To whoever is in charge of the Crocs at Palisades:What process do you go through to pick your managers? The store manager is absolutely TERRIBLE. She is a nasty person and does not want to help anybody. All she wants to do is sit in the back and do nothing. When she came on the floor she was of absolutely no help. You can tell she is only there for the money, not helping anyone out. Since I had such a bad experience I went to a different location and the manager was so helpful and nice, he was a great help since I couldn't get the help I needed at Palisades. Why can't you hire more managers like the one at Woodbury?Back to your terrible manager named Francis at Palisades, I've had many friends who have gone to this location too and they've not had anything good to say about any of the employees there. None of them are helpful. There's always a huge line going outside that store that isn't worth waiting on if you're going to get bad service. On top of that the few times that I've been to the mall I have physically seen this store closed for what I think is the whole day with no note or anything. This is the type of people you want running your company? Lazy people who have talked about the most outrageous topics that are meant for the workspace. You must fire this entire management staff and find a new one. I've also read the reviews recently on the Google page it’s disgusting how you let these people get away with their actions. Another reason why you should find a completely new staff. On top of that, this staff doesn't even want to help anyone out they genuinely just want to stand behind the counter and talk amongst each other.It is so appalling how you let such bad people run a very popular store. The staff at this store made me not want to support this company at all. Your staff reflects how good or bad your sales are and by the looks of it, doesn't look any good.

Went to get crocs for me & my kids. The employees were busy but helpful. Illana had so much patience.. and helped me pick out charms too! My kids loved the crocs & the charms!

This place have variety of selection on design and size. However, staffs are not well trained. I guess most of them are new or not trained well. They don't know detail of the products and try to avoid when you ask questions

Many styles and color to choose from.. but cashier wasnt friendly especially when i said i didnt want to leave a tip for a homeless shelter. Didn't have any extra money at the time

The worst store that I could go to, the manager is rude, I went to change some crocs that I bought in another store and they did not change them, a very bad service with a rude attitude. I do not recommend this store at all .

Nice and clean!! Last time I went there I felt like they had a lot of team members doing nothing because there was a line and 3 people up front.Two of them were doing something else and one were walking around….Otherwise they have a great customer service.

We got a pair of defective Crocs here, came back to return a few days later but the staff said it was impossible to do so because it was worn already. We tried to explain it was worn for a few minutes before we realized it was defective to no avail. Rude and bad customer service. Never shopping here again.

Today i went to crocs palisades mall at 2:30pm they didnt allow us to enter the store by saying we r closed for lunch and we will be back at 3:00 pm... At 5:15 pm on same day i went again and the store was totally closed with lights off without any schedule... 7 customers were outside guessing wether its open or close not a single notice or information was on the doors...What type of brand is this?Btw google was showing closing time was 7:00 pm👏

terrible service they charged me twice and they did not want to give me a receipt I think that the staff is not trained for the work they do, what bothers me the most is the arrogance of the employees they do not accept that they have been wrong

Visited 12/19/2020 Very organized store, four staff on the floor but as usual there is always someone not willing to help in this case (the female) we asked her a few times to help looking for size we always got a negative response with attitude. I really believe $50+ for this plastic sandals are a bit too expensive.

Would give zero stars if I could. The cashier was pulling her mask down and shoving food in her mask during store hours. There were two other employees on the sales floor just chatting, not helping anyone. I needed assistance as it was my very first time in a crocs store and no one helped me or asked if I needed anything. Left and wont be returning.

They won't allow returns. Even if item was used for few hours, an you realize that the shoe is not for your feet because it would blister. Not all feet are made the same.
