I had my 3rd hole pierced the woman seemed to know what she was doing, cleaned my ears did the piercing and they have been infected since Oct 6.. it’s now Dec 22. 2023, I followed directions and turned earrings and cleaned them with the solution she gave me.. I don’t know why the heck happened but would never go to any storefront to do that again. I let one hole close because it was oozing now has a bump the 2nd ear just took out and that is oozing will let this close too.This is not cool!

Came before closing to do ear piercing. But the store manager said unpleasantly that they were done with piercing for the day. Although it is not written anywhere and they did not respected our time coming for this. Never coming back.

I would like to express my gratitude to the two Associates who pierced my daughter’s ears at the Claire’s location at the Palisades Mall in West Nyack, NY at around 1 pm today. Unfortunately, I don’t know their names.We went in and on seeing how nervous my daughter (10 yrs old) was and how badly she wanted to have her ears pierced, the first Associate walked her through the entire process, explained that it only hurt a tiny bit and showed her the gun and how it worked. She took the time to precisely mark the piercing spot and then (based on the level of nervousness) enlisted the help of a second Associate so that they could pierce both ears at the same time.The store and piercing area were immaculate and all precautions were taken to ensure that everything was completely sterile.I now have an ecstatic 10 year old who can’t believe she was finally brave enough to have her ears pierced. This was not our first attempt.Thank you girls! You made my daughter very happy.

Overpriced and always trying to get you to spend more money. China try and find something in this store that is not made in China. Please start paying for quality jewelry that will last.
