I come to this BJs every week for the last years and never had a complaint. Last week, however, I used one of the flat carts because I was picking up quite a large number of items.When I went to pay, a very unfriendly lady Called Dolores who said to be the store manager scanned my items. When I got my receipt from her I noticed that she overcharged me by over $90 dollars. I asked her to check the receipts with me because I believe that she had overcharged me. Ms. Dolores checked my receipt and there it was. Now, instead of apologizing for why she’s done, Ms. Dolores (who shouldn’t be near any customer) gave me a very unpleasant attitude and started blaming other people for her mistake.I am not going to stop coming here, but if this is what it takes for BJs management to know about this, then be it. I spend a lot of money here to be treated like this.I have the refund receipts to back this, by the way.

The deli department is ridiculous. Sunday midday & no customer interaction, snails pace & couldn't give a f attitude. 4 scales , 2 people working .So here’s my update. The one guy behind the counter tries his best. But there are so many online orders that get prioritized & in store shoppers get to stand in front of the counter and wait for 30+ minutes.Why ? It just poor store management & PR.

I seriously wonder how this organization remains in business! Customer service is non existent , and policies are nonsensical, archaic and downright primitive. There's no trick to it, I come here because Costco and shoprite can be so packed at times but there is a reason Costco is packed and grows in leaps and bounds over BJ's. Save yourself the aggravation and don't waste your time and money on this business.

Horrible Experience . How good is a warranty (on a set of tires) if they do not longer sell a replacement if needed? With only 20k miles on it, One of my tires got a puncture that (according to them) happened to too close to an older one, and they wouldn't repair it . Fine, I offered to buy a new one but they do not longer sell the exact match, instead, the wanted to seel.me a whole new set of 4. Discount offered miserable 10,%> big deal. I took my tire and got it fixed at an independent shop.

I feel that the BJ's in West Nyack is poorly managed. Every time I shop at this store I experience long lines. Most times, they only have one cashier open.For a club that you are paying a membership to have the privilege to shop in, the least they can do is hire more staff to speed along the checkout process.I have also found on a few occasions that they have out dated products on the floor. The attached photo's was taken on Oct. 9.

I came into this BJs at the last minute trying to get a photo placed on a cake. Not only did Jean and Angie really try to accommodate me, the cake came out beautifully.

I often come here for curbside pickup and most recently had a great experience with an associate named Jamel even though the mall was crowded due to the holiday season. I will be back soon

Customer Service is very rude , the lady with glasses and long blonde hair is very rude you can tell she hates her job , went to ask her a question regarding the BJs credit card and she didnt not want to help, " stated she does not do that " . Very rude service.

Every time I go there, the line to pay for my articles is longer than before. It usually takes around 30min to be able to pay. Should avoid going there if you are in a hurry.

Overall the store gets me what I need, when I need it, at fantastic prices. Yeah there's lots to be desired (not always freshest fruit/veggies, expired items on the shelves sometimes, a handful of not-so-motivated or courteous employees), but I recommend a membership to anyone who lives within 10 minutes. Extra special props to Jennifer for knowing what she's doing, how to deal with customers, and how to run a store.

Security guy was really rude. A few months ago we were at the palisades mall and we were trying to find the best buy. We thought we could walk thru the bj's to get to it as it is attached to the mall, but apparently there's only one entrance/exit. So after walking around for 5 minutes, we left and the security very rudely searched my partner's backpack (he has diabetes so carries his supplies with him). Of course didnt find anything because we ARENT THIEVES.Rude rude rude. I got an offer to become a member in my email but will never because of that experience.

I love shopping at this location. Just started using drive up and Chip was the nicest person with positive energy. He was so helpful getting my items packed and it was just an overall great experience. Thanks Chip!!

Today we had a negative experience with one of the workers. He did not properly block off an aisle that was supposed to be closed, and then got annoyed and sarcastic with us when we didn't realize it. He said "I blocked the aisle off for a reason." We said OK and proceeded to leave the aisle BUT then he sarcastically sneered "I see you're continuing to just go down the aisle anyway". I don't like conflict, so I just kept going. It's not nice to be so rude to customers. If you want the aisle blocked off, be clear about that. Don't get annoyed with people when they aren't mind readers, and then be rude towards them. Zero stars

Came to the tire center to ask for help ywith flat tire that was purchased in the club. The guy under the counter was very rude and told me to leave keys and go kick rocks for 2 hours. And 'kick rocks' were exact words with a lecture that the world is not spinning around me... Then the guy gave the false name...

