I go to Walgreens in Oakdale. The pharmacist are very professional and everyone who works in the store is very kind and caring.

Made a covid test appt for 945a. Called the location the day before to ask if I could come earlier. I was advised by Fran I could come early. I arrived early to avoid a line. There was no line. The drive thru didn't open until 913a. The rep at the drive thru window had a serious attitude. She rolled her eyes at me shouting to put on my mask, which I already on correctly. As there are signs clearly posted to please wear them during the time at the window. She passed the testing kit thru the window, as if she couldn't extend and I attempted to get out of the car to reach for the items. She scolded me, I said to her, You can't reach any further, nor can I. The entire process with her was rude and miserable. Attached are photos!

They make and confirm appointments for Moderna 2nd Vaccine shots and when you get there they don’t have it - happened my wife and to numerous people today at Jamaica store. Hurts because we passed up on other offerings and now the soonest appointment is past the recommended time frame for 2nd shot - terrible. Filed complaint with Walgreens, waiting to see if the will make it right.

Fran and the other girls that work here picking up the phone are horrible. Especially Fran. All of these employees need some serious training on how to speak to customers and answer the phones. As someone who has worked in retail a very long time my boss would lose his mind if I talked the way these women do to customers on the phone. Fran lied on the phone, and holds an extremely negative attitude. Please train your employees I literally need to go to another Walgreens just to avoid your workers.

What a horrible pharmacy this store. Has? They think they areAbove Everybody else they're very Snoddy and they'll screw up your medication. Do not go to store. They are very rude and they'll screw up your medication.

American medicine is great until u deal with Walgreens Bohemia. Get your act together . 3 stars you should be ashamed of yourself.

A pharmacy that still doesn’t have a rest room or anywhere If a person needs to use a restroom in case if an emergency like a diabetic person that needs to always urinate come on her it together how long are going to pull the covid pandemic card this place is just lazy to clean bathrooms never coming to this place again

The Store itself looks Dull & Ancient, & they DO NOT have a public bathroom. At least that is what i was told. Really ??
