Ordered a footlong Chicken Tenders sub on Sunday 2/18/24. Didn't even get half way through it because it was disgusting and then woke up in the middle of the night extremely sick puking multiple times. Went to the doctor and low and behold.. I got food poisoning. I'll never order from here again. 🤢

This place has a limited selection and is priced ridiculous. I saw chicken roll there once but didn't have the money to get it. I have returned over ten times to buy some but it is never there now. The staff in the deli is so cool and personable. They have a lot of local options which Is cool. I was super impressed by the fact that the owner posted a note near where the domino sugar is supposed to be.the owner got wind that domino is exploiting slave labor and they pulled the product off of their shelves while they investigate the issue. To me that is the kind of integrity I want in the businesses I frequent. So even though the pricing is highway robbery I can forgive it because ei recognize that it is a mom and pop and they have to prove that way to stay competitive with the big box stores. I mean Atleast a person still cashes you out and they always have bags. Obviously they put people and planet over the bottom line and that is commendable.

Everyone knows Park and Shop in Olean is definitely one of the more expensive grocery marts you can shop at in Olean, however, they, for over 30 years have been one of my grandfather's only first choices for Steak get togethers faithfully every Friday or Saturday respectively. Full disclaimer. with the proper amount of prepping from clipping coupons out of the Sunday paper or waiting for the right sale either way professional always clean shelves are always stocked great local homegrown items and supplies hometown store with a hometown heart

A great location to shop and get yummy food. Their service is wonderful and its a great way to support local shopping. Their food is quality and always made on point from my experience over the last 6 plus years. It's a good stop to grab a quick drink also with a good arrange of options. A good addition for Olean

Went here to get lunch the other day. I ordered a 1/2 country club sub. It didn't take long for them to make it and there was a good amount of meat on it. The only thing that surprised me was that the price on the menu boards was different from what was on the sub. But I paid for it anyway. The store is always clean and the staff are always nice

My dad lived in Olean for a time and I lived nearby in Cuba. He affectionately referred to the Park n Shop as the “Pork n Snork” and that’s how I’ll always remember the name. Sometimes we’d come here and grab dinner ingredients. I really liked the coconut cake and bought one often.

I was there 3-31-22 at 9:30pm because I was stuck at the hospital for to many days waiting for my newborn to get adjusted to life on the outside lol but being stuck at the hospital I have panic attacks however the staff was so nice and helpful I felt so much better when I'm left there even though I headed back to the hospital. The prices are a little high but it's high everywhere right now anyways. I recommend shopping here even more on a terrible day ...you'll feel better if you have the same staff taking care of you.

Always have great deals. Meats always look appealing. Fruit isn't always the best but pretty good overall. Sub/Deli is one of the best in the area compared to the other deli's. Parking lot is scary at times with the way people park.

The deli is understaffed but they have hard workers and that is respectable. Having said that the cashier that waited on me was deplorable, rude and disrespectful. When I purchased my items I was told that I picked the wrong drink when it did not ring up. She became upset and I offered to get another one for her to ring up. She did not respond to me and walked away. When she came back she was not engaged at all with me the customer. More focused talking to other employees and acting as if I was not there at all. When we were to leave I asked my children to tell her thank you and she turned her back and acted as if she could not here them but I have three children and I know she heard them. Perhaps she chose the wrong line of work in life who knows but it is sad when you are trying to teach your children to respect people and they are given none. She was an older lady 5ft 2 inches, hair to her shoulders, and disincentive old styled coke bottle glasses. If you shop here just avoid her because she will not treat you with the same respect that you treat her with.

If I could give you a lower review I would..... this store is trash half the employees are high but keep their jobs after being told repeatedly. Customer service at the deli is unprofessional and scattered, there is no organization.And on top of all that the health department will be called, due to the lack of cleaning that takes place in your kitchen as well as your employees not wearing gloves at appropriate times.... thank you and have a great day 😊

Sad to hear store has been sold and under new management. The Quality of the Meat dept will never be the same if you lose that team. Need to pay to keep the talented quality employees. Invest in improving the store staff and store output & then you will have a great outcome. Dont be deceived by the 4 star its only for the Meat Dept and not the store.

Not the best place for regular shopping, but if you need to grab something for dinner and you live close by, it's definitely the easiest choice. I bike here from time to time to pick up snacks since I live close by.

Really wasn't impressed. Convenient location but that's about it. Some of the packaged lunch meat was expired by 4 days and limited selection on everything but it's a small store. The main issue is the prices were really high, even sale prices.

i was at park and shop with my baby brother (4 years old) and an employee named Caiden Passmore shoved my brother to the ground unprovoked instead of asking us to move, i tried to call to tell someone about this but she hung up on me and the manager, Jason, won’t answer my calls, i want people to be aware how dangerous it is to bring kids there, my little brother really hurt his knee because of Caiden Passmore and i will not be coming back until Caiden is fired.

If you haven't been in this store lately, you need to stop in and see all of the remodeling they've done. This is still a great place to go to pick up some lunch or dinner at the deli. Give it a try!!

I like the fresh vegetables and the clerks are helpful too. I enjoy the veggie subs too. I use the store at Least a couple times a week. They have good sales on food items.

Accessible little store with delicatessen conveniently located for quick trips. Much preferred over Walmart when in a pinch for something like milk or bread.

Normally the food in the deli is very good, but yesterday the taco I had was terrible,meat was cold and old,the taco itself was a mess,also got $5box with chicken sandwich and fries again cold and tough, fries were inedible. Maybe I'll try again maybe not
