This store has pretty good customer service and always clean. I came here for a bathroom light and medicine cabinet.,found exactly what I wanted. The selection was huge.

The lady who worked in the plant department was absolutely amazing. She helped me box up all of my plants, and wrap them so they would survive the ride home in the cold. She even asked me if I had other stores to go to and kept my plants up at customer service until I was done so I could come back to get them. Compared to the other lowes she makes sure the plants are kept in good health, watered correctly.

Onieda Lowes , I'm never going there ever again , went there with a purchase quote this morning with a USDA check that was wrote for the quote just to be told by the construction desk so called manager that they were not going to honor the quote , we told him we have been in contact with Amanda and the store managers and they said it was fine cause we had to submit the quote to the government and it was taking time to get the check . in which this desk manager did not want to hear about and got rude about it and said well I pulled it up and for a $1,000.00 dollars more he could put the order through, with his snotty don't want to do attitude he had with us we gave it right back to him , I asked for his manager he came out and was not concerned about what his employee did to us prior he told us to leave or he was gonna call onieda Police and have us removed . all I'm going to say I went to Norwich Lowes and they went above and beyond and fixed Onieda Lowes Screw up again , I'm not the first customer they had to fix and make right . well you lost a customer due to your lack and ability of solving a issue , remember that black dude saying I told you so , I told you so ! well I'm telling you so your customer service sucks ! and I'm surprised you two yahoo's are management , guess what Norwich lowes came through and mmydelivery is 2/5/24 and when you quote a price for the USDA you just can't sweep it under the rug and do what you did , I want to see you two that couldn't be bothered to be fired! and I'm starting here and going to corporate as well . AND THE USDA WILL BE NOTIFIED AS WELL . CAUSE OF YOUR DISCRINATION TWORDS US. I TOLD YA SO! Marvin Ellison the big guy will deffinately be contacted as well . USDA is involved as well , I will have the last word. yeah called the number they provided below , spoke to 3 different people , told them they had 10 days to handle the issue , and to call me back as of 2/15 no response, it's funny Norwich lowes have been there and has went above and beyond and has apologized and I feel they should not have too , cause of oneidas negligence and no nothingattitude. I am disgusted cause your complaint department are just as worthless as Onieda Lowes...

This Lowe's is the same as every other one. The prices of some of the lumber is not visible. My oven stopped working. Went here for a new one. Aaron in appliances was very knowledgeable, friendly and he was great to work with. He knows his stuff.

Lowes is the big box store for when you need hardware. Ours is close to me and generally has what I need. I'd like a Home Depot but there's not one close. You have to shop Ace, Runnings. Lowes to find the best deal on certain items.

I want to highlight Jared House from store #2289, Oneida, NY. He went over and above to help us replace a faulty hot water heater. He arranged to have the item delivered to us, saving us $250.00 that the plumber wanted to charge to pick it up at the store.Jared was very understanding of our situation and handled it with care and compassion. We are extremely grateful. Please recognize Jared for his exemplary service (which is so rare in today’s world).I also want to recognize the wonderful delivery drivers who came earlier than expected and were very accommodating.

I most often go here when I am looking for tools or paint. There is a lot to look at and they are reasonable in prices. The store is clean but sometimes hard to find staff, if you need help.

I went in this morning to get a shelf and have it cut. My measurements were very precise. I asked Joshua if he could cut it for me and he was happy to. He cut it perfectly and it fit right where I needed it!! Also Keith got down from a ladder to help me find shelf pins. He took me right to them! Always a wonderful bunch of employees at that Lowes!

Horrible experience. 1st time buying appliance at Lowes. 3rd party delivery is a joke. False claims of calls verifying delivery times. Lowes associate did not tell us what delivery team had to have ready upon delivery. Paid extra for old appliance removal and yet its still sitting in my kitchen. Will never purchase through Lowes again.

The Christmas display right when you walk in is something out of a Christmas movie. Staff extremely helpful store was super clean and we couldn't ask for better service overall. This gentleman Mike help me this morning with the mower and I really appreciate it thank you Mike I wish those would change your policy and allowed tips because I think you definitely deserve one today.

Have to pick through lumber cause its never straight, prices are high on a variety of items including plants and building materials, finding associates can be difficult at times. On a positive note they have a greater selection of things than most hardware stores and the staff is very friendly. Pro-veteran and pro dog!

Was looking to purchase a cordless power tool today. I understand theft is high with these items, but lowes needs to have a button to push for help in that area. I wandered for 40 minutes, looking for someone to unlock the shelves with no luck. While looking I went online to Amazon and ordered the cordless Sawzall, will be delivered tomorrow. Lowes needs to have a better way for customers to summons help if they are going to have so much under lock and key.

I was looking for a gazebo they had 1 I ordered it . The delivery personnel delivered it 2 days later . It took alot longer than we expected . It's up and looking good. I also needed a new air-conditioner they had 2 in stock I bought 1 so with the temp being in the high 80's it came in handy ..

Bought a new washer and dryer and all the hoses, electric cable, and clamps. Was told they would set up when delivered. They delivered today and the driver dropped my washing machine. Then never bothered to hook anything up. Driver needs to be retrained by the passenger as the passenger. Contacted Manager Jeremy and he seemed like he couldn’t care less.

We went in for a washer and dryer. Of course the set we wanted wasn't available or in stock(most likely in a shipping container stranded at some port).That's when Dave and Sammy jumped into action! After 30 minutes they found a comparable set. Delivery and set up within 48 hours! Awesome job Dave and Sammy!! Great savings as well at Lowe's!!

Customer service has started to go downhill for sure. I've been standing at the paint counter for 20 minutes, and have been passed by at least 10 employees, and not a soul has asked if I need assistance. This happened the last few times I've been here. Prices are higher than you'd expect. The positive is the convenience, they have what you are looking for most of the time. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable when you can corner one.

The only reason I gave it to stars is because convenience. Manager and assistant manager don't seem to care about customer service at all. They are just there for the check. Turn over is huge and most seem irritable and don't seem to want to help anyone. Employees that have been there a while are treated like third rate citizens.

Very helpful staff. One of the managers went out of his way to help me get a fan that was on the very top shelf. It was a better fan and cheaper than the one I was looking at. My Huskies loved it. Laid right down and were a sleep.

I recently purchased a grill which had to be partially disassembled in order for it it fit in my car. Jessa assisted me with this, which entailed her standing in the boiling parking lot with me for over 30 minutes. Jessa went above and beyond for me that day, and whats more, she was very pleasant the entire time. It was a prime example of outstanding customer service. Thanks again Jessa!
