Not very happy with the customer service yesterday around noonish not sure if the lady was having an off day but her attitude is definitely not something you want wt the front of the store. Wish I could have spoken to a manager but it appeared they were having a meeting

Second time we have come through. and the one girl was calling my man loving names/ terms of endearment. first time called my man "honey" 2 times, very unprofessional. And got one of the wraps wrong. And second time being today. She called him honey 3 times and sweetie again before we pulled away. After charging us with the wrong order which was about 4x the price one the one drink i got for him. Fast Food service industries should NOT be calling peoples man "honey" and "sweetie" and ALSO getting things wrong in the same occasion. Its just not professional.

Was there yesterday about 9:15. Stood inline.. lady in front of me wasted taken care of.. gentleman next to me was taken care of.. I stared like an idiot for 10 mins while I was being ignored.. wasn't even acknowledged I was the only one standing there they just delt with drive thru which when I walked out wasn't even as busy as it usually is... The baker and the soup and sandwich guy both looked at me but nothing was said.. I walked out and went to burger king... Check your cameras...

The food is great and just about every single drink is amazing but it's so rushed and loud. Usually you have 5-10 people infront of you before you can even order. It's not exactly the employees fault but there has to be a way to make the experience better and quicker. I LOVE Tim Hortons and I only go like 2x a year because the wait is just crazy.Parking: The parking lot is very tight. Half of the time the drive-thru line is so long ot stretches into the parking lot & my car gets blocked in by the people waiting in line. Again it's not their fault the employees are just overwhelmed w/orders.Kid-friendliness: It's not really a place for kids..its chaotic.

Place is always busy and a wait is expected. Today was especially, brutally, bad however. And after finally making it to the window, was told they didn’t have the bread for my sandwich. That would have been helpful info to have 30 minutes ago when I placed the order while waiting in the drive thru. Two stars for this experience, which arguably should be one, but giving benefit of the doubt as it usually isn’t THIS bad.

Every single morning. These people are the slowest hash browns are always hard coffee's always cold go elsewhere you won't regret it/UPDATE! Still slow af. I been here 3 times this last week walked out every time 'because of how long the wait times are. There's a line going out to the street but only two people working and one in the back. Smh

Went through drive through waited 15 minutes and I ordered a turkey club with no tomatoes. What I received is a turkey club with tomatoes and NO bacon, they messed up my daughter's coffee. very upsetting you don't get what you order. The prices they charge better get you way you pay for. I am not a fan of Tim Hortons for that reason!!!!

The Drive thru was terrible, couldn't leave as we were blocked in n it was over 20 mintues for two cups of coffee, called n said they needed to get help at the window n was told short staff n nothing could be done, as we waited outside the window n saw two people in there that could of helped. the lady was crazy n was taking orders n filing them too, it was terrible n I was very disappointed.

This place is trash they will have a line of customers out the door and still only focus on drive thru and mobile order and when you do finally get you order if you are lucky enough it's correct because thier sugar/cream machine only works have the time and they don't pay enough attention to even care I would rather have McDonald's coffee and that stuff is horrible but I can at least get it right

The Tim Horton’s on Rt 417 really needs to reorganize how orders are filled. Went inside for a breakfast snack wrap and medium coffee with half cream - after standing for 15 mins I finally received my coffee!! I received my snack wrap within five mins.YOU SHOULD NOT HAVE TO WAIT 15 MINS. FOR A PLAIN CUP OF COFFEE!!

The customer service experience at Tim Hortons was excellent due to a worker named Gina . She is so pleasant and always remembers our orders to the key. As long as she is there we will never go to another store

Go to Tim Horton's every day at least 2× a day if not more. The past couple months the coffee has been getting worse at the one by Walmart. For almost $3 a cup to dump down the drain bc it either taste burnt or there's no sugar or they put sugarless vanilla in it is ridiculous! The best time to go is about 7am. Check the sugar machine! Don't burn the coffee! And I'll tell you if I want sugarless otherwise when I say vanilla I want sugar. I mean a triple triple who wants sugarless. And who wants to waste money feeding it to the septic system. Do better! This used to be my addiction and now not so much. Your losing customers.

I ordered a double double. The coffee tasted burnt. The bottom of the cup was full of grounds. I understand that they were busy, but this was not up to Tim Horton standards at all.
