Usually my experience here is quite good, but just now, I suspected that I was racially profiled. I didn't give it one star because the other staff I met before were very nice. Today I gave the cashier a $10 and four $0.25 coins, a total of $11, but she said it was $10.75. Maybe it was my fault, but I counted them before I left the house, and then counted them again when I took out the money. Once, while she just threw the coin in, she looked at it, so her reason was even greater. I just expressed my surprise and said I gave 11 dollars, but she kept insisting that it was 10.75. Don't doubt my bad attitude, because my English is not good, I only said two sentences. I thought there was a miscommunication between us, and I didn’t want to care about the 0.25, but judging from her attitude, I was worried about a misunderstanding between us, so I used a translation software and said it might be my problem, and I didn’t want to care about the 0.25 anymore. , but I really didn’t lie to her, I hope she won’t misunderstand. But she didn't even look at it and refused to communicate. Her tone throughout was not good and I didn’t want to get into trouble with her, but she gave me the impression of being racist.

Great weekly sales but depressive aisle prices, clean store not to crowded with displays. Needs more selection in GF, vegan, organic, and international products, and of course better craft beer😒. Cashiers are nice 👍. Thank you for the parking.

Updated.. I'm not sure if it's the new bag laws or generational thing, but the cashiers are more focused on chatting amongst themselves, their phones, or just standing there as customers bag their own items. Rarely do they help or even offer to help. Unless it's busy and they just want to move the line.Where did just common helpfulness just disappear to?Good for a quick stop cause you need something. It's too small to have a lot beyond the essentials. Decent Deli department.

I am pleased with our local Holiday Farms store. The management & employees are very accommodating. The cashiers always lend a hand to pack your groceries. Their produce and meat are very fresh.

After new management, this supermarket became the " Gem" on Springfield Blvd . More varieties of food option. Fresh vegetables, meat, sea food. Love to purchase Salmon there. Place is very clean and staffs are super friendly. Highly recommended.

Cramped store but good for picking up a few items. I picked up a sales circular from the front of the store on a Sunday (sales start on Friday) and looked for on-sale items. At checkout I found out that I had the previous week’s sales circular. Three days into a sales week they shouldn’t have old sales circulars at the manager’s window. Their explanation was that a customer must have brought it from home and put it on top of the stack of sales circulars. Yeah sure.

Nice small market with a great deli section. Everything looks very fresh and appetizing. Employees are very friendly and helpful. I shop there at least twice a week. Always Plenty of cashiers. Never more than 2 minute wait at register.

Great selection good prices and fresh meats and produce. My go to spot as I stop after work several times every week to shop here for my home. Manager is very cool and hospitable and cashiers are very friendly and efficient. A big upgrade from the old key food that used to be here.5 Star's rating!!!

When I went here there was a lot of people. Like A LOT LOT. While waiting at the line, I realized that some people weren't following social distancing and saw someone even without a mask on. Even worse the employees didn't do anything about it. The only thing I liked was the cashier as he gave me a free brown bag which I didn't need to pay extra for. I dont really recommend this place unless you're going to buy something real quick.

My experience was ruined thanks to the Asian manager. I was kicked out and was stared at by the manager my whole time shopping. He looks like he is using his phone as a camera to spy on the customers which I find very displeasing regarding professionalism and having privacy. This manager is rude in every possible way and ends up kicking me out because I did not know what I wanted to buy before I went in. Apparently I am not allowed to browse around in a grocery store. What a mistake it was to walk into this key food but the biggest mistake of all was making this guy manager.

Nice supermarket. An average-sized supermarket which holds most items you need. Most prices are pretty affordable, and I've been there a couple times. There are better places like H-Mart, but overall, is pretty good.

Wanted to get ginger for cooking in a.m., looked up the hours online which says Sat 7 a.m.- 9 p.m., put on my coat and walked 4 blocks to supermarket, only to see them closing the doors at 8:45pm. I beckoned to a gentleman who was standing in the front by the door asking him if I could get just 1 item he said no. I was very disappointed!!

Way too expensive .. limited items.... Run out of items too soon... Takes a long time to restock said few choices they do have ... Absolutely insane prices....and see all the ppl that horrible manager has accused of stealing...harassing ppl ...he's done it me and my bf as well ...my bf hates him and he's not like that ...he goes in there now an obnoxiously says something about stealing and being accused 4 no reason ..we have told him go ahead check our things you jerk ..which I could of told him where to go but I am almost 50 and my bf is 59 ...absolutely inexcusable behavior... only reason I shop thier is because of the convenience... I hate it there. ..worse place to go in 35 yrs of my shopping experiences...thee expired food...old bread... bad produce ..they run out of things dont restostock ...prices are insane !!! Is this Manhattan supermarket and I didn't realized lol...I wish I could give zero...the cashiers are awesome though all very sweet and cool

People mentioning the "security guard" on this message board mean the manager.Except for the manager (the one who succeeded Kenneth), the staff is extremely friendly and helpful.Every time I have had to speak to the manager, he has been arrogant and rude (three other customers who have posted on this message board think so too).Kenneth, the previous manager, always behaved properly toward the customersThe person who wrote on this message board that " they don't give refunds, only store credit." may have reporte information that is no longer accurate because now (2019) they do give refunds.

My friends and I had just walked in and the Korean security guard was already giving us looks. We were just minding our own business and were looking for food to buy since we stayed late after school. We had food in our hands and decided not to get anything so we put it back. Just as we were about to leave the security guard had asked to check our bags and pockets, and we literally put our stuff back in front of him, then he proceeds to tell us to leave.

The second my friends and I walked in (keep in mind we’re people of color), the security guard already had his eyes on us. My friend took a Rice Krispie which was priced as $.99 in her hand and decided not to buy it last minute. When we were about to leave, the security guard demanded us to show us the insides of our bags and pockets. My friends and I have never been violated like this in our life.

The Asian manager at the time 2/28/20 was very rude to my family. We were immediately eyed by the manager which he admits to spying on us with a camera in his phone while we shop. He claims we were goofing off when all we did was looks around and pick up a plantain. He then goes to kick us out of the store without telling us how we were goofing around or what action was considered goofing off. If key food wants this chain to survive then reconsider the manager position cause this current manager is making the environment unfriendly. The fact that we are being spy on while we shop leaves us no privacy and feels very off. Such a tragedy.

Small parking in the back.Staff are really helpful and nice.Produce and meats are fresh. Some produce can be old and over ripped.Prices are averaged, but you can find a deal on certain everyday items.

Great place yo shop with really friendly people. I needed something and it wasn't on the shelf, so the manager had one if his employees go to the downstairs stockroom to locate it and brought it to me before i checked out.

I lost my child in there. i found her in the deli section. Thank God I got to her in time. She was up next after the pastrami. They gave her back to me though. 5/5

Excellent Super market been going to for a decade and a half and more. Great selection quick service and reasonably priced. Very convenient local store.
