I went in with my daughter and was approached by an associate and she asks me what time is it? So asked her why what time do you close she tells me 9:00pm. So I tell her well it’s 8:53 not 9:00 yet. My daughter immediately felt uncomfortable and wanted to leave. So instead of helping me you’re worrying about going home. I’ll save my money and don’t think I’ll be coming back here.

I don’t know what it is about Victoria Secrets stores,but everytime I go and purchase panties I get jipped out of one . I specifically count them when I’m shopping around. I get charged for them and when I get home I am always missing a pair of panties . I’m not around the corner where I can go back and dispute it. At this point I’m kind of just taking a loss . This is definitely not the first time . Victoria secrets you have to do better ! You owe me 2 panties now!!!

Got no help at all when I went to the store, I found one person and she did not know about the product that I was looking for after 10 minutes of no help we walked out of the store. For the price that we pay for the products here you would think that the service will be better

I've never been so embarrassed in my life. I wanted to get a measurement. Which they do. But the sales lady decided to point out my size rather than being helpful or suggesting another option without the humiliation. I wasn't looking to purchase only to measure. Side note: Kindness can carry you a long way. I hope someone from Victoria's Secret reads this post and teaches a sensitivity class on how to treat people who are bigger than a size 6.

JULIA the store manager should be FIRED. The worst customer service ever. She had an attitude right when she approached me, spoke over me rolled her eyes and walked away while speaking rudely and didn’t care about the issue I was having

I don't appreciate that my friend and I kept getting followed around in the store by the woman in the hijab. We were there shopping for her anniversary and she already had a bag with her from another store. It seems store staff likes to profile people and follow them around. My friend spent over 200 in their store, I wouldn't have spent a dime after all of that stalking by what appeared to be the manager. Don't follow people around your store and you'll get a better review

Workers kept following me. I even went back and forth into different rooms to check that I wasn't going crazy. super invasive and made me uncomfortable. asked if I wanted a bag four times after saying no thank you. when I was searching for styles in my size I was rudely shrugged by one of the workers complaining about having to clean it up after, even though I was folding them neatly in their correct spots. she kept standing over me, staring and wouldn't leave, so I went to another section. While the following continued, I ended up putting my stuff down and left because it got too much. I felt very invaded and will not be shopping here again.

Cashier 3741566 was a Angel! She was very sweet and nice, provided amazing service at checkout! She’s the only reason I gave a star but besides that the rest of my experience was disgusting! I was approached by a dark skinned Indian looking man while I was viewing the 50% rack and asked me what size I wanted in a nasty attitude… he proceeded to follow me around and took away a top I had on hand while I was still looking FOR NO REASON! very rude and unprofessional

Service in this location is horrendous! Several employees were chit chatting around and not willing to help. Asked for help the employee pointed to an area for me to help myself. Get to the line and there was only 1 register. Another customer asked for them to open another register and the employee response was no 😩

Baaaaaaaaaabbbbbbbbyyyyyyy, I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE! I get giddy and high just walking in the entrance of the store😂. I bought $165 worth of undergarments- panties, bra’s, thongs, etc. I couldn’t resist and went and purchased some body sprays and matching lotions as well as body scrubs and creams. I also got my most fave thing- the Victoria’s Secret Big Weekender Bag you get when you spend over $85. I have so many of these bags you would think I have shares in this store😂. Victoria’s Secret, continue to make sexy lingerie/panties/bras and you will continue to have a valued customer

Lines can be extremely long. Staff can be difficult to find. Granted the clothing us well made and lasts a long time but given the prices it should. Tried to bring my daughter there for bras but couldn't find anyone to measure her. Ended up going to JC Penny and was taken care of right away.

It's a Thursday afternoon on Feb.25,2021 I get to Victorias Secret everything looks very presentable,and I was asked if I needed help once but once I started looking for my medium size almost every style I liked on display was not in the drawer of my size..completely sold out of everything in PINK all of the panty drawers looked very messy once I opened them as well. So I'd say it's definitely not worth visiting for the PINK UNDERWEAR COLLECTION IN MEDIUM. However if your only interested in bras then they have plenty you just might not get the one that caught your eye on display.

I went in the other day and I wasn’t too sure what kind of bra I would need because I have a big chest and sometimes I can fit in a 36DD or a DDD and the girl in the fitting room named Shelly was AMAZING. This girl went beyond great customer service she helped me find the perfect bras that fit me and made my girls look good lol It took awhile but this girl was so patient and kind! I will be back and strictly looking for Shelly she is seriously the best!

I was there tonight around 8:30 pm with my girlfriend and the lady at the front desk was very rude to my girlfriend and lied to us about a promotion that was going on. I will never be going back to this Victoria secrets ever !!!! Worst service and for the record if your store is having a sale it would be great to let all your employees know the sale. My girlfriend had to explain there own sale to the management , and the next day the employee lies to my gf and says there's no more. So let me get this right if you didn't know about the sale lastnight and I come back the next day all of a sudden you have no more? Please! Worst employees ever, get ur act together if you wanna make buisness

Great store, the ladies are there to help. Quality of the clothing is great. The prices of this store runs from about $7.00 to $150.00 It depends on what the store is selling. Victoria secret store appeals to young teens, young adults, to middle aged women.

I came in looking for a sports bra and was advised to get fitted first. Thats when it all went downhill. First, I wasnt measured correctly....pretty sure the measuring tape shouldn't be down around the back of my waist. Then the sales associate kept bringinfnin bra after bra...seemed like she was guessing my size. Even I could tell hey didnt fit right. And she would ask"how does that feel for 2 completely different sizes. She also constantly apologised for messing up. I walked out empty handed and frustrated with the unprofessionalism.

Sometimes the sales are not as good as advertised and that is disappointing. Also, the quality of the clothing varies. Sometimes it just basically falls apart once you launder it a few times. I still shop there but I am careful about what I buy.
