Pretty pissed that I called before I came here and asked if their coinstar machine was working and the man that answered immediately responded “yes it’s working” so I asked “are you sure” and he said “yes it is” AGAIN and not even 10 minutes later I went there and there’s a big sign on the machine that says out of order. The man on the phone didn’t even check I’m sure. 🖕🏻

Please train your staff in Oneida ny how to properly cash out a 5 gallon Poland springs water bottle with exchange ticket it's 8.99 or without its 15.49 with tax she tries to charge me for both over $29.00 and I had other stuff I was buying she refused to fix it so I had to drive to the Rome price chopper to buy the same thing they know how to cash it out in Rome they are trained it's a little ridiculous o had to drive that far out of my way

Staff are Ill prepared, rude, and the store is not stocked well in the am. Staff are unable to help people before 8 am. I have never been in another price chopper whos staff have no clue. The check yourself cash registers are not staffed well enough, and I had to wait for change until someone bothered to show up .The store is woefully sad when it comes to staff attitude, friendliness, accountability, helpfulness, and competence.There is a systemic problem in this store period . The photo is at 7 am ...no boneless chicken available... rediculous

First, I would like to say Price Chopper has the friendliest and most cooperative staff for grocery stores! They go out of their way to make the customer feel welcome! I have been going to their bakery for along time and one of the main reasons is Allison! She is amazing! Whenever I need a Birthday cake or a specialty pie, she makes the absolute best! She always greets me with a smile and knows almost instantly what I need. The donuts are always fresh and a must too! Thank you Price Chopper!

The always have the best of everything here. So many products & produce to choose not to mention their bakery & deli have the delicious products.I was happy to find the chicken noodle soup that they had made already package up in the deli area.

When it comes to Price Chopper the store itself, I like it a lot! Their produce, meat department, and store cleanliness all has high ratings. But when it comes to the older / more seasoned staff I do not like what management does to them. Cart pushing, making them work while sick. Etc. There is one cashier that drives me nuts! She is constantly coughing whether it's on my items my change the bags my groceries are in etc. This woman is obviously ill, but seasoned or not, no employee should be working with that type of sickness. Not in the world of covid or other respiratory issues. Consider this a warning. Because if I see this for the third time I will place a call into corporate and you can explain it to them

Good variety of items. Employees welcome you with a smile. Prices are higher on most items. Sadly, their bakery is not very good. EVERY pie I have gotten their are nasty. The only bakery item we found good are the cupcakes.

Store is usually pretty clean, staff is ok.Tons of seniors shop here so slow and long lines, and everyone paying with checks.Produce and meat are generally good, and they sell a lot of specialty things you can't find elsewhere.Still better than walmart.

I use their pharmacy and like how the pharmacist and staff are always ready to answer any and all of my questions. As far as the store goes..very clean and organized. Friendly staff ( except when the teen boys who work there walk right pass me while I am dragging out a 40lb box of cat litter!)Note..I am 90lbs😁..prices have always been a leetle high but they have good sales and their brand name products are reasonably priced. And they are offering more and more vegan and vegetarian options!

Female Deli associate used a footstool to reach some cheese in the cold case behind her. She grabbed it with her hands, still wearing the gloves they use for non-contact with food purposes, climbed the footstool and grabbing the left side of the cold case to sturdy herself, grabbed the cheese and came down from the footstool. She moved it again with her hands out of the way. Long story short, she never changed her gloves and proceeded to cut the cheese and give me the package afterwards. How disgusting! I gave it to the customer service associate and let her know what happened and to notify management of it. As I was walking out, I saw the same customer service associate walking with the package of cheese I gave to her and it appeared she was returning it to the deli, probably to be sold to another customer. Management doesn't care. That Deli associate should be FIRED!

Has pretty much of what I need or want. It's nice that they open at 6.00a.m. it's a clean store , nice clean rest room .deli meat a little high but it's there if I want it . Unlike other stores even when there busy I can always find a spot . I stopped today at 6.30 a.m. it was super busy , not for Christmas stuff it was for the storm this holiday weekend.. the lines were moving the staff and customers were smiling it was a very nice place

I don’t necessarily like coming into this store. The majority of the time that I do, I encounter rude service from most members who work there. I’ve received bad glances and was even accused of stealing at the self checkout until the lady checked my receipt and realized I did NOT in fact steal anything. She tried apologizing profusely, obviously, but seriously? Twice, now, a clerk has made a scene with me in front of other customers and were wrong both times.There was also a younger clerk, recently, who loudly and proudly announced that my card had “insufficient funds,” after I gave her $3 in quarters and put the rest on my card (it’s one I never use, so there’s never really anything on it as it gets transferred out).If getting $3 in quarters is an inconvenience to your day, I hope that’s the worst thing that happens to you all year…

I've been going here for 30+ years.. tonight I was stopped at the entrance and RUDELY asked if " I needed help" ?? I replied, No..why ? Do I look looked lost? And this guy said..Yes obviously!!! This was congressional!!! I demand an apology!!

The employees are very friendly. They answer your questions with experience. Produce is always fresh. Sales are posted in the consumer's view. Cashier's are speedy with accuracy. Their pharmacy is one of the best in Oneida also

They had all the products on my list for our family get together. One quick trip. Customers were social distancing. Cashiers were cleaning thoroughly between checkouts. My cashier was friendly and welcoming. Everyone we wearing masks. Thank you.

The service staff is lacking in professionalism. You wait and wait at the desk and no one ever apologizes. If they make a mistake and you call them out they get rude and belligerent. Most of the leads at the front end, especially self check out, are too busy gossiping or texting to help. Additionally, the self checkouts are usually disgusting. The store itself always looks dirty. This store has a Walmart checkout mentality meaning long lines and waits. Finally, there is the smell by the meats and clearance. It always smells like a dirty urinal by the clearance and poultry. Some days it is overwhelming to the point of nauseating. We are so lucky to have Grand Union, Aldis, Tops and even Walmart in the community. However, my heart breaks for those this Chopper has a monopoly over since the SavALot closed.My last experience with the rude workers at the service desk is truly the last experience with the Oneida Chopper. This one makes the Delaware Ave "Ghetto Chopper" in Albany look like a Wegman's (a store we desperately need in Oneida)Simply put, if you can, go elsewhere. This store is an insult to Price Chopper.

They have these great Turkey thighs for grilling or frying or baking that are just awesome. Can't find them anywhere else. Great buy and super flavorful when grilled. Good price to boot. You should check them out!

I shop at price chopper quite often. They usually have what I'm looking for. The pharmacy people are fantastic. I applied for a cashier position and haven't heard from anyone, so, I called. I spoke with a front end manager who was very rude. I stated that I hadn't heard from anyone and were they still hiring. He told me to check my email. I said I did. He said if I didn't receive a call, check my email. Again, I said I checked it. He saidto check my email then hung up.
