Sorry to say, but the food was not good at all. Cheeseburger, mediocre, chicken nuggets tasted like Tyson brand, fries not cooked all the way. Ordered chicken sandwich which was dry and curly q firs were very greasy and undercooked. My husband said he say the cook take the chicken out of a bag of frozen chicken pieces. It’s tough to cook chicken from frozen in a short period of time. Chicken finger (3), were the only thing on my plate and a little overdone. Can’t say I would return here to eat! AND was told to come up to the register where the waitress would cash me out (without seeing the bill!!!!!!!)

You couldn’t have a better person to be the owner of a restaurant. Wally was so welcoming and gave plenty of suggestions. My kids and I stopped here while on vacation just expecting to fill our bellies a bit before heading to see Niagara Falls. But what we got was so much more! The owner, Wally, I believe is his name, was very welcoming and obviously takes great pride in every ingredient he uses which is so rare and refreshing these days. And because of this the food was amazingly delicious and homemade! You can't get that at a chain restaurant. I hope to be back sometime in the future! Highly recommend!!

I've been coming to Olcott for the Pirate Festival since 2002,and have eaten at Park Place many times.For a small place it's often very busy.And for good reasons. The food here is great and the young staff are really nice and attentive. You can't beat the prices either.

Great food in this quaint little joint, we were in town for the independence day celebration, went in with our granddaughter in the afternoon, she wouldn't eat ,she had just woken up after the hour drive, A little after 8pm she decided she was hungry, My wife took her back over to eat ,The restaurant was already closed, The Gentleman,who I Assumed was the owner , went back in and made her a PB,J , Her favorite ! Great little place ! Thank you for your kindness.

I LOVE this restaurant. I stopped here with a student group a couple of weeks ago and we had an excellent breakfast. The owner is an awesome person and came out to chat with us while we ate. The food was delicious - big portions and incredibly low prices. Be sure to try the owners homemade hot sauce, it's great! Our breakfast here truly made my week! Hope I'll have an excuse to drive through the area and visit again in the future.

5+ stars!! Super friendly owner (?) took our order and asked me if I wanted onions in my hash browns! I never do but if that's how they make them that's how I eat them. I was impressed that he'd ask. That means he pays attention to his customers orders and uses that info, hey not everyone likes onions in hash browns lol.The cook ( chef ) did it all!Just her and I didn't notice anyone complaining about waiting!! Owner came around with refills of his awesome coffee that he obviously takes great pride in grinding himself.Our breakfast was fantastic!!!

We came here a year ago and were not impressed, but it's right next to the kiddie carousel park, where we were taking our grandbabies, so we decided to give it a second chance. We won't be going back a third time. The food is not good...today we had half cooked straight fries, ok Curley fries, greasy, ucky chicken nuggets with more coating than chicken, chili with almost no meat in it, and an ok pattie melt. Besides that, the service was terrible, and the cost seemed higher than expected. We never got a bill (part of the poor service), so i finally walked up to the register and the girl there had a tab for our table, which wasnt shared, but maybe we were overcharged.

Great breakfast! Every time I go...I had a western omlet sandwich and it was served with some watermelon...a perfect side. It was so good! I try the specials on board, they are usually a good choice when you don't know what you are in mood for. Always good food, conversation and a friendly hometown atmosphere!

Stopped here with my family while traveling along the shore, incredibly nice staff and the food was simple but delicious. Can't beat the location either, next to the park and within a hundred feet of the lake! If I'm ever back in the area, would definitely stop in.

We went in and got told to pick a seat, so we did. We sat for 15 minutes and no one came to the table. Not even a coffee. Then someone else came in afterwards and got service. I was disappointed because we came from out of town and we're not served. We ended up elsewhere in town.

Great food, amazing atmosphere, so-so waiting time for your food. Also I have to clear up something from that Karen Hillock said. The needles were probably someone with diabetes because they need insulin before they eat. The drugs I'm assuming were pills that people take for their thyroid before they eat. The razor's could literally just have been in their pocket from something they were working on. I live in Olcott I know what goes on down here.

Wait for over 15 mins for my curly fries that are completely not cooked and covered in grease. The manager was rude to me along with the other employees and basically threw the food at me. I would highly recommended going somewhere else

Great home cooking. The soups are great and the curly fries are made to order from fresh potatoes. Would definitely stop by again if we are ever in the area.

I love chili and homemade soups. I consume three bowls of chili every visit, topped off by homemade curly fries with the skin, ketchup and vinegar. Do not forget the thick creamy chocolate milkshake made with premium hard ice cream. Afterward enjoy a stroll thru Krull park, views over Lake Ontario to Toronto. A memorable way to spend your day.

Horrible service ordered a veggie wrap waited 35min then asked if it would be done soon considering there is no one in line and the women says sorry we are busy take your money back! Never go again they need to hire more help and be a little nicer to customers
