Horrible customer service. They double charged me and then told me to call corporate to dispute the charge. You cannot speak to a live person when calling corporate. It's all automated. I will never step foot in the Wolcott store again. They are incompetent.

This is a clean store and easy so to get items and cheaper over the counter medication. Love the small selection of clothing for kids and adults alike. The cashiers are always friendly and I rather go here than other stores.

The manager is a gem. Much cleaner than dollar General down the street. If they have the product I go to this store. Much easier to do than walmart for the handicapped for walking around in.

They are so helpful in Wolcott store. They stop what they are doing and help you find things and if it's not on shelf and they think they have it they'll go search for it. Pleasant and helpful. Also store is clean.

3/14/17 - I found the staff to be helpful and friendly on this day. I called and was looking for something specific. The clerk went to verify that they had this item before I drove to the store to purchase it. Very helpful !! Thank you !!!

I like going to the Family Dollar but it's so congested most of the time the Isles is hard to get through specially if there's two cards coming one from opposite way somebody Isles you have to turn around and go back if if somebody's coming the other way.
