Went skiing at Holiday Valley. 20 minutes away. Good deal. Staff were helpful. Breakfast staff very accommodating and helpful. We skipped housekeeping because we were only there for a few nights. Only problem was the light/bathroom fan. Very loud and annoying. Luckily there was a night light you could use for most visits to the bathroom. Staff allowed us to check out another room but it was no different. Pool and exercise room looked good. Plenty of parking. Will be back if in the area again.

We are gold elite and have stayed in a lot of Marriott properties. This is an older Fairfield Inn. It appeared to be clean but had a bit of a musty smell . The staff was great and very friendly! But our room (327) is not one I'd recommend. The bathroom light/fan was so incredibly loud we didn't use it unless absolutely necessary. We also found that the HVAC unit was louder than we've heard in a while. Luckily the weather was temperate and we didn't need it. If it weren't for the fact that we had already unpacked and we were only staying for one night, we would have asked to move and I'm sure they would have accommodated us. Hopefully the other rooms are not as noisy. On the plus side, the bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

I dont know if there is enough room here as to why I gave the rating that I did. Very POOR service from checking in, room being serviced, all the way to the front desk giving my room number and a key card to my room to someone they didn't know or asked for ID or calling my room, especially since I checked in by myself and had no one else with me.I even tried to file a complaint when I got home and was told to contact manager of the property but when I did, I was told he wasn't there and might be in Tuesday. Called again the next day and someone finally took the complaint, to this day which is 2 days after filing the compliant, I am STILL waiting for a response.Rooms are cleaned or serviced every other day, making dirty towels being reused, garbage can not empty, bed(s) being made or linen changed. Just a side note though, my garbage can was NEVER emptied and I was left with a card in regards to leaving a tip if I desired.Safety: VERY POORFood & drinks: It's microwavable food they just heat up.

2022 December 4.5★Came back to this location and continues to be very good. Rooms continued to be clean. Staff friendly. Pool seems smaller now (or I've gotten bigger) and parking is ample.Pictures tell the story. At nights or early morning, you might see deer on the property (front or back) a bonus!Gym, pool, computer area and self serve laundry.Free parking and breakfast.Good value and would come again.2017 December 4★Room was very clean. Staff were friendly. Convenient location, closed to restaurants and shops, and not too far from ski hills. Only disappointment is that there were only swimming pool but no hot tub.

Very nice and clean place and I am a germaphobe. Front desk personnel were very nice and accommodating. They had free WiFi and it wasn't slow like other places I have been. The pool was very nice but small which is no biggie unless you are with a huge crowd. They had a buffet breakfast in the morning. Waffles, eggs, toast, bacon, cereal, juices etc. Would definitely stay there again if need to.

Our room was clean and nicely furnished. Parking was convenient even when they were busy. Complimentary breakfast was great with a lot of variety. "Mama Cindy" was, sweet. We enjoyed a nice conversation with her. Katie at the desk was great! I watched her during breakfast two mornings have conversations with any guest that passed by her. We will definitely stay here again.

We love Marriotts and always try to find one near our destination. This was the second least impressive Marriott we’ve seen yet (first place is in Texas) the room had a musty smell and the shower was not cleaned well. The pool was small and cold I appreciated having to make an appointment to use it however the guy at the front desk was rude and acted like we were inconveniencing him . The stars In this review are for the lovely red head front desk lady she was awesome!

was here for 3 weeks, only a couple of small noticeables, the fan in my bathroom was bad, bad to the point that I hated turning the light on. breakfast was good, I was working nights and would come in right as they were putting food out. very quiet rooms, very rarely heard any other noise. there is a pedestrian walkway by the backdoor and there was always a car parked in it so that you had to walk through the landscaping to get to the door but that is my pet peeve. overall wonderful place to stay. well recommended.

This is a really good Marriott Property. It has been completely renovated since it's days as a Country Inn and Suites. The rooms are very comfortable, with Marriott bedding and the lounge/breakfast area is spacious and inviting. Breakfast is the only meal served and it is OK, but not great. Local places in Olean and Allegheny are better for breakfast.

We had a conflict with our reserved dates & the Manager Geri called me personally & fixed everything! That’s customer service. We stay there frequently & it’s appreciated to be treated so kindly. And I just love the breakfast kitchen manager. She’s so sweet & on pointe! And I feel like on a stay away/vacation if the speed of the elevator makes you reduce 2 ⭐️ perhaps it would do your heart good to take the multiple tidy staircases available to every guest.

