for a large pizza and 2 dozen wings(their special) Then the delivery guy shows up with no change .Got away with at least a $7 tip on top of the delivery charge.. How do you deliver orders with no change. Same order at Sue's pizza $20-25 less and 10 times better food. Do not recommend.

It had been a long day and i rolled into salvatores to eat my feelings. As I was ordering, a few fellow customers were being rude. Incredibly sick. I brushed it off, my eyes on my food, ready to devour the yummy goodness. The blonde girl behind the counter made everything so much better! She was beauty, she was grace, she had a smile on her face. So nice. After my meal I thanked her for the wonderful service and left in a very good mood. Also, the food was TO DIE FOR!

Very bad experience,,, we have always ALWAYS ordered delivery from Marks pizzeria, Webster. Excellent but we wanted to try somewhere else just for fun...called on a Fri about 5:30pm (busy time I'm sure) Nice phone service BUT we 'd have to wait OVER an hour and it was going to cost us over $35 for one large pizza with toppings. I cancelled the order and called Marks. We only have to wait about 1/2 hr (and they're usually even faster than that) and only have to pay $25 and change for the same order !!!!!!!!!!!! If it ain't broke, don't fix it, I guess !!!

The food here is always good. My deliveries are really quick too. The drivers have been pleasant and anyone I speak with tends to be in good spirits. Not much more you can ask for in a Pizza place

This stores employee MacKenzie has posted a tiktok of this store and i saw in a comment section she said she had covid and went to work,shopping, and school she said "what people dont know doesnt effect them" and that she said to "cry about it" and to "stay mad" i think that is awful behavior online she said she went to work with covid and definitely wouldnt trust an employee like that

Congratulations, this may be the worst Salvatores out of the entire franchise. Food quality is always terrible & ran by people who don't seem to care. I'd suggest going to either Webster or Walworth locations
