Your employees are wonderful. They go the extra mile. One young man got the heavy boxes that I was shipping out of my car. Then he proceeded to help me box up my printer. And the young lady helped me lift on the scale. She was fantastic too.

I always have a positive experience with the Staples store in Olean, NY. The techs are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They know the products and make sure you get the lowest price possible by finding coupons that can be used when checking out.

Advertised on line as a drop off for UPS. However, when my husband attempted to drop off our old Spectrum modem (as indicated in our paperwork), the associate said "we're not a UPS drop off". Then when my husband said that is what Spectrum instructed us to do and turned to leave, the associate mumbled "whatever". Is this the way you train your people to treat customers? Certainly won't be back for anything unless as a last resort.

They treat people with such disrespect. Will bash you behind your back. Beware. The way the slammed my elderly mother thinking nobody was around is unforgivable. We didn't do anything, like why talk about people like that. Other customers were embarrassed to be in your store.

I was looking for a desk top computer for my 18 yr old for college. The sales rep was very helpful. I will review the computer after we've used it a little. The reason I only gave 3 stars is because of the restrooms. I took my 6 year old daughter to use the restroom. There was no toilet paper. They only had the brown paper towels. The soap was completely watered down. The bathroom was disgustingly filthy. This was by far the worst public restroom I've ever seen. As soon as we went back to talk to the sales rep about the computer I told him about it and said that it needed to be corrected. They only got 3 stars because the sales rep was really helpful otherwise I wouldn't have marked any stars at all. GROSS! CLEAN IT UP!

I visit about 2-3 times a month. I order online for pickup and that works great! It's hit n miss with the staff - some are helpful and others just seem almost useless or rude - depending on who's there.Well organized and clean store.

Store is trash ! Bought a printer less than 90 days ago and it’s junk and they will not honor their product ! What’s the point of buying anything at a brick and mortar store if not to be able to return it if a problem happens

I was looking for a specific Spec laptop. I called and spoke to Brandon. He sold me a Lenovo SSD with core I5. I absolutely love it. Great job Brandon and Staples. This is my first large purchase at Staples but will not be my last. Brandon thank you for taking the time to find what I needed. I was on my way to Walmart to buy an HP when I called. I am so glad I did! You rock!

I'm only giving them one star because its required.. they should get zero stars. I went in to get 400 copies made. The associate said if I wanted a rush job it would be $20.00 extra. I was in no rush so I declined. I dropped the original off at 10:36 am and came back at 6:50 pm. The copies were done and sitting on the counter but the associate behind the counter wouldn't give them to me before 7:00 because that would have been in the time frame of a $20.00 rush job. It was petty and spiteful to make me wait an extra 10 minutes when the copies were already done. I get thousands of copies done every year but they will never get my business again.

The service technician was great, I thought I was going to loose everything on my computer and in less than 15 minutes he saved me and then I needed some paperwork and the lady came from behind the counter and took me right where I needed to go and helped me find exactly what I wanted. Great job!

If you have any questions about something that you are looking for, you better look for your self, they will try to sell you the most expensive telling you "that's the only one that we have". Then when you tell the person that you found by yourself what you were looking for they just brush you off ignoring you completely. Find another store that really wants your business, you'll be better off.

I came in with my mom with the computer she bought from them. She had a question about the files and pictures they had supposedly backed up from the hard drive of her old computer. Nothing was there. They basically said "sorry, there's nothing we can do." All the files and pictures are gone, and they recycled her old hard drive. I wish she hadn't trusted them with something so important, because they don't seem to know what they are doing. I felt like they could have at least offered her some sort of compensation, but they seemed anxious to be done with the conversation. The manager even suggested that she must have deleted the files herself. What?!?

The tech employees are a joke the ones that I dealt with anyways not sure if they have more but the two I had shouldn’t even be chewing on crayons...it would make the crayons feel stupid..I bought an all in one HP from this store the hard drive was junk well I payed for a five year warranty plus HP offers a 1 year when I bought it, and since I only had it a little over a month should be no problem right haha NOT...so the genius that rung me out only put that it had protection for the screen but charged me for what I actually bought which was full protection...anyways so when I take this junk back they just give me a brand new computer off the shelf...? And told me when they get the warantee figured out and switched to the new computer they will call me...lmao not sure how you do that when you don’t even so much as scan it or write any numbers off the box in order to put the warantee on it...? Also it has been a week and no response from these idiots...so maybe HP should know about them sending their computers out the door without even so much as to scan them or anything...idk but as far as I’m concerned someone should shut the dump down FOREVER!!! However I will be contacting HP since it is their equipment staples is giving away not the stores equipment ✌🏻😒🙄 oh let’s not forget the paper they gave me as a receipt of this transaction was typed out on Microsoft word and didn’t even so much as have staples on the receipt anywhere at all lmao...so the best Idea I can give staples is fire the tech staff and hire all new!! Immediately

Worst customer service ever!!!!!!!! I didn't understand how to print something off my phone and asked a manger for help keyword MANAGER for help and she kept huffing and puffing. Because she wanted wanted to put money in her bank account. I was asking questions and she acted like I knew what she was talking about. Just awful.

As a tech guy, this has been the second time ive had to clean up after the "EasyTech" at Staples... here they go charging a customer 180+ dollars to fix a laptop. Its stuck in a bootloop and they just first say its software, then that its a hardware problem, then flip back to software and give it back after charging 180 dollars! I had it for only a few moments and was able to determine it was a software issue, then was able to get everything back to normal within the next hour. Pretty sad that I have no degree in this field yet, but can obviously do more than the "Techs" at staples. #MoreCustomersForMe #CustomersComeFirst

Literally the single worst store ive ever been in the staff could only answer my question after two visits of an hr each and even then it just made things more difficult on the other hand probably a great place to work getting paid to stand around and say "we're actually not aloud to help" and not know how any of there own equipment and services work i recommend you NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION use a post office or go abywhere else that supplies the service you need i guarantee they will be way better there's no way they couldn't be.

Not a huge selection of computers or parts. But a great office supply store their staplers are junk and the tech Dept are not that good. I overheard them telling someone that the Firefox and chrome browsers are viruses and that's why the computer is running so slow.

Went to send a fax there 1.69 a page for local faxs and 2.59 for long distant faxs i mean talk about rip off use your local library because there only 35 cents max for faxs just saying
