I am a frequent shopper at Tractor supply store in Oneida it’s a good place to find things when fixing or fabricating things around the shop. The only trouble is the Tractor Supply in Oneida NY has very low inventory. Especially in the tractor repair and select pulley aisles. I find if I want what I am looking for I have to go to another store in the area for example Rome NY or East Syracuse NY or even Cortland NY, all these stores usually seem to have more of what I’m looking for and much more inventory other than the bare shelves in Oneida Ny. This causes a great inconvenience as a shopper to be traveling from store to store to get what I need. It’s at this point where I stop searching at TSC all together and Search up what I’m looking for on Amazon. It’s a shame because I really like this store but they lack inventory

Well as for no help not bad. Had what I needed but man pricey. But you get what you pay for I guess. Yet their top soil bags are massive high dollar! Fencing pretty good though and thick 14 gauge to boot.

I was in the store yesterday, 3/18/23, and saw they had Maran chicks. I was told they would not be available for sale until today, 3/19/23, at 1pm. I arrived to the store at 1240pm to find they had all been sold. Tell me, how does something sell out that wasn't even supposed to be for sale yet? Pretty shady business practice.

We came here for a specific item and requested help from the manager, Cheyenne. She was able to accommodate us in our request and we were on our way home with exactly what we came for. Staff was very friendly. Highly recommend this location.

They had a sale on Wragler jeans buy 2 get 1 free . They have a changing room there , you don't have to look for a person to unlock it . A employee helped me find my size . I was in and out of there in 15 minutes with 3 pair of jeans . The staff were very helpful ..

They carry a lot of useful items for running a farm or garden. The workers are usually very helpful and knowledgeable. The only reason it didn't get the 5 stars is because the prices are high, sales only bring prices into the "normal price" range, especially for my area which is very rural. Worth a trip, they have interesting and fun seasonal items.

FYI bought a 3pt hitch implement on 5/19/23 and got the wrong auger and had to order New implement showed up yesterday still wrong !!! Thanks to Manager Vicki & Assistant Manger Amanda today finally got it straightened out. TS has its place in that they carry some unique items I occasionally need. However, of the 4 times I've been there in the last 12 months, the checkout experience is always a pain. Even if there is a short line it takes forever. Customers with unique needs, complicated transactions, inexperienced checkout staff, and managers that have to be called up to solve problems, but rarely show up to open another register. I don't look forward to going there again.

The Oneida NY store is conveniently located with a wide selection of items. Pet foods, bird seed, propane, clothing and tools.... not to mention awesome wood pellets.... and the employees are always helpful. One of my favorite places to shop.

TSC has impressed me more than I could express in a simple review. As a 4-H educator, I have seen firsthand the positive support they do for the local community and our youth programming. So happy to have their support for the car washes, Clover Campaign, and fencing support!

Tractor Supply in Oneida New York. Has plenty of supplies well-stocked. The only problem I have with the Oneida store is they don't keep track of their pricing on their shelves very well usually misaligned items on shelving can't tell what the actual price is. And stock is used usually on the floor and in the way hard to get around store. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

Very frustrating...I have been buying 4 Health dog food for years now. I go to the store and no seniors formula. This isn't the first time they were out of product. Went last week to pickup straw to place over grass seed and empty space where it was supposed to be. Starting to get disappointed that go local to buy and products are not in stock and shelves are empty. I just may have to start buying online at another retailer...

i'm giving it four stars because I have gone to this store for years and the people have always been more than willing to assist and very friendly. it isn't a five because I do believe they are a little high in price but their quality is worth it. However, tonight I asked about two items outside that has been there all Spring and Summer. A month ago I asked about the wooden bar height table and was told the price was 49.99. they were 139.99 all Summer. I didn't have the money so asked about them tonight, hoping they had gone done even more. The gent said "there should had been a sign on them". I shrugged so he went out and came back and said 139.99. I asked why they would go back up from the sale price. He said probably because they were on sale. I said no, it is Summer Clearance. he walked away. I asked the young lady at the cash register to put the sku number in because that would give her the price and she said but the sku number is on the tag outside and the price says 139.99. SMH. okay, she seems new and she's nice and was following his cue. But that's the first time I met a TSC employee that didn't want to go the extra route to just put the dang sku number in the system. unbelievable. hope he didn't fracture a finger looking the for the price.

I couldn't get the cart through the aisles. ..couldn't get rang out...switching registers twice...unable to make purchase. ...I was standing there for an unacceptable time frame on oxygen....short of breath...it was unreasonable and inconsiderate. ..no handicap parking near entrance
