Incredibly thankful for the staff at County Line Animal Hospital. I recently moved to a new home and was in need of a new vet for my fur babies and they were so warm to welcome me as a new client. Lisa at the front desk is super helpful and always gets back to me about my questions/concerns. Dr. Puccio has helped my cat Milo a numerous amount of times and hoping we have finally found a solution. Highly recommend!!

I've been bringing my dog here since he was a puppy, and my family has a long history with this vet. No issues, just positive experiences. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend for your furry friends!

The entire staff are extremely professional and they constantly display a wonderful atmosphere of care for animals (and their pet parents 😊). We have taken our furry friends there for 12 years and never had a bad experience.

Wonderful Vet care here!! I can't say enough good thing's about them!! They really care about your pet(s) & try everything to help you, like referring to Specialists, & finding more affordable medications. They're also great at answering questions over the phone, or via email. They basically "held my hand" for over 2 month's with a very "special" premature kitten that had 2 developmental disabilities & needed constant care & supplemental feedings. He grew up perfect, with no lasting effects from his ordeal!😻😻😻

Lovely staff and my dogs were groomed; a lab and pit mix in an hour 😀 , they came back smelling so good and trimmed nails. They even took all the heavy out growth hair on my lab. I'm very pleased. I live in Greece and tried 3 places, rubbish 🗑 😑, this groomer was excellent . Worth the drive.

We’ve been going to Countyline Animal Hospital for the last 13 years. The knowledge, expertise, recommendations, and overall care we receive from Dr. Vleuten, Dr. Kurtz, Michelle, and the whole team at County Line is exceptional and like no other. We attribute the longevity of our pets to the health plan and care proposed and executed by the kind folks at County Line. Our kitty enjoyed a long, happy life of 20 years and our big, chocolate lab lived a full and joyful 13 years on this planet. When our dog was eight, we moved almost 30 minutes away from the veterinarians at County line, but felt driving a half hour to see the folks at County line was worth it, even though other vets were closer to our new home.We recently had to say goodbye to our boy, and the end of life care and the empathy we received after will forever leave a mark on our hearts. We will miss the team at county line and will be forever grateful for the love and care they gave to our furbabies. Thank you 💛

If you have a pet- bring them here!We are from Syracuse and was recommended to County Line Animal Hospital from a colleague. We have a older, very sassy calico that they treat like a princess. Even when she had a tooth infection and wouldn’t let anyone touch her. Since her, we’ve brought other pets there and both my husband and I are always impressed with their service, compassion, and knowledge. All the staff are incredible but want to give Lisa a shoutout for going above and beyond and also comforting a distressed pet mom first thing in the morning!

My family has taken all our pets here since I was a kid. I now drive there from Greece simply because their level of care can’t be beat. The entire team is so friendly and caring. After a couple rough weeks for my dog and finding no real answers or improvement from meds, Dr. Vleuten stayed beyond closing time in order to do x-rays. When those x-rays showed end stage cancer and I made the decision to euthanize, him and his team stayed even longer so my family could all make it to say their goodbyes and never rushed us. Everything they did throughout the process was extremely heartfelt and made a terrible situation suck a little less. They will always have my business.

Claire is fantastic! My dog is a relatively new rescue and can still be challenging. He needed a grooming really bad, but I was afraid of taking him ‘just anywhere’ . I read the comments here and gave County Line Vets a try. They were all great, and Claire did such a great job! 5 stars and more!

Both our Scottish Terriers have gone here since day one. Very kind, helpful and knowledgeable Veterinarians and Staff. Our oldest just passed on and our other is almost 12 so they have had great care and lots of love.

Have never had a bad experience at County Line Animal Hospital. Dr. Tim Vleuten is the best ever! If we have any issues with our dog the staff will call us back to check on how everything is going. They go way above and beyond to take care of our pets. I recommend them highly!

We have been taking our animals to County Line Animal Hospital for years. Last Monday one of our dogs past away at home. Tuesday I tried all day to call and tell them what had happened only to have no one pick up and voicemail was full, so I finally sent an a mail to them telling what had happened to Oliver. I never received a response from them. Yesterday we had another appointment with our cat. When the doctor came out to discuss the cat I told him I was not very happy that there was no response from them on Oliver's death. He said he was sorry but I didn't leave a voicemail or an email as he would have received it and respond. I then pull up the email. He went into the office and 5 minutes later came back out with a sympathy card that you could tell was very rushed. Little to late for that. We have since pulled the rest of our animals and found another vet. When a place takes money over compassion it's time to leave. Our pests are family too. And Oliver may be $$ signs in their eyes BUT he was our bright eyed little boy.

We used to go to PetSmart for our pets grooming however kept running into problem after problem until we couldn't subject our dogs to any more. We are so happy to have found a caring groomer! Our dogs have never had any problems and I don't know what shampoo she uses but the wonderful scent stays for a week or more! We are clients for life!

We took my old cat in for a checkup. We knew he wasn’t doing well but he was still a sweetheart and was moving around. My mom wanted to move him into her house so she could be with him but when we got him back he was even worse. Whatever treatment they gave him was way too much for him and his body to handle. He was so weak and the worst part is we just spent a lot of money trying to help him only for him to pass away that night. We thought we’d be taking him home to spend the rest of his time with my mom but it ended up being only hours before he was barely breathing and then gone. The stress on his body put him over the edge it was devastating for us to see him wither away so fast and all after paying for him to get better just to see him deteriorate faster than ever.

Would have given them 5 stars but I was very disappointed that I could not attend the appointment with my dog. I had towait in the car. For comparison, I am allowed to attend my 85 year old mother's doctors reappointments.

Horrible customer service and vindictive staff. Had a prescription dog food which they were happy to fill at their office however of you want a script so you can fill it online they have issues. Won't send the script anywhere do you have to pick it up and then they write it for the smallest size bag unless you want to schedule an exam and have the vet write it for something larger. Then when I decided to go elsewhere I asked for my records yo be faxed to the new vet - they never did it and hung up on me. Just overall HORRIBLE customer service and vindictive behavior. Keep away from this place - rochester vetranary group is no more expensive and they care about customers.

We have gone to this facility for many years. Great staff and Dr. Vluten is tataly knowledgeable and compassionate. He takes his time with exams and talking to us.Only criticism, they are more expensive than other animal hospitals in the area.

Haven't used the vet services, but Clair the Groomer is awesome! Your dog will look like a million bucks after she is done with them.
