Customer Service couldn't have been nicer. I had to return an ink cartridge I purchased yesterday for $51 with a receipt. I had opened it and it was empty and there wasn't a seal on it. They gave me a full refund no questions asked. I would have been so upset losing out on that amount of money.Thank you Walmart!

If I had a dollar for every time a customer needed someone in bakery to take a cake order and there was no employee available to do a cake order or a customer needed to purchase a fishing license or ammunition and there was no employee available to sell them that ammunition or fishing license, or there is no one available to go to the jewelry counter, and then they have to track someone down with keys to the jewelry counter in order to serve the customer. The men's room is disgusting. They should check the men's room more often.

Bitter sweet, cheaper prices yield to poorer service. I had to call the store customer service twice before getting somebody to answer their phone... WHILE I was in the Store!I could see the milk I wanted but not accessible to be purchased bc it was sitting on the back wall/shelf. This was my 2nd time that week trying to obtain FairLife milk, when I began looking at their inventory and see yes, they did have it. .It was not listed as in stock, per the store order app, but I could See It! Finally a person answered telephone and walked back to the cooler to assist getting me the milk to purrchase. 35 minutes to seek & purchase 2 jugs of milk is ridiculous, especially at almost $5 per approximately half a gallon 😑 😳

Sat at order pick up for 30 minutes after checking in. Called back the check-in told there was an issue with the order and it would be right out. 8 minutes later called again because no one had come out to the vehicle. Nothing was showing up on the order online in the app. Waited another 7 minutes. Called back again. Still no resolution with the order. Told the employee we were canceling the order.This is beyond acceptable. Left reviews with Walmart and on the order cancellation.

Went ahead and went to my local Walmart to return an item my friend didn’t know how to use the lady at customer service was named Mary Ann and we were all set and she asked us why we are returning this item and we told her my friend didn’t know how to use it. While she walked away she said why would you buy it then? How would we know he would like it? One of the dumbest workers ever and maybe the oldest!!

Worst place to work for. The OGP online grocery pickup is the worst place to work as the management sits on there phone all day long. When you need help or have a question about something they will completely ignore you until you ask them about 6 times. Melissa bartlow especially Not only that but they sit on their phones all day and want you to do everything yet they won’t lend a hand when you and everyone else in ogp is falling behind due to the amount of picks. Yet they like to nit pick everything and never help. None the less some of the employees that are in ogp are so stuck up and think they are better than everyone. If you even say anything about someone or something the word passes around like nothing. They will change wording and make it to where you either want to quit or management will lie and tell you that they need your help or they want to have a GOOD conversation with you and they take you to the back management office where two team leads gang up on you to tell you everything that they think you did and lie through their teeth. I did enjoy some of the employees over there as they were not stuck up the managements butt everyday. I do believe that that work environment was a I like you or I don’t like you environment. Marry the Coach was always in the back wanting to start something with you. She wants you to do all the work as she will sit in the back room and chat with Melissa all day long. Hell of a place to work NOT. I hope you read this marry and Melissa. Maybe you could read this being as your always on your phone. You are one lazy team lead and you do not deserve the position you got.

if you cannot find an item at one Walmart, check another Walmart, an item I was looking for was recently taken off the shelf, (liverwurst ), but, another nearby Walmart still supplied it, so, if it's an item you really want, check another Walmart 👍

I took my daughters 2014 ford focus in to get new tires on it. I purchased the tires in advance. I had to make an appointment to get them put on and when we Dropped off the car my daughter waited for it. They never even brought it inside the bay and they tell her they cannot change The tires says the lug nuts are quote unquote swollen. I went back down to cash and carry Just the tires to have them put on at another shop and while I was waiting At the counter they were on the phone with another man they missed placed his engine cover on his nissan rogue. He was also very irate.. I would not recommend using the auto center here anymore. They used to be decent a quick cheap place to have tires done and an oil change and now they have a bunch of employees that don't want To work.. That is evidenced By the fact that they did not even pull her car into the shop to try to take the lug nuts off. Steer clear at all costs they were also very rude.Update - took the car to Mavis tire , they put the new tires on no problems with "swollen lug nuts" I told the kid at Mavis what walmart said , he told me he has had 7 other customers come to Mavis today with the same story after trying to go to Walmart. Steer clear of oneida walmart auto center at all costs.

