Absolutely love this place! They gave me $3,000 more on my trade in than the other dealership I was going to. Mike was really helpful and easy to talk too, he didn't push me to buy anything but was willing to help whenever I was ready. They don't try to bs you. The process was really easy and fast, there's no waiting 3 hours to hear back from 800 banks. I would 100% recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle!

I had a great experience at Class Cars of Olean. I came in with a pretty tough situation, my trade in was not worth much and very bad credit. My salesperson, Dana Haner, walked me through everything I needed to do and found me a great vehicle that was perfect for me, better then I would have assumed I could get, realistically. I got a co-sosigner and he took care of the rest. Through every step he made sure I was comfortable with the vehicle and the payment, and he has made himself available in the days after the sale for any questions I've had since, instead of just making the sale and moving on to the next customer. I can't speak highly enough of Dana, and the rest of the people I met were great. If your tired of the dog-eat-dog world of the car business, I would highly recommend Class Cars. The environment was so easy going and I felt heard and taken care of through every step.

I bought an 09 Cobalt from Olean Class Cars back in June of 2020. Dana was the salesman that I did business with. These guys are not pushy, they worked with me on the sale price and let me drive my car home on dealer plates. They let me take it for a test drive as soon as I got there and I even got free ceramic pads and rotors and other warranty work. If you're in the market for a good used car, give Olean Class Cars a call!

Dean is very professional and goes out of his way for the customer. My son ended up buying a truck from him and within 24 hrs he was able to pick the truck up. Payment is very affordable where he found that he could finance at. Dean is truly for the customer and doesnt just through you in a horrible finance company just to make a sale. I found a car I wanted on their web page. I called and asked about it and they said it was still available. So I asked "can I hold it for a few days?" I also said "I'll put any amount of money down.". I asked three times "can i put money down?" They replied "we are an honest hand shake dealership. The car is as good as yours." I said "I will be there Friday". They called me Thursday and said someone just bought the truck. They also said they had one just like it and would send me pics as soon as they got it ready. No pics ever sent. They obviously don't stick to their word. Good luck going here!

Bought a used car with 30,000 miles from them a couple months ago. Within 3 days it was in the shop for engine issues. I called the sales manager asking to exchange the vehicle since it has major problems to which he replied he couldn’t take the car back for “every small issue” and “that’s what warranties are for.” Major engine issues which cause a loss in acceleration are NO small issue. They say they stand behind their cars, that’s only until you sign the contract than good luck! They couldn’t even include the drivers manual in the car purchase! It has been two months after them telling me they would get me the manual and I still haven’t heard from them! And this doesn’t include when I purchased the vehicle they had two large scratches in the hoods paint which was attributed to them waxing the car. They charge top dollar for sub par vehicles. I will not be doing business with them again.
