I am giving this place a 3, because customer service is big on my list. The cashier was great! Help throughout the store was not. Twice ow I have been there once I was interested in the birds and considering, but the two attendants were not that helpful and made me feel Ike I was interrupting them.Recently, I was there to buy a Betta Fish- no one asked if I had questions or needed assistance. I googled everything, surprising to find out Betta fish need a heater 75-78 degrees they enjoy resting leaves near the top of the tank. I just think it would have been nice to have someone come up and start talking about care, etc. I bought my tank and things from Amazon ahead of time, but if someone from the store had said this size tank and heater, etc. I would have purchased that there.Better customer service leads to more purchases and happy returning customers. So it's an all right store, but I'm not sure how much customer service you'll get.

We purchased a Guinea Pig from here and all the setup. Staff was helpful in answering all our questions. Very knowledgeable and kind. We love our little Guinea Larry! This is his outdoor setup when we are cleaning is cage.

Went twice, no one was at the register so I left I'm not going to waste time hunting Someone down. also animals don't look well taken care of thinking about calling someone about that. It's just cruel.

Went to petco today to buy fish there was a young woman cleaning tanks when we asked her for help she got very nasty and started slamming things around including the fish we bought and they died before we even got them home plus the manager Brittany was stomping around giving customers dirty looks made it very uncomfortable to be there

Absolutely horrific customer service. Staff ignore you and avoid you at any cost as your stand there and wait for help . This location is severely Under staffed. staff are also untrained when handling salt water fish. Shame on Petco for not properly training staff to be sure animals are being handled properly. As a result staff are improperly handling the animals because they are scared to touch them.

One young woman was extremely helpful. I wish I knew her name. She removed the plastic from my dog toy, crawled on the floor to get it out from under a shelf and helped other customers with fish and reptiles at the same time. I noticed her customer service!

Petco is great! Me and my girlfriend got two ferrets from here along with the cage, food, and supplies. With their reward card we got $50 or more worth off.This is the only game in town to take care of all your pet needs. Customer service is excellent. Very knowledgeable staff. Store is always clean and stocked.No matter what pet you might have, this is the place to shop.

I bought 2 beautiful ferret from them. They have great customer service and always friendly and ready to help. They always have what I need. They have a huge variety of different things for any pet. They have a big variety of different types of animals to buy from ferret's to lizard's and snakes,fish,birds,mice, hamster, and cat's to adopt.

Nice and helpful staff. We bought a turtle from here and was able to purchase all of the necessities at the same time. They even price matched items for us that was cheaper elsewhere.

Would’ve been better if they groomed our dog instead of coming up with a reason not to so she could leave early. The grooming manager was not helpful. The first first girl we dealt with is much better and should be running the place. The dog harness selection is bad. I think I’ll stick with local pet stores and grooming instead of a corporation.

I’m very disappointed in this store!!!!! Ok some people may say it a beta but it’s still a living life and to leave it in a small nasty cup that never gets cleaned in horrible. I get that all pet store do this but when I asked to buy that one the lady goes I can’t sell it. I go why she goes cause we don’t sell sick fish. I said really cause there are many. She goes no I have to treat them I go on and went on. So I went back in last night and bam the fish is still there in the same spot not clean water or treated. Just sickening. I will never go to another Petco I won’t support a place that doesn’t care. Again I get that’s how they keep them but I was willing to buy the fish. That’s where I’m coming from! Petco I’m very disappointed in you guys!

About 5:30pm, Fri. Aug 6 wife and I drove 20 miles to get a few more fish and stuff for our outdoor pond. Went to fish section, picked out a few, but no one to wait on us. I searched the store but no luck. Waited a little more and decided to leave. Wife told cashier; and he said he would get someone. He tried, but no one responded. He was very nice and apologized.I don’t understand how a big beautiful store like this can be run this way.WE WILL NOT BE BACK👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Now Petco when I visited the young lady behind the register to the far left whenever I just say good morning that made me feel good going in and then I got to run by the fish that person and that department greeted me as well that's a double bonus now I feel really good I'm walking around the whole store and I bought what I needed to for my handsome German Shepherd it is nice to be greedy especially when you say hi to someone or goodbye it's nice to be acknowledged you don't see too much of that anymore have a blessed day

Great service! Everyone at this location is very helpful and always welcoming for my two Dogo Argentino puppies. They are a handful but everyone is always willing to show them some love :)

I came in to return a fish I bought one Tuesday 11/2/21, just a regular gold fish that died. I brought him in today 11/7/21 to return it and either exchange it or get a new gold fish. The cashier nick was very kind and explain that I did bring in a water sample which was great however I put the fish in there so they were no longer able to test it. I explained that I drove almost 2 hours to the store and would like at least something to be done with it, he said that he would talk to the manager while I went to the fish section and got the water tested. I walked over to the fish section and waiting almost 10 minutes for a representative to come over, I politely walked over and asked if she would test the water, she said “no I’m busy.” I tried to tell her what Nick had said and she said “I will not test that water.” I was very upset and said can you at least dispose of the fish, I do not want to have it in my car for the 2 hour drive home, she said “no that is not my job” and walked away. Nick was awesome. But the fish lady was not.

Knowledgeable staff. I like this location. They always have ample supplies for my aquarium. I also enjoy walking around the store and seeing my children's faces as they look at all the animals. We can spend a good hour or two while my wife does other shopping.
