I was in the mall. On a saturday evening to do an exchange at this location i call to check which floor the store was located. And the young lady told me the first floor when I called the time was only 640 . The young lady yelled through the phone while we close at seven I explain to her that I was in the mall and I was on the floor above her that I would be coming down and that I was positive that I will be there before seven she said yeah but we close at seven we close at seven and I was still talking to her when she hung up the phone when I got to the door at 6:50 the door was locked with some customers still shopping inside and the three hispanic women inside just looked at me I will never shop here again and I wrote a letter to corporate locking the door before closing time is unacceptable. As well as hanging up the phone on customers.

I was there on Christmas Day 2018 and brought 4 pairs of shoes, one of them didn’t fit so well (6) so I needed it a size (6.5) when I bought them I noticed there was a very small scratch on the shoe sole, but I didn’t care, it was small, and is the shoe sole! Who will care!? But sense the heel was running small I went back the other day, to get a 6.5 this 3 girls were really rude, they offended me. They ask me to get out or they will call the security cause I was waiting for the manager, they argue that they will not exchange it because of the small scratch soooo people if you buy shoes from them pay close attention to small scratches and DONT BUY IT or you will regret.3 Hispanics girl I don’t know their names.But the day I was buying they where nice, the next day they were nasty. Now I have a pair of heels that don’t fit me for a cost of 100$

I went in on saturday 1/3 around noon and was in the store about 5-10 minutes. I went in with full intention of buying at least two pairs of shoes but the customer service was terrible. There were 3 girls working and they did not even acknowledge I was in the store. They stayed behind the counter and chatted amongst themselves. Terrible customer service. Not planning on shopping in this location again.

Just went there today and the customer service is amazing! I was hesitant to go because of the bad review but found out they have a new manager and new crew! They're all super nice and helpful! New favorite store!!
