Decent Walmart! As a Canadian resident living in Ottawa, I love that I can drive to this American store in just under one hour. Staff are fantastic, but I wish it was a super centre!

Why is the pick up parking where the handicapped parking should be? Have had to park far from the store several times. The pickup parking , where you don’t even have to leave your vehicle, is usually mostly empty, & is very near the doors , & I am mobility impaired, walking in extreme pain, and having to park far from the doors. This is the only Walmart I’ve found this to be the case.

Very large selection of products, especially crafts. However, the store front needs a lot of work, which they are in the process of fixing. The prices are getting a little out of control at this store these days, and I often find better prices at other locations more and more often. But, I have to say that an employee was extremely helpful in helping me track down a product during my last visit. Getting helpful staff is an hit and miss though.

Self checkouts need to go.And I don't like that they have someone at the door that harassed me to see my receipt and started to follow me out the door. He is very lucky he didn't.

Not a fan of having to cash out a cart full of groceries and bag it all myself. I'm disabled and also it always feels like they think you are not scanning items the way they stare at you. I spent 353$ in there last night. I hope they are getting paid well for just standing around staring.

Our Malone Walmart is seldom out of the things other stores outside of NY always have shortages of. They usually have the isles very well kept and orderly. The associates at the self check out and service desk have always been very helpful.

Yesterday I went to Ogdensburg NY to pick a few orders at the UPS store. I went to Walmart just across the shopping where the UPS store is located. I wanted to compare prices in this New York store vs a Canadian store since the US has a strong dollar right. I was really surprised to see that the Walmart Ogdensburg NY is still have competitive prices vs the Walmart in Canada, except for clothing. Children clothing are almost the same price as in Canada. Otherwise, everything else has a better price tag then Walmart stores in Canada. From housewares to small appliances, electronics gear, TV, and much more. However, if you purchase in one of these stores in the US, you cannot return the items to a store in Canada. That mean you may hand up with items you don't want or defected. You won't be able get your money or have them exchanged. Just be careful of what king of items you want to purchase from the US.

Ive mentioned before how the fridge with bait in it need to be adjusted. Yet here i am buying containers with mold in the bottom. Please address this issue. It feels pathetic to feel like i need to return bugs when all but two are three are alive and useable. I wont be changing my review until I see a change.

Another walmart off my list. You would think woth the business they do, that shopping bags would be a norm. Not any more. Not a bag to be seen. You take your purchases, toss them back in the cart and walk out into the weather. I think the founder, like many others is rolling in his gravesite.

Dont go on the first or the fifteenth. Lots of entitled brats getting their welfare entitlements.Don't go after 10pm either or you'll have to check yourself out while Walmart employees stand around talking about how people show up before closing time and they don't like them for it because they might have to close later

Items change so often here. Sometimes making it difficult to find the things you love. The staff is very unfriendly, they are always going way to fast bc they have so much to do and not enough help or time to do it. It sucks.

So they have taken about 20 parking spots away from those who actually need to park and shop in the store. There was one car in the new pick up area in the early afternoon. They make it more difficult for 20 customers so that one of their employees does not have to go too far. I hate stores that are doing this.

It’s a Walmart. It’s far from the cleanest or the best laid out. But it has most things you could want.The snacks and chips aisle was pretty bare but many Canadians come across the border to buy snacks so it’s not surprising.The parking lot is weirdly laid out so be careful leaving. Some people can get going at speed and It’s a close call

If only the departments had actual associates that had actual knowledge of their assigned departments then I could have given a 5 star review. I mean its Walmart so average expectations go side by side with average products and an average overall experience.

Was very upset with the satisfaction of the employees at the checkouts. Employees were standing around talking while there was only three registers open and the lines were long. I am not going through the self checkout. Why should I have to scan and bag my item while employees stand around on there phones and talk to each other and not do any work. I will not be going back to this Walmart again I will drive the extra distance and drive to the one in Watertown.

The staff is FANTASTIC and incredibly helpful. Walmart isn't always great in that respect - but this location should be recognized for excellent service.I would rate this higher but:- selection of items in store is pathetic- exterior is in dire need of repair- has zero "give back" to the community ( something corporate tries to pretend they do elsewhere but not here)- glut of only a few items per section in stock that rarely or never moves

The Auto Care Center at this Walmart is incompetent and extremely poor service.I waited nearly 1 1/2 hours for an oil change and my car was in the garage but NO ONE ever changed the oil! There were 4 mechanics standing around doing nothing and my car was the only one in the garage!I also purchased a new battery for my other car and the manager got me the wrong one after I had the correct model of battery on the counter! Now I have to drive 40 miles one way to return it.Avoid this Walmart Car Care as the employees are incompetent and lazy!

Have not been to this Walmart since I lived in the area, many years ago!! It looks a lot better it seems it's taken care of better. The staff who works there, are much more personable, much more informative of the products, and the area or placement of said products.. The staff are very pleasant to speak with. The store many years ago needed a facelift, the staff member I spoke with said they will be remodeling much more. She was at the self checkout. Very nice woman, very easy to speak with, and very helpful. So my experience that day was wonderful 😊. Very pleased!! One thing I'd like to say to whoever shops there, it would be nice if ur able too, just put the carts in the cart slot, it makes it easier for the person doing carts. And as I think kindness goes a long way.
