Tara and Ty are great employees, and made my experience phenomenal. I never shopped in Hot Topic before, and they made me want to come back regularly. I have been having issues finding clothes that I feel comfortable in, and the both of them helped me find shirts that not only fit well, but fit my vibe, and went out of their way to recommend designs I liked. The store was having a discount that day too, which made my total super cheap, so I got all my stuff at a low price- and I wear all my shirts, and my necklace more often than my expensive jewelry and clothes I've convinced myself I like that I've bought in the past. Thank you to the two of them, and although I can't foresee myself returning to this specific location any time soon, I see myself as a Hot Topic customer due to the two of you!

The Hot Topic in the Palisades Center Mall is my Favorite TP by far! the staff is super helpful and friendly. They really do go above and beyond for the customers to ensure that everyone leaves happy! Tara, Grace and Ty are simply amazing! 🕺😎

I like the store and the stock they carry. The only thing is that it is very tightly laid out so it feels claustrophobic to me. If there was more space between displays, it would better in my opinion.

I love to shop at Hot Topic, there have a lot of cool things in the store. The only problem I got with the store at Palisade Mall is there no wwe shirts. At the website there have it,but not at this location. So I was a little bummed out about that. But I did find some wwe funko pop though 👍🏾

I always love Hot Topics. The staff here were very nice, I had gone with my mom and sis cuz my sis wanted some new stuff for whenever in person classes start again, and one of them helped my sister figure out what kinds of skirts and earrings she liked and another one was happy to talk to me about hair dye!

So rudeI understand if you are there till 930 but when you have a person shopping in the store and are able to make more money on 3 more customers real quick shouldn’t you. There was a kid last night closing the store and his ultimatum was I’m the only one here and I’m shutting the door early so he stood by the door and told pp they couldn’t come in bc he was the only personMEANWHILE there was a women shopping. So I’m a true full customer there horrible customer service from the blond guy working last night!!!!!

Pricey as hell but the staff is always great and are a lot of fun to talk to and they're always around if you need any help. They have a pretty decent selection of merch and there's always something new every time I go. I recommend shopping through their website because they have more deals and larger selections but I love going here just to look around and interact with the staff

I wish I could give less then one star for my experience at hot topic was terrible. Every time I was getting something to grab and purchase one member of the staff kept harassing me like a child saying I couldn’t touch anything unless I asked him. It came to a point I felt like I was being toyed by the staff. One moment one member would bother me then another one would come to say are u ok. I felt like the hot topic staff just wanted to pick on someone I didn’t even get to enjoy to look at the whole store. I was so upset i just wanted to make a quick purchase and leave. Then after I left the same staff member that was harassing me stayed at the front of the store to gloat as I left. This hot topic is very unprofessional if this particular store is loosing money then this is why the staff just loves to harass people and not make u feel welcome I’ve been shopping at hot topic for years and never would have thought I would b treated like this.

Like they got all the good stuff in here, but I shopped here once to get a Coon Funko Pop for the SDCC event, but with that one item there was no line but it took more than 5 minutes at the cashier because there was so much questions he asked. Like my change was like 21 cents and the cashier kept asking me (3 times) if I wanted to donate it to charity. Like I felt guilty when saying no, but repeating it plenty of times made me feel annoyed. I mean, I understand, but I'm the type of person who's in a rush. I need those 21 cents to spend on.... I don't know almost a gumball or somethin'. I know where my priorities are at.

Always has the latest and best merchandise for reasonable prices. The store is clean and well kept. All of the employees are nice and helpful, especially Katie. We always make it a point to shop here

I still walk into hot topic with the hope of re living the excitement I had as a young metal head... And I still walk out disappointed ... Looks like spencers has been my go to store now better shirts and way better deals oh and spencers gives 10% off to police/fire/military.... Don't forget where you came from... Yes hot topic you did... 😞
