Really like this store. Very friendly staff, very helpful and caring too. Great pricing for bird seed, also for propane refills. Much, much more. Just a few miles east on 104 from our Webster abode.

The service is great!!! Love being able to shop local! But every time I visit this place and purchase fish, they last about 2 maybe 3 weeks and they die. We've treated the tank for everything possible, have had the water tested and let the tank sit with no fish in it. And they still die! Very disappointed! Due to the fact that buying 3 fish you easily can spend $30.

We do a lot of business here and on a weekly basis. Everyone is always do helpful and polite. Store is always well organized and clean. Tropical fish selection is great! Feed and warehouse is rotated frequently. They are the only Countrymax in our area to carry the Blue Seal Backyard Basics 16% Farm Feed for our cattle.

This is such a great store with A+ staff. I was discussing my dogs skin and allergy issues with a staff and she made a suggestion on brand that I had not tried. My dogs skin issues and allergies greatly improved within a bag of the food. The staff are all very friendly and knowledgeable.If they are out of a product you request, they will order it for you and hold it for a longer than most places will keep a hold.They have a great variety of products and the prices cannot be beat.If you need animal and pet supplies, gardening supplies, and many other things, this is the place to gom

My wife and I have been shopping at Country Max on 104 in Ontario for years. First and foremost their staff are customer focused and always make certain you are satisfied both with their products and service. In addition a majority of their customers are there to meet the needs of their pets. It is obvious the Country Max staff are all animal lovers and sincerely care about each customers pets. We mainly buy their “Bully Sticks” and other assortment for our pet dog. Prices are much cheaper than even Amazon which says a lot. I am also excited to know that a new Country Max is being built in Webster closer to where we live. Try them you won’t be disappointed!

I took my dog for a bath (self wash) at this location and it was horrible. The shampoo dispensers were not working, so they left an almost empty bottle of shampoo laying in one of the tubs. Not sure what kind of shampoo it even was. It barely even cleaned my dog, he will need another bath. The “leash” to attach the dog to the tub was broken, so my dog kept getting out of the clasp of the leash. Only one dryer worked so I had to move my dog to the second tub while he was soaking wet to use the dryer. Overall it was dirty and dingy looking in the room. Definitely has gone way down since maybe 6 months ago. Very disappointed and won’t be returning

Way too overpriced. Lowe's had the same product for $10 when countrymax had it for $32. Not everything is way overpriced and I do like to shop there for certain items, but buyer beware.

Unfortunately the only feed store town. I have not been buying from the as much as I used to .I got tired of items out of stock, and the inadequateness of their inventory system. The store in Ontario is clueless when it comes to Equine care.

Best country max i've ever been to, only because of Robert Geer. His immeasurable talent, creativity, and selling skills led me to take home my prized goldfish, Jemarre (who he named.) Robert has sold me my three other pets as well. My cat DeQuavis, my dog Demario, and my lizard Tyranitar. Robert Geer is the Wayne Gretzky/Tom Brady/Michael Jordan/Tiger Woods/Lionel Messi of Country Max. Honestly just give him the company, he could run it himself.

They sell propane exchanges. Mulch available and I believe stone. They have animals for sale and supplies. I don't recall them having coffee there.

The cashiers are extremely slow. There seems to always be a line. I purchase grain for my horse on a monthly basis here. I often have to tell the cashier how to search for it in the computer.