Located conveniently on a main street, with restaurants, shopping, and a movie theater very close. Very helpful and friendly front desk attendant. Clean and lovely rooms and public areas. The free breakfast was well stocked, refilled and kept orderly. The room was, as always, comfortable as can be with Marriott's signiture bedding and roomy bathrooms. We will be back.

The hotel seemed seemed clean and the bed was comfortable. There were a few extra hairs in and around the shower that I found in the morning I could have done without. Breakfast was pretty good. The staff was pleasant and helpful.

Great service/staff, clean room, the rooms were big and my family didn’t feel crowded. The pool was open to reserving time slots but it was not difficult to be get one. This was our 2nd time staying here and we will definitely visit again!

I have greatly enjoyed my stay this far at this hotel. It is immaculately clean and well-maintained. It has some dated features, but all is operational and fully functional. Rooms are also larger than my recent TownePlace and Residence Inn studio suites. Also, complimentary niceties such as lotions, hand sanitizer, make-up remover, bicycles, and even ice scrapers were excellent touches. Rodney DeFiore (GM) runs a great property and provides impeccable service.

The staff was friendly. The complimentary breakfast was well stocked. Our first room smelled of smoke but they happily changed it for us. The second room also had a bit of odor but it wasn't smoke.

Plenty of parking . Mobile check in . Room where clean . All staff adhering to COVID protocols . Grab & go breakfast in the morning . Coffee tastes much better than other Marriott’s ! Multiple / fast elevators . Quiet location right across from the university . Groceries stores & dinning available near by . Just wished the windows opened for fresh air (-: . Microwave & mini fridge in the room with a separate “living room” area .

A lovely place especially compared to the Microtel next door. When I arrived for check-in, the attendant was super nice and even got me a bottle of water. Oh and lets not forget the fresh baked cookies at the front desk either. YUM!The exercise room had a nice stationary bike that I used (the TV didn't seem to work on it, but since I was the only person in the room, I just turned on the main TV) as well as an elliptical, two treadmills, and a workout bench and free weights. My room was nice and clean and the TV welcomed me as I walked in. My room was at the front of the building on the first floor so I could hear a little bit of the traffic on the road in front of the hotel. It was only bad when emergency vehicles roared by. One thing I loved was the working thermostat! I set the temp to 68 and that is what I got. No hassles there! And they even had the extra blanket I so like to use in hotels. There was no DVD player in the room, so I just stuck to watching movies on my laptop. No biggie there. The bathroom was clean with a shower with great water pressure and unending hot water. Yeah I had to bend down a bit to get under the shower head (i'm just over 6' tall), but I've experienced much worse! Also, the shower was just a tad bit slow to drain. Again, I've experienced much worse! One oddity was the bathroom fan turned on with the bathroom light. Not a big issue, but the fan was super loud! It didn't bother me, but I'm sure the rooms near me could easily hear it.I didn't use it, but the pool looked nice. The breakfast was excellent too! Waffles, bacon, sausage, eggs, cereal, yogurt, bagels, etc. Eat one, some or all! Friendly staff that were very willing to serve. Despite the nuances of my room which really didn't bother me at all, I give this place 5 stars. Also, I doubt there are any meth labs in this hotel either (unlike the one across the street).Bonus! Dunkin' Donuts is right across the street! And there's a walking trail that goes right past the hotel. Enjoy!

The suite I stayed in was excellent and service was solid, but the Internet was awful. Pages took nearly a minute to load, and with every device you'd connect to your room's WiFi, the slower things became.Of course this isn't an issue if you plan on being away from your room for the majority of your stay or simply wish to disconnect while you're here. However, as a student who had assignments to work on at the time, it was a disaster. 3⭐.

The Fairfield Inns are usually really good. This one was nice, and a good place to stay, but seemed older, like it needs some renovation. While we were there, they were working on the parking lot, so maybe more renovations are in the works.

Not a great Fairfield. Room was pretty musty. I think the bathroom fan was just a noise maker. HVAC unit was very noisy. Slug in room. Pool was very small and only 4ft deep, and pool room was very poorly lit. Good for kids.

Prices were raised because of an event at a college. For $185 a night I would expect an amazingly well kept hotel. Nope! Room next door had it's door entry pad missing. In our room trash peaking out from under the bed resulted in finding more trash further under. The bathroom vent/light was held up by packaging tape!

Great place. The pool was clean and just the right temperature. Beds were big and had plenty of pillows. Will be staying there again when in the area.
