If Google Maps still has their location next to a Hyundai site, and it is on your right, then travel literally 0.3 miles and the store is on your left. Big sign. Nice employees. Easy to deliver as well

I placed an online order for delivery. No courtesy phone call or anything … just an email that they cancelled my order. When I called the Oneonta store for an explanation the gentleman did try to figure out what was going on… said he would call me back and then nothing. Pretty disappointed.

Never had a problem at the previous supply store on 23 or the new tractor supply on 23 everyone is extremely helpful has always been extremely helpful and happy yes sometimes very overworked but they never take it out on the customers I moved up from Long Island and it became like my number two go to store from many things their cat and dog foods are a little overpriced but when there was a big problem with getting cat food they always had it so you know it's smaller than Walmart which is usually my cat food store and Petco if I want to pay a lot more money so I do go back and forth but the cons do not out number the pros I can tell you in the new store there's a lot of new staff but overall everyone is really good yeah there's a new cashier they had that has been like it every store in the area and she has a bit of a tude but I think it's just her over all personality it's kind of bland anyway I'm really hoping to get a job there I would love to be in their new floral departments get it rolling for the fall in the summer and that's not why I'm giving this great review I gave it to the old store and now I'm giving it to the new store

Tractor supply website says the Oneonta store is open and after driving 40+minutes there the store is CLOSED completely empty and the signage is gone! They need to get their act together and change the site.

Not so friendly female associate when I asked for some help. Never been in this store before. She definitely had an attitude problem. Nice kid when I checked out otherwise I'd be giving it 1-star.

The new doggy wash stations are ahhhmazzing! Everything you need is there! It's affordable and efficient. Even accessible for Dwayne who is older and has trouble getting around some days.He looks and smells wonderful tonight!

I got some fencing - ordered online and picked up at this store. They did not provide any paperwork with the order, I have shopped at Tractor Supply (although not this one - I just moved) for decades with never a problem and I have never had to return anything, so without paperwork to tell me, I was not aware of their 30 day return policy. Turns out I over ordered by one roll of fencing and 10 T posts. Because I had no paperwork, I first contacted customer service. A very nice woman worked through all the paperwork and assured me that I just had to return the items to the store. She wasn't sure if the return would be a reverse of the charge on my credit card or a TSC gift card, but I told her either was fine. Drove 35 miles to the Oneonta store and they refused to take the return. So one star. I would give none if I could.I was told when I bought it that it was a very popular type of fencing and the selling price has gone up $30 in the three months since I bought it, So this is a clear profit to them of $30. Maybe I would give them negative stars if I could.Edited based on store response : I spoke to Customer Solutions BEFORE we returned the items and I was assured everything was set, only to be turned away at your store.Edit 2: Based on a phone call to the store we will try again to return the items.

Lady bro who works the register needs a lesson on socializing with the public. Didnt get her name but it was Monday around 2pm, nose ring and glasses. Asked for. $50 gift card and she goes “that’s it? Only $50?”Luckily this was a last minute gift for a coworker so it wasn’t that relevant but who says that? What if I was poor and couldn’t afford more than 50? What a trashy thing to say to someone around the holidays

Very good store and helpful staff - could use a little more room and inventory in house and hardware department items...and miss the large inventory of trees and bushes outside of the old days. Thus the 4 star - actually 4 star-plus! I like their supply of suet & birdseed, especially the black-oil sunflower seed - can buy in abundance at best prices around. My backyard focuses on attracting various bird species - TSC has a good variety of bird feeders to choose from. Check out this multiple function feeder they have - the four cage suet holders work exceptional in providing for all my woodpeckers and migratory returnees like The Baltimore Oriole. Of course other birds not shown go to the seed ports and bottom tray --- such as nuthatches and cardinals. It's one heck of a multi-function feeder - and has a seed-bin tray on top as well you can use

I love Tractor Supply have shopped there for years. It is full of things for the animal lover and the gardener. Their sales are very very good and a Christmas time they have a nice variety of toys that tend to be more durable than those you find at Walmart.

Tractor Supply is an interesting store to go to. I love seeing the baby chick's in the spring! They're so cute! Also quite a variety of products and lawn equipment. Very friendly.

Except for parts being out of stock and having to wait so long to get those parts sometimes I enjoy shopping at Tractor Supply it would be nice if somebody would check the shelves to make sure parts are in the right Bens and that people haven't walked off with parts because they said they won't order because the computer says there's Parts on the Shelf but in all reality they're not because somebody either stole or misplaced , I don't know .I had to wait 6 months to get blades for my brush hog because the computer said there was two but there was only one on the Shelf that goes for bearings bushings and fittings sometimes. All the people in the Oneonta Tractor Supply that work there or kind courteous and will help as much as they can. I enjoy shopping there I like to do my own fixing and you have a good variety of items that you can't find anywhere else.

Decent selection of farming and country home needs. The outside decor needs a good clear coat before being displayed outside otherwise the paint and pattern comes right off

Depends on location and persons on staff.. They don't even ask if you need assistance to your vehicle. Oh and don't do the Rewards program you never get any coupons or any rewards what's up with that?
