I checked the T-Mobile website and called this store ahead to make sure the iPhone I wanted was in stock. The website confirmed it, and so did someone from the store. But when I got there 10 minutes later, a different sales lady told me they didn’t have it and started suggesting a different model. When I asked about other colors, she said that’s all they had. She seemed pretty distracted and annoyed the whole time and was not really interested in helping me out. When it was time to pay, she didn’t explain or show me the charges— she just asked for my credit card. I had to ask to see the screen myself to know what I was being charged for. Terrible visit…next time I’ll just buy online.

An excellent experience from start to finish, which is rare these days. Not only were the employees intelligent, efficient, polite, and kind, but they also managed to solve the issue I was having without it costing a penny. About as goos as it gets. Thank you, Rosa. I spoke to the “key holder manager” on April 13th and he behaved like an absolute child, told me it was “too early” for my issue and hung the phone up on me… zero person skills and the illest attitude. If I spoke to someone like that at my own job I’d be fired immediately, let alone hang up on them. I called back and he told me if I came to the store to try and fix my insurance issue he wanted to keep my expectations low and to just do it online…. Which I had explained to him had not been working for me for two days… What?! Literally what… worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life DO NOT use tmobile they hire lazy divas and don’t train them.

Amy Germosen is such an asset to T-Mobile. Amy is amazing and so helpful. I walked into the store in the Palisades Center at 7:00pm last night in such crisis mode and Amy took charge right away. My son's phone could not be activated and he had an upcoming meeting with his boss. Amy understood the urgency and went through the steps via facetime with my phone and his girlfriend's phone and helped him quickly set up his phone. You do not understand how much relief I felt being helped by Amy. She was friendly and made me feel so comfortable. Please give her a shout out for all the help she so effortlessly gave me and my family.

They got my wife's promotion wrong and she's paying $30-$40 more than agreed. Cris was helping, no results, he said he got Manager Leslie involved no results. Ridiculous. I emailed him twice, like he asked, no response. Now I have to get involved to fix this. Waste of my time.

I went with my family to switch from a bad company to t mobile, and because we were coming from a bad company, there were many complications. First day we went, we worked with the manager (Marlyn?) and she was so kind to us. It wasn’t working later that night (my mistake) and I went back to fix it, but we were helped by this man who was very impatient and rude (I don’t remember his name). He made my daughter cry! Next day, we went back and was helped by Devin, and he was very nice. Was so patient and helped us for almost 2 hrs when the other guy couldn’t even for a few minutes. Thank you Marlyn and Devin!

The workers at this t-mobile are not thorough or knowledgable. All money hungry, there is zero good customer service here. During my visit Pete continuously tried to speak down on me and offer me ‘deals’ that made no sense. Truly disappointing.

Buyer/switch overs beware!We switch from Verizon to Tmobile amd now my wife's phone cannot get the internet,GPS and cannotreceive texts. We have had the sim cards changed twice and multiple ¹calls to tmobile.The only solution is to get a new phone at our expense and then to pay the insurance on the phone.If you think you are saving money,think again. Last night, she was lost with no GPS, could not text and no internet.Tmobile would not wave the cost of the phone and now her phone is useless.Cannot get in touch with corporate , no email, only snail mail.Awful service.

I tried to get the promotion buy one get one free and they added me another $140 charges for the other fee. Can you imagine paying $140 for the other phone only also, added case and screen protector which i didn't ask but was told "basically" they are free and i am getting charges for them as well. Very disappointed. Be sure in everything before you get something.
