This store is a complete waste. They made a promise for their alterations to my fiancés dress and before she receives the dress the alterations are so bad that she calls me hysterical. They messed up her wedding dress a week before the wedding and then tell her she can get a 70% refund and the work done to her dress wasn’t their responsibility. Meanwhile the person who took my fiances measurements tries to pull one over on her like she didn’t have eyes. When she asked for a manager this woman pretended she didn’t speak English. What a shove to the garbage for customer service and just a horrible display to craftsmanship . I could understand if they said from the beginning we don’t do alterations but that’s what the store is about. They seemed a white wedding dress with blue thread and left frizzles of thread all through out the blindly woven incomplete seems. This is not a bash. This is a real to life review.

Shopping for my niece’s sweet 16 dress. After much searching online and in stores, we happen to walk in here and quickly found what she was looking for ! Not only was the dress perfect, but Lucy the sales attendant was nice, pleasant, sweet and had a lot of patience with us. Thank you Lucy. You helped relieve one stress off our party planning journey!

I purchased my daughters sweet sixteen dress in June of 2021. It had to be slightly altered and they did a great job with the alterations. I came back in April of 2022 to purchase a prom dress for my daughter. The staff is friendly and helpful. No issues at all. A great place to go for a dress with affordable prices and great selections. I highly recommend.

The worst costumer service ever. No one was working at the store and the lady at the counter couldn’t be bothered. She would nt respond and when she did she had an attitude problem. I literally walked out because she didn’t even want to help me in the fitting room she could care less that she lost a couple hundred dollar sale. So disappointed

The Asian lady that owns this place is very racist. She bumped me and then rolled her eyes. I said excuse you miss. The young lady who was on line in front of me; was a person of color also. She stated she did the same thing to me in the back when i was looking at dresses also. Pls don't shop here, It's 2023. No one should be treated like this, it was a horrible experience and Very bad. This is unacceptable.

Joana is the best, very patientand helpful! She was working alone helped about 8 ladies at the same time, amazing attitude, bery attentive. Even tho they were closing she allowed me to try on a dress twice to be sure that it was the dress I wanted. Awesome customer service! Many dress options, customers would deff come out of the store with a dress.

Was going well at first. Picked a dress for prom that I fell in love with, the price tags was marked at $199 after she rang up the dress the price some how went up to $313. This is known as a bait and switch when I went to take photos of the dress and tags, the woman who called herself the manger physically and abruptly pushed my hands away so I couldn’t take pictures of the tags. We tried to get in contact with the store, they have not returned a singe call and we have left multiple messages. This woman was extremely rude and had no reason to be putting her hands on a 17 year old girl. DO NOT RECOMMEND. HORRIBLE SERVICE

I only gave 2 stars because of the 2dresses that we liked the lady that was working in the store ignored us I had to ask for her help and she would not pull dresses for us she told us we had to it because she was bzy . That’s not the way you treat customers that are about to spend a few hundred on a dress will not spend a dime here

The first dress I tried on was perfect and everyone in the store was very helpful. I would highly recommended this store.

They have beautiful dresses and it’s a great spot for prom dresses. The staff is very friendly and super helpful. It was very comfortable place to be at. There is no where to sit if you helping someone so be prepared to stand but the fitting room was very good and private. I very much enjoyed social apparel

Horrific experience!!! Don’t waste your time find another store!!! We ordered a prom dress over six weeks ago and was told we would have it by mid May. When I called to follow up I was told by a person who could hardly speak English that it would be in the following week. I call back the following week, because no one called me back and spoke to the owner, who was incredibly rude and basically told me the dress had not come in. He said I would have to wait for the next shipment and still could not guarantee it would be there. At that point I became upset and he rudely hung up on me and when I called back to ask if he could call the vendor he said he didn’t want my business and would refund my money and hung up on me again. Prom is next weekend and my daughter does not have a prom dress!
