I was in yesterday and I have to say the store is looking so much better! A gentleman came over to ask me if I needed assistance while I was looking at some items..the young man directing traffic up front and the sales assistant who checked me out were incredibly positive and friendly..terrific!4 stars for a separate issue/ return that isn't on my statement and did not get resolved. I'm sure it will with a phone call.Nice improvements overall 👌

Kohl’s in Olean NY. Betty Jo was the sales associate who helped me reapply for a Kohl’s Credit card. She was so kind, helped me through the process. She was very knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

KOHLS in Olean is my "GO TO" place for shopping! Just large enough to have plenty of products to browse, but... not so big , you become overwhelmed! Great selection of items, great prices, great sales and most of all, ALWAYS helpful, friendly employees to aid your shopping experience!

There's been sales like 50% off of Champion and 30%-50% off of Under Armour..I wish I had known it was coming because I would have saved up for kids clothes. You can't beat the sales they have right now...online also. (January 2023)

I think Kohl's is the one of the only stores, besides JCPenney in Olean, NY you can actually find name brand clothing at, unless you want to drive all the way to Buffalo or Rochester! There's only a few issues! They don't always stock a lot of things and run out of things frequently because they are one of only a few stores around that have decent clothing! Also, they put "Friends and family sales" etc and they DON'T LET YOU USE the coupons for HARDLY ANYTHING YOU BUY 😂!!! Like Baby clothes 🤷its ridiculous! You should be able to use that coupon for baby clothes unless they are in clearance!

I went to shop and also return something to Amazon. I had never done this before. The girl at the service desk literally walked me through the whole process, even though she suspected it wouldn't be able to be returned there. She told me how to proceed from there. I am so so grateful for the technology assist! When checking out that sales girl helped me find the 25% off coupon on my phone. Both women went above and beyond and were very very nice!

The Kohl's near our home in NC is great. This one, not so much. We were looking for a suit combination. There were only about 10 pair of pants and most were large sizes. Same with suit jackets. Needed a 40R and there were only a handful that size. The rest were all very large.

I have been a Kohls card holder for almost ten years and it never disappoints! They are friendly, helpful and the prices and quality is great. Today I had to return a few items from Christmas. I think the whole process took less than fifteen minutes... and I had to wait in line a bit! Highly recommend Kohl's.

So dissatisfied with both the service and management in this store and Kohls in general. There was a pair of Ryka tennis shoes size 7 on clearance for $39.95. I had a 30% off coupon which would have made them about $28. I checked online to make sure they were not excluded from the coupon before I went to check out. The coupon didn’t work when they rang it up so I asked for a manager to check it out. First off the manager (I think his name was Jeff) was extremely rude and had a huge attitude which I have never experienced at a Kohls before. He then said the item was excluded from the coupon and when I questioned why it wasn’t online he said he didn’t know but he was not going to give me the 30% off. He was sarcastic and said he could give me the online price but that would be $67. I called Kohls customer service and the representative said he has no idea why the store was excluding this item because it wasn’t an excluded item. But apparently he couldn’t make the manager give me the coupon. The most he could do was give me $20 off and the 30% off which would have made the shoes like $55 which was pointless. I have never experienced Kohls policy being so inconsistent in my life. I have been a loyal Kohls shopper for 13 years and I am extremely upset by this experience and I don’t think I will return as a customer anymore.