One of the worst Walmart stores I've ever been in,as a man with disabilities the management is allowing workers to discriminate against us,as well as discrimination against certain stereotypical types of men.This place needs new management.

Tried to buy a baby walker tonight for my daughter. Gloria assisted me and she was great, sweet as can be! Brought it up to the register to cash out and it was over $50 more than it's listed price. An employee (Kathy) walked back with me so that I could show her where I pulled it from (the only empty hole in the entire department) and she said she couldn't do it because a Customer must have put it there. But the whole department was fully stocked, clearly by an employee. She price checked and moved things as she was talking to me. Her manager would not let her price modify it. I was informed by Kathy that Terry, the Supervisor on Duty was on his break. He was the only on duty member of management. Terry would not assist in any way. He said I could buy it for the $80+ or not at all. I told Kathy I really couldn't afford an $80 Walker. So she offered me the boys $20 walker. I was really embarrassed. Customers watched as i felt humiliated and amongst all, just poor. I left the store with out a walker for my daughter. On top of all else, all the cashiers had their lights blinking and the lines were at a stand still. They needed the Managers assistance but he was not available to assist because of his break. I would rather drive the extra 25 minutes to Target at this point. At least they abide by New York state Law: Section 197-B because Walmart in Oneida does not.

Friendly enough associates... Clean enough store... Bathrooms decently upkept for the most part... Spacious and easy pickup section... Never any real problems here. Annoying parking lot, but what're ya gonna do.

We had a great experience with the Walmart grocery app and pick up. Just order everything you need on the app, arrive at the scheduled time, and they bring it right out and load your vehicle. This is a life changer.Update: We still love grocery pick up. I ordered everything for our Thanksgiving dinner and never had to get out of my car. Plus I found a note and candy in one of my bags!

My wife and I received our text at 11:30am that our grocery order was ready for pickup. At 12:25 we arrived at Wal-mart in Oneida to get our groceries. The pickup lot for carry out groceries was filled up. We got the last spot available when we arrived. An hour and 20 minutes later a store employee comes out and asks us for the names of ours order. Once we gave it to her, in asked why there was such a long wait. Why NO ONE was getting their orders. The employee explains to me that when it's raining & thundering they're not allowed to bring orders out. According to this employee, she said "it's a rule they have."Ok, as inconvenient as this 90+ minute wait is for me and all the other people waiting, I can understand the concern for the safety of Wal-mart's employees. However what I don't understand, nor could I got an answer to is if the employees cannot bring groceries out to cars in the rain when it's thundering, why can the grocery cart gofers be allowed to walk around in the parking lot to bring grocery carts to the store?? Surely the employees bringing carts into the store are just as equally at risk of injury if not more so than the employees who bring grocery orders out to the cars. At least 1/2 of the parking area for the grocery area has parking spots under cover.

This is a new experience at Walmart I decided to order online pick up my order curbside well I had an emergency could not pick my daughter up I called them no problem come tomorrow call when you get into one of the spots and we'll be right out with it I got there 8:15 p.m. next day called told them I was outside and I thought I'd be waiting a while but to my amazement it took 5 minutes if that I think it was actually about 4 half min great job thank you

The one in Rome is 100% better. Don't order your groceries from here 9 out of 10 times they will give you the wrong things and/or not give you some of your order but will charge you for those missing items. Not worth the headache of always having to return things or get your money back.

This is my favorite area wal mart to shop at. The only downfall is that it is at times disorganized, and filthy in some areas. The deli area is clean and most of the food aisles, however the bathrooms, always dirty. Check out section could use more attention. The staff is always professional and willing to help.

I have taken advantage of the home delivery for a while now, and I love it. If they don’t have what you want, they will send you a text offering a substitution and you can say yes or no. The groceries are left at your front door and they let you know immediately. I don’t have a complaint at all with the service. Each driver has been here at the time. I indicated I would prefer; they knock on the door once to let you know the groceries are there, along with sending you a text. It is not intrusive at all

Like most Walmarts, they have everything. It's a good and convenient place to shop. I like it. Again good.No change since the last time!!!Big change! Check out is slower than hell and I don't see any remedy in the offing!
