What a gem of a store! I thought it was mainly a frame shop, given the name. But there is so much more to it! I went with the intention of looking at frames. I ended up getting a customized house sign for a friend as a housewarming gift, a beautiful poncho and a wind chime! They also sell jewelry and other home decor items. It’s a great place to find custom gifts and unique items. I will definitely be back!

Lisa at matted memories is a pleasure to work with, I’ve gotten my 11 year old son a Beatles matted frame, and my fiancé A gift basket for her graduation from nursing school. On both occasions, the gifts were a hit, she guides you through the whole creative process, and does it in a very easy way. I highly recommend Lisa and Matted Memories for all of your thoughtful and sentimental gift ideas.

Went to this store for the first time for their Santa Day where they offer free pictures with Santa and a free gift. The staff was so incredibly welcoming. My kids warmed up to them so fast. They really made pictures with Santa seamless and the store had amazing items in it from frames to jewelry and more. I actually purchased a frame to put my free prints in that they gave me on the spot. Really truly a great impression!

We did not get paid from Lisa & Rudy.It’s been 6 weeks since our event.Our organization hired them to conduct a silent auction and they have the world of excuses as to why they are not paying us.Rudy’s cell and business phones do not work.Lisa has been dodging us using every possible excuse about her personal business as to why we have not been paid.I do not recommend Matted Memories.The stuff they have are cheap looking and outdated.

Lisa at Matted Memories did an amazing job of framing a very special peice of art for me. She guided me through the whole customization process which was super fun! This is a great place to find some unique gifts! I am a photographer so I visited the shop with the idea in my head that it would be filled with frame corners and mat samples but it was so much better than what I was expecting!! Yes, they have everything I need for framing but they also sell other things like jewelry, accessories and home decor. I am actually ordering a customized wood sign for a friend’s new home as a housewarming gift. I often find it’s hard to come up with new and unique gifts for people so I’m so glad I found this little shop!

Lisa and Rudy were both so friendly and helpful in coming up with the perfect treatment for a watercolor painting that my Mom, a lifetime local artist, had done years ago -- and the cost was more than reasonable. We highly recommend matted memories for all your custom frames.They did an amazing job framing our grandchildren school pictures and of course the family dog .Their shop also has a large variety of gifts that the wife loved. I stumble upon Matted Memories while in the shopping center. Quite truly, a hidden gem. I met Lisa, (the owner) and I can't say enough about her warm and welcoming disposition! While I didn't a Matted Frame, I did purchase an assortment of gifts for my besties and staff. Lisa was kind enough to hold several items for me as well to pick up the following week! Her genuine personality and laughter will draw you back to the shop time and time again! On a side note, the display of personalized Matted Frames are beautiful !

This is a fabulous place not only for getting your photos and posters custom framed but also for all of the wonderful themed frames and memorabilia they have. If you have a pet they have frames for that. If you have a child on a sports team they have frames for that. If you have a child in a dance class they have frames for that. Are you a Yankee, Mets, Giants, Jets, Knicks, or Nets fan they have frames for that. They have frames for everything you could think of. THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO!!!

I can’t believe it took me so long to check out this store. I always pass by but never went inside. I’m so glad I shopped there today. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Lisa. I took my puppy for a photo shoot at matted memories today . They gave u a free 4x6 photo then I bought a sheet of 9 wallets for $8.00 and a sheet of 4 3x5 also only 8.00. it was a wonderful experience everyone that worked there was wonderful & lovely people .so friendly. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience .The store is set up nice it also has some jewelry and scarves besides the framing and they also do other events And private parties which I’m gonna keep in mind and tell my friends.
