I go into Circle K every day. As a local firefighter, we stop in for food drinks quite often. The staff is amazing. The new manager has really turned this store around and it's always clean now. April, the store manager, really shows that she loves her job and her staff really respects her and it shows.

They are offering a summer promotion with ten cents off each gallon at the pump. You are given a card to swipe first to activate the savings. I swiped it on 2 different fill ups. It didn't take off the 10 cents. I emailed the corporate office. I received a call from the store manager directly regarding the situation. I showed proof and was given a refund for the amount I should have saved. It's wonderful that the store manager actually called back to correct the mistake. Many times you get a generic response back and the situation is not fixed.

I was here a couple weeks ago. I got gas, paid at the pump with a Debit Card, but they charged me the Credit Card price. Sad. I occasionally run across this practice, but it is rare, maybe once or twice a year. A Debit card is the same as cash up front. No fees, instant payment.

This is the worst run convenience chain I've ever experienced in my entire life. They bought a local convenience store chain and have so far been succeeding quite well at running it directly into the ground. No fresh sandwiches or fresh food at all anymore which I get it it's a convenience store but still. The locations all look like they're in disrepair and falling down around the employees especially the one in Oneida. On top of this it's like a wallet roulette to figure out how you're going to pay for whatever they have today because they usually can't accept credit or any debit cards of any kind or won't have fuel or won't have working fuel pumps. This is a quick rant but come on circle k pull it together or sell to someone who cares!

I live local, I have been ordering subs from circle k for 5 years , when I called to order today Michelle answered and she was very nice and enthusiastic. It might not seem like the tone of voice would mean much , but it does! It makes me feel like they are happy to help assist me with my order. The over the phone interaction is just as important to me as the in person action!! She was just amazing. She read my order back to me, she gave her opinion when I asked what’s popular or a good combination sandwich wise, she took her time! In the past I have been rushed on the phone, or just very short and monotone. She just stood out to me!! It’s nice to have friendly people in this world and she did awesome!!! She should be recognized for her performance! Over the phone work ethic is highly as important as in person in my eyes and she nailed it!! Thanks so much Michelle for assisting me with my order. I just had to write a review, I don’t normally write them but she just made my day! So if you want to order subs, Michelle is great at that. Projects her voice & speaks clearly. Awesome. I love Circle K & The subs so it’s nice having a good experience for the first time in a while.

Stopped for gas and drinks and I prefer to deal with people over self checkout. Had to yell for an employee to come up front who then said you pay for gas in the self checkout after I stated I didn’t know how to cash out with a gas purchase without an employee. She was extremely rude and when the self checkout she forced me to use said low cash she moved me to the other one. There’s a few employees standing around gossiping and she couldn’t bother to cash me out! If you can’t use a real person to cash me out I won’t do business there

Broken card readers on pumps, broken sub line/pizza line, every other item is out of stock and the employees just don't even care. Told them of a broken reader on a pump, and I got back "Yeah, most of them are".Steer clear of this place, it has gone downhill big time since Circle K bought the Nice N Easy franchises.

11/21/2020...Stopped to grab a bite to eat and was rudely told by Steven that he could not make food because he had to do his paperwork, I was the only customer in store when he said this. I used the facilities and asked him for the number to call in a complaint, he told me online, so here it is. He was rude and telling me someone quit on him, not my circus not my monkey. I stop at this location almost weekly on my way home and it gets worse and worse each time! If he doesn't like his job tell him to h iui t the road!!

Not what it used to be... not like the Nice n Easy. This is the 2nd time I’ve grabbed one of the premade sandwich’s and again; it’s soggy and old. I got a fruit cup last time too and the grapes were rotten. Sure; you save a few bucks w the card but; not worth it to me. Sorry.

Ever since circle k has taken over nice an easy in Oneida ny it’s become garbage. Out of meat out of bread for subs, for some reason can’t make food even though it’s completely dead there. It’s very poorly ran an it’s to bad. in a prime location it should be doing better.

This is a great place for diesel if you're pulling a 5th wheel. Easy approach from the street. They even have a big yellow sign to tell you which pump. We also ordered a philly steak sub which was fantastic.

Sad seing no reviews to one of the most amazing stores. It has everything ranging from adult to kids (alcohol to juice). Great store, customer service, and subs, the best around. They have what your normal stores dont have and still have what your normal stores have. Also theres restrooms!!!

I was there at 8.25 am Friday the clerk was rude and acting like I was bothering her. It's her job to help customers not be nasty. Will never go back

Service was absolutely terrible . I stand there waiting for a sub she say “ what do you want “ I say wow 😯.She makes my sub I ask do you have Italian herbs and cheese her response is “nah “I continue to follow through and say thank you for for helping . She responds yup .I’ll take that drive to subway next time

I stopped for gas and usually I pay at the pump but I had cash so I figured I would save 10 cents a gal.went in and paid cash and they still charged me card price at the pump.went back in and the guy I paid cash to couldn't figure out what I was talking about.i think they do this all the time and people just dont notice.
