Employee named Von aggressively banged on my door in the changing room demanding to know what I was doing stating “I don’t know if your stealing!” Ordering me to tell and then physically show him how many clothes I had so he could count them before I could put my T-shirt back on. He then put an employee at the door to wait for me and count again before leaving the dressing room. As I came back out to the sales floor, Von climbed a chair so he could watch me.I paid for my clothes and left after asking his name and showing him I paid.Very rude, disrespectful and humiliating to be treated this way.

Customer service is on life support at this location. I went in on 1/25/21 shortly after they opened....The gentleman on the floor was nice nd helped me right away but didn't offer any more help other than getting me the sizes I asked for. Then we have the Cashier.....She didn't say not a word to me bc she was too busy having a full blown conversation on her ear buds! I used to work for this company for many years nd am absolutely disgusted at the lack of customer service that was shown. Guess it's good I walked out on them when I worked there bc I would have wanted no parts of the way they treat their customers now

I am absolutely disgusted that I was sold a pair of used sneakers. 🤢🤮 Jokes on me for knowing what I wanted and my size right ? Wrong, because no one should treat customers like this especially, since I’m constantly shopping at champs with my family. When I say used ppl, I mean worn with smudges of dirt, creases and no attempt to hide it either 🤦🏻‍♀️ I’m calling corporate just so I can report this store. They lost a great customer

I bought 4 pairs of sneakers from Alex and his co workers. They were extremely patient as my kids can be annoying . They never showed a sign of frustration. I recommend Alex. Champs for sneaker needs. Great. Team and chemistry.Well done. I will be back. ...

So many things to say about this place! And none of the are good.The people that work there are extremely unprofessional, rude, and incompetent to say the least!I felt extremely disrespected trying to do a return. These people are beyond the lowest people I have ever dealt with in my life. If I could give zero stars I would. Walking in there is nightmare, they forget things are on sale, they don’t ring the right prices and again I couldn’t stress enough. If I was the manager I would fire pretty much everyone there.

My experience at Champs was amazing, the employees were extremely nice, there service was also very helpful, The best place to look for shoes is at champs. I come from Rochester NY and that was the best service I have ever had. I highly recommend you go to them for shoes very good prices and also always in stock, and updated with the shoe game. Ordered a pair of Nike Air Max Ones as a gift to my boyfriend. He received a pair of used sneakers. Not only were they laced up, but they had the bend mark of the toes. Called customer service and they offered a $10 gift card for the inconvenience. Really?Returned them to the store and walking away. How can a pair of used sneakers be shipped to a customer?

I had the last pair of a shoe in my hand and they played favorites by having someone else get the pair when I clearly had it first. If you like being treated equally,I’d suggest shopping elsewhere!!

I went today look at some sneakers and clothing was like 14 minutes before they closed and the lady at the register was too busy talking to two guys that she had the nerve to shout we are closing in 5 minutes then tell the two guys she was talking too they not even buying no shoes or clothing soooo rude as if She didn’t see i was looking for a pair of sweats and I bought just that will never spend my money at that store!!!

I come in here with my kids to shop for some sneakers, had the selection of sneakers we needed but the store had the sound system blasting trap music like it was a night club. Can’t let kids run your business. Hope this changes next time I come in again.
