This store has a large selection. But home Depot seems to have a much better selection of power tools. And better sales. But the employees stalk you like everyone is a thief.

Lowe's show great customer service I had help from the very first time that I asked all the way to the end I could have asked for better customer service anywhere. I had recently ordered products from Home Depot but their customer service was non-existent and they're delivery was delayed with constant problems those is a great place to shop

We had many technical problems placing an order and Melinda was unfailingly kind, knowledgeable and efficient and worked very hard to solve all the problems so our order could be placed. We want to thank her and manager Patrick for getting us what we needed.

The items I’d like to buy is in stock but the staff cannot locate it. I was told if I order it online to be delivered here there might be a chance I can get it in 3 weeks but no guarantee. That doesn’t really help me. Disappointing.

I bought an electric range two years ago, and purchased a service contract. The oven door has broken repeatedly....the.contract covers original retail price for buy out. Insufficient to cover new appliance, and no refund on price of extended warranty. Also, veteran's discount no longer given on appliances. Must buy at new retail price plus tax, plus delivery, and new warranty if I choose to get that.Lowe's is making zero effort to provide customer satisfaction for a purchase made two years ago which has been a customer service disaster from it's earliest days. Also, Lowe's corporation is disrespecting Vets, while their marketing platform claims to provide help to our nation's heros.

I don’t normally post reviews but I was just at Lowes and customer service was an all time low! The young manager was not rude but emphatically stressed a rule of no returns on clearance paint !I had just purchased it 2 hours prior to see if it would match. And it did not so I brought it back. Unopened only to be told of this rule! I did not see any sign to state such !I did not have it mixed it was a miss match prior to this purchase! Just needed to vent. But I have shopped with them for years and this will keep me from using the store again!!!

The staff is always knowledgeable and eager to help. Always has what I need. I went in for some plumbing parts the associate asked about my project and suggested a better solution. He assembled the pieces I needed right in front of me and made the job 100x easier. Compared to Home depot where I have to take 10mins to track down a employee just to have them say that they have no idea where anything is either. Lowes is definitely the place to go

Store was neat and well maintained. I visit was on Black Friday and although there were several employees in the section I was trying to get service in, they were tagged two & three to a single customer. So I wasn't sure if they were training. Then after waiting for someone to free up, I only found out that the item I needed was special order only. And I couldn't order there. I could only order from home. So I could have done it all from home had I just called and tried someone up on the phone first. Sounds logical. Meanwhile, I found out the order I had placed online on Black Friday was given to someone else at the Potsdam store on the Saturday following Black Friday. No apologies there either until the Lowe's Twitter acct finally followed up on the following Wednesday. When I got for several hours of being online & being on hold to only find out that the store had given my item to someone with the same last name and never cross checked ID or order number against the computer else I wouldn't have had to go through several phone calls of people telling me someone had picked up my order when in fact I never did. After 2 days of calls and Twitter messages I got my item and an apology only from the Twitter account Lowe's.

The lady in delivery, Holly, was over the top friendly & cooperative. Very nice customer service. She kept me well informed of status of delivery.And Josh, the delivery man, & his male associate, were extremely friendly, knowledgable, & fast...Both were very sweet towards my 3yo grandson, who was only too eager to help them.All 3 of these folks are an asset to the company, & deserve a special kudos for their dedication to customer satisfaction & service.

Once again, Lowe's customer service is very lacking. Waited 20 minutes for help before I walked half the story to find someone. They didn't have basic wheelbarrow parts i needed and when I inquired about an alternative they just shrugged shoulders and told me they had no idea. Good thing Tractor Supply is close. They too, did not have parts but took.the time to help me figure things out. I've lived here 5 years. Lowe's customer service has always been this way. I wish home depot was closer!!!

They have hidden clearance deals for first time home buyers like myself, which is amazing! Most of the staff are pleasant, while others seem "bothered" when you need help with something.

Not a bad place to stop and get vegetables that are already started depending on when u go to get them. Beginning of May is best to get good selections that aren't picked over. Get more challenging as time progresses thru may to get prime veggie plants. But they also carry all you're garden needs from rotillers to ho's and everything in between!

Besides the customer service team at the front end which they were amazing, the rest of my experience not good. When you work at a store you should know where things are OR as an employee getting paid to be there for the customers you should make the effort and do your job and help the customer instead of blowing them off.

Never offered assistance or even greeted by 1 of the 6 associates I walked by. The item I was looking for wasn't priced and to finish off the experience the cashier's body language and attitude reflected exactly how much she enjoys her job, which was not at all.

Customer service is usually good, but the store is hard to navigate. Items arent always where theyre suppose to be stocked.They have also allow non sevice dogs to enter the store unleashed/collared and its very distressing when those dogs run up to you and jump. I have absolutely nothing agaist allowing pets into stores even if they're not a service animal so long the pet is properly leashed.

Lots of help gladly given when I asked. I couldn't find chaise lounge pads, but I'm looking a little late in the season. But I did find the right size covers for my outdoor patio chairs. Folks were wearing masks and the store looked well kept. Right now I think that's a plus!

Average Lowe's store. I have had great experiences, with the paint department especially but also with appliances, and I have had terrible experience waiting for customer service. Occasionally, there will be a staff person knowledgeable in a certain area, such as helping you make sure you have the right items for a project, but don't go there expecting that level of knowledge. What bothered me the most is when I pointed out that some of the plants that we're for sale, were in serious need of water, staff shrugged it off.

Bought a house in this little town and I wasn't expecting the Lowes to be comparable to the brand new store in the city I am from. Wow. Was I wrong. They have everything you could imagine. But what earned this store the 5 stars is their cashiers. Knowledgeable. Friendly. Go out of their way to greet and help you. Kind of glad Ogdensburg doesn't have a Depot.

I missed the survey deadline to share my feedback with my purchase back on March 6, 2021 but I wanted to still share. We were in desperate need of a washer. After lowes protection plan gave us full value of our 1 year old washer (that they couldn't get parts for), we waited over 2 months to get a replacement. Lowes in Watertown were out of stock with the one we wanted. But Ogdensberg carried it. The salesman in Watertown contacted the Salesmen here and told them we were on the way. When we showed up an hour later, he had it all ready. We had it paid for and loaded in the back of the truck within 15 mins. No waiting around here! It was worth the drive for the customer service we had at both places. Forgot his name but the receipt says Salesman: 2343767 ... Thank you 😊
