Was hung up on twice by a nasty nasty person named Kay. Had no customer service skills what so ever. Been waiting days for my script and haven't been notified that it was filled. Contacting corporate because this repeatedly happens to many people. There is a gentleman named Troy that throws things through the store also yells and curses. Not impressed.

I was having and issue with my Goodrx discount and the staff worked with, me and Goodrx to find a solution! Rose the Pharmacy Tech and the Pharmacist on duty were absolutely incredible to work with. Highly recommend the best customer service I've seen in years anywhere!

Update: Still 1 star. Prescription is NEVER READY ON TIME, and they sometimes incorrectly bill my medication! Only reason I come here is because it's the cheapest and I'm about to say screw it and go back to Walgreens. No wonder this company is filing for bankruptcy...Original review: Always have to call to remind them I need my script filled. It's a controlled substance so it cannot be filled early, but my doc always sends it over so they have it when it's time. It's never ready the day it's supposed to be. Today I had to call twice. First person I spoke to said it wasn't ready yet and that it would be ready soon. Called back an hour and a half later. Got a male on the phone who said he didn't have my script, but then found it and said it would be another hour before it's ready...Also the registers are often un-attended, with no method of alerting the staff there is a customer waiting to check out.

Tryed called to see about my meds and on the phone for half an hour and no one answered the phone I called the pharmacy and the front and no answer how am I supposed to get my medicine if they don't answer the flipping phone

I just received new insurance and they had to re-bill the insurance. I asked if I could use GoodRX with it and they flat out said to me, “now you want me to re-bill again” and that’s not what I want to hear like I’m inconveniencing them to do their jobs because they have no idea what they are doing. They then said I could not use both because they didn’t want to re-bill again.

Every time I go to this Rite Aid, I always have a positive experience. Everyone in pharmacy as been so helpful and informative when I go for my Covid testing. I received my covid booster and my annual flu shots from here. They are always timely. I also, enjoy doing some of my shopping inside the store. They are always ready to help me when I have questions!

Today the store clerk named Kay told me there were not 8 digits on my tracking number to complete a transaction. When I counted the number of digits on the paper it was 8 as required. I handed it back and asked her to complete the transaction. She failed to hit the method of payment button and the transaction pad was not active. She told me there was a problem with my card. When I told her the payment pad is not on she activated and let me make my payment. This is the second time she has made this mistake when I visited and attempted to deny me service, saying there is "something wrong with my card." After she handed me my receipt she yelled out after to me when I was walking away and said to me: "Your Welcome".

My wife went into the store and left without her purchase because the employee behind the register was hacking. She didn’t want him touching her items. For a wellness center to have an employee hacking behind the counter tells me they don’t care about their employees wellness so how good can they be with their customers.

Trying to my prescription and one pharmacist working. Needed my meds for a medical condition and the pharmacist was rude and only doing drive up only for COVID testing and told me I had to wait 15 mins. If this was a serious medical issue, I would have died in the store and the pharmacist would be responsible. Rite Aid needs to know what's priority.

The cashier associate, #6520695 in regards to our transaction on register #3 today was extremely rude to us, expressing physical hostility and frustration towards us during checkout when we were purchasing our items and there were things we no longer wanted to purchase that we asked to take out of our cart and was slamming our items on the counter.My partner and I were just over to get our booster shots and a few essentials for the holidays and this was not something we expected since we come to this pharmacy often. We won't be returning.

1-day turn around for my PCR (not rapid) Covid test. Needed by airline for international travel. This test is free! PCR normally take 1-3 biz days for results, which Rite Aid advised. This is tough when airlines don’t accept tests older than 72hrs. WellNow Urgent Care, Oneonta promises 12-24hr turn-around but it’s not free like this one :) 5-mins to get swabbed @ 7pm, results the next evening! Very pleased!

They have been dragging getting my medication to me.. Knowing its overdue... My girlfriend went in today and they couldn't tell her anything.. I had to call to get somewhere...for some reason they waited until today to run it through my insurance and of course they will pay for it cause they have for years.. But now I have to wait until it arrives in 2 days because again... Theyre out of stock... It's medication I need to function.. It's for crohn's disease and ankylosing spondylitis.. Without the meds my arms, legs and back don't want to work anymore..i feel that it could of been ordered days ago knowing there was an active prescription for it.
