Very disappointed in the way customers are treated at Harbor Freight. I recently bought a welder and when I got it home took it outta the box and it was a dented up return which I was denied an exchange. So now I have a nonoperational and , DIFFERENT BRAND THAN WHAT WAS ON THE BOX, welder.

Harbor Freight is what it is. There are things like zip ties or tarps you can't go wrong with. One time or limited use speciality tools are a bargain. There are some things you need to go elsewhere for better quality. I love the place.

I have spent a good amount of time shopping here. Always fantastic deals and if you can't find something just ask they have always found my item for me. This location is one of the better harbor freights it is relatively new but I would recommend it anyway. 10/10 customer service, I ended up building a bird box to capture photos cost me 200$ for 3 power tools. Lithium quality too 👌!

I went in for a few items. I bought something on sale and did not get a discount because you have to pay a membership now?!? I thought this was crazy. I don't know why they just don't go back to offering coupons and discounts in mail. I am all about discounts and going where I'm offered the best deal. Now I'll have to shop around online and compare store prices in my area before shopping here.

Was looking for flat dollies. They had a good selection at great prices. I got two dollies for the price of one at lowes. Worked great for what I needed. I was asked by staff if I needed any help, which was nice.

I was looking for a flag pole kit , they had one at a great price . I was also looking for several other things, and the staff was able to help me locate what I was looking for. I had to use the rest room and it was extremely clean unlike several other places in the area. I left very happy and pleased with my experience at harbor freight in Oneida n.y.

The staff were really helpful and nice.Update: the staff at this location is some of the best locally!Although it's not hard compared to N. Syracuse, where I was yelled at and told to leave the store for trying to purchase a new with tags cart, that a box was sitting on.

Entered store on Friday December 2nd, was directly greeted by cashier Betty she also offered assitance to find items on my list.While walking through the store I met Manager Dan who helped me find some items. Dan has exceptional product knowledge on items the store stocks. This is an outstanding store in regards to customer service!!

The Cashier girl with the drawn-on eyebrows is very rude and unhappy. She shouldn't be at the register. I HATE going to the register when she's there. Can't stand the puss on her face.

Very pleasant staff.But tool I believed to be the same as I had purchased previously was not the same. Did not come with any blades. But they talked me into getting insurance on the item for replacement of any damaged blads for a year.How can I use this insurance if it didn't come with any blades??I guess I should have opened box to check it out before purchasing.

The store was just put in the area of the Walmart plaza it is well laid out and they have price ranges high too low depending on what you're looking for. Employees are attentive in the parking lot is easily accessible.

Love Harbor Freight, if you've seen any of my other reviews on Harbor Freight you're probably already aware of this. This is the place to buy quality hand tools at the best prices. Only buy Pittsburgh, as once you walk in they will try to get you to buy Quinn or Icon or spend more than you really need to. To the best of my knowledge all the Pittsburgh hand tools come with a lifetime warranty. So they need to build them of a high enough quality that they don't have to replace them all the time. Pittsburgh tools are the modern day Craftsman. Snap it, break it, cut it in half, park a truck on it, they don't care. Bring it in and hand it to them and they'll hand you a brand new one no questions asked.You will notice I said hand tools. As far as power tools go I buy almost nothing there because of they're 90-day warranty. As far as power tools I try to buy Makita. Milwaukee DeWalt and the rest are all owned by TTI or Black & Decker. Makita is their own company with one of the largest selections of tools. I feel that the dexterity of the tools and the trigger sensitivity and precision you get from Makita outweighs the torque you can get from a Milwaukee. It doesn't matter how much torque you can produce if you can't control it. So many videos on YouTube measure the total output power. The most important thing to me is the trigger lag and sensitivity. When you're trying to start a screw or fastener having a trigger that you can really use to manipulate the speed and torque is the most important thing. Especially if you're doing woodworking or other creative projects. The day and age we live in is silly when you look at how tools are reviewed. It's almost like asking how much horsepower and resistance DaVinci's paint brushes produced. Precision is not measured in foot pounds, lol.
