I love these lights, I originally bought them for outdoors but they are super light in weight. I used my coupons and took advantage of black Friday savings. Paid a couple dollars, were originally $13.

I love Big Lots especially having a reward card from there. I recently shopped the Oneida location. The employees are very friendly & polite.

I went in this morning and wasn't sure how to use my Big Lots card to get my coupon. Vince was great and helped me get it so I was able to use it. He was patient and helpful. I didn't get the other guys name that was there when I came in but he was also very welcoming. I live closer to the other Big Lots but will always travel to this one because their customer service is top notch!

I want to give Gabe, manager who helped me a HUGE SHOUT OUT OF EXCELLENCE! I did a huge amout of shopping today with a 20% coupon. He painstakingly took time showing me it was not valid, then called customer service to try and help me with savings. He took an extrodinary amount of time and did get a discounted amount for me. In the process i found out his grandfather was dieing in the hospital as we spoke. He is an amazing compassionate human being! Thanks Gabe, ill be back

Great place for furniture and the gentleman that works in that department is an excellent person to help. He goes that extra mile to help. Very knowledgeable and helpful and truthful about all aspects of that department. . Good deals right now so I got me a nice big cozy recliner.

Felt very rushed at the checkout, cashier seemed annoyed that I couldn't get my items bagged fast enough for him. It was the night before Halloween, so I understood it was a little busy and the store was a bit disheveled and there was a lot of missing product from the shelves. Okay overall.

The man who rang me out on Tuesday was so friendly and just made me smile. Always love going there to look at their holiday selections. Prices aren't bad either. Got food, bathroom supplies, cat and dog supplies, furniture, kitchen stuff, candy, beauty supplies, just anything you need.

Good merchandise. Good prices. The clerk would not let up on trying to push their discount program on me. She asked me 7 times! I replied NO each time. I won't shop at the Oneida NY store any more. Jackie needs to learn what NO means and how to respect a customer.

This review is not for BigLots as a company but for specifically Bruce the furniture guy at our Oneida NY store. This guy took several hours and moving everything around the showroom floor to be sure we got just what we were looking for. He even encouraged us to go home and think about it if we needed to, so we wouldn’t make the wrong decision. The next day we again tried several sofa and rug combos until we got exactly the look we wanted. On top of all that we even matched curtains to the whole setup. Thanks Bruce! The sofa, curtains, and of course the rug brought the whole room together. All without even one time feeling rushed or an inconvenience. 5 stars and a “A+++” experience.

Actually stopped at 2 different locations today. Great selection for all household needs! Oneida was a lot cleaner than the Utica location just off River Rd near rte 49. My wife did say they are stepping up their game though. She was impressed with the quality and prices.

Basic needs and then some. Prices VERY low compared to other local grocery. Ethnic foods are beginning to expand. Meat are better quality. VERY rarely do they run out of advertised sale items!

Love Big Lots! I always find so many great deals from food items to home decor to slippers. Never come out of the store empry handed. Great sales and awesome seasonal items.

I went in to look at flower pots but didn't buy any ended up buying some pillows. The prices aren't really marked. The pillows I bought were priced ended up being less expensive than what was marked. Can you imagine what they'd sell if they marked their items.

The story is clean and we'll kept, the associates are pleasant. I enjoy going in there just to browse. I'm always there for holiday decor.

Lots of renovations going on at this store. Many products are moved and the shelves are messy. There are also a lot of holes in the floor tile and if you are not looking down then you could trip, just an fyi. The workers are helpful with finding products and seem to be nice. Big Lots sells a lot of different foods but be sure to check the date as some foods can be old and stale. All in all, this Big Lots is so-so.

I've been going to this Big lots for over 10 years! The people there remember your name talk to you they help you in anyway possible, it's almost like going to a family store. They've recently redone the whole store changed all the isles around. I would recommend this store to anyone in the area.

This place is filthy, disorganized, overpriced.might as well not even have it especially when you can go to the dollar store next door or drive a few more miles to walmart. Very scarce on staff as well. Not all the staff is that friendly either. The bathrooms are disgusting they smell and its like they are never cleaned. The place needs help.

Bathrooms are YUCK besides that wide variety, can be pricey depending on what it is cool in the summer warm in the winter :) no problems w returns and very helpful when u need help getting finding ur looking at something they even check other bigots stores :)
