It appeared to be closed when I went to Fire Island. Then again, almost everything was closed when I was there in the winter, so that is not a mark against this establishment in particular. The location is ideal, and the building appears to be well-maintained.

Best piece for sandwiches on FI. Staff is always extremely nice and helpful. Giant selection for such a small market. We walk from the other side of ocean beach just to go here.

We stay in Ocean Bay Park which has a market but walk to Seaview Market because it is clean, organized and well-stocked. Their meat, fish and vegetables are outstanding. And the staff is so helpful and kind.

Nice little market.. best selection of bagels, bakery and deli items around. For coffee lovers, this is by far the best cold brew in the whole area.

A serious market on Fire Island. Top quality, friendly and with a nice old school vibe. No longer do you have to carry eggs and milk across the bay (or really anything bc they have pretty much whatever you need).Big bonus is they deliver! Prices are the only challenge, but you are on an island after all.

Smallish space for a market with huge, diverse selection. Everything you need from speciality foods to kiddies toothbrushes. Friendly, knowledgeable staff who knows their customers and cares about them.