I got only 9 items and 4 of them rung up the incorrect price. There were no cashers; so I have to use self checkout. (I don't work for bjs so why am I ringing up my purchases?) This was 8:15 pm. I had to go back and forth to prove the displayed prices. I had to get the attendant over 4 times to price over ride. Are they trying to cheat their customers? Why are their prices so different at the register?

Poor treatment and service. Customers are never right especially when management themselves apologize for their wrong doing but take no action to rectify the problem. Very disappointed. Unfortunately, with this business mentality, shoppers will turn to online purchasing, more store closing and less jobs for YOU who turned us shoppers away. Wake up and do your jobs before its too late.

This place is horrible. I placed an online order yesterday October 5th. Bought several meats. Today Is the 6th I was going to makes a rack of ribs that was bought, and the second I opened the package I almost threw up. The smell was horrendous. I looked at the date and it said MUST SELL BY OCTOBER 4TH!!!!!!! Why in the world was this still on the shelf? Now I have an issue because now I do not know if the other meats are spoiled or not because they are frozen...some salads were bought and all were half spoiled. Management needs to train the staff to look at dates on packages.

Once arrived “18 wheelers” couple hours before your scheduled appointment, backing up at any open dock. Slide your wheels half away to bump the dock. Check if your bumper is not blocking the ramp to be opened.Don’t worry, all docks will see there are for BJ’s even though there are sign above docks saying other stores.Get inside to check-in. Nobody gonna tell you this: If you leave the waiting area, you won’t be unloaded. Stay there until you get your paperwork. Even though they wait for your appointment time to start working on your load, they won’t stop until you get empty. I would give them 4-stars, but I’m happy bkz they gave me about 18 palettes which i needed for my next load.Good luck of you and remember to share your experience and detailed REVIEWS whenever and wherever you’ll go.Thank you!

The staff are human, sometimes they are having a bad day when I speak with them and it shows. I don't hold it against them because overall they are very helpful and courteous.The goods are high quality and priced at between 20-30% discount to regular supermarket costs. Beer is cheap, but the deli is in fact slow. Leave your order and go back later.

I am happy to shop at this BJs. The customer’s service is great and the staff have always answered my questions or find me the item I am looking for in the store. Jennifer is a great representative of the store, she always goes above and beyond to assist all the customers with their questions and concerns. Keep up the amazing job.

Unfortunately their food is not kept at right temp and always has problems with it, it seems. Not sure if it is constant(for years) power outrage to blame or something else. Maybe keep items at closed shelves that need to be kept cold?*Last time I was there there were no fruits and veggies while Costco few miles away was fully stock.*Store is always overpriced especially for essential items like eggs, milk and bread, plus most others.

Great place to do grocery shopping, much better than Costco, because they have more variety of items ( ex: the cereals, the powder juice). My only problem is they always have one cashier.

Started here recently and have been happy so far. Produce selection doesn't seem as good as Costco, but overall its worth it. Place never seems to be that busy and we really love that you can do self-checkout.

I went there last night on some last minute thing since we were already at the mall. Ummm…a mouse literally ran across my foot right while walking passed the aisles. Also, the fruits and veggies do not look fresh, they looked withered and I just didn’t like how it felt in there. Never going back.

Yesterday 06-14-2020 I have the Worst experience. On the deli area. there was like 4 ppl working and basically they just talking having conversations between them. And the customer just waiting and they acting like they don’t care. We waited for like 10 minutes. And finally left with out getting anything. That’s disrespectful for us like customers.... they should be more professional and work interested just talk ...

Associate Jennifer (blonde hair) was extremely rude for absolutely no reason seemed like she was upset that my self checkout wasnt running as smoothly as she wanted. To be honest i felt a bit of racism towards my self and my husband. We in no way did anything or said anything wrong to her. But she snatched things from my hand and would respond to questions with an attitude and then when my card would not swipe she did not offer any way of helping. I had to give a suggestion as to print out a receipt with my scanned items so that another cashier could help me.

I was awfully shocked when the person that brought out my order to a pickup parking spot just handed me the receipt and left the cart for me to handle. I guess BJs is not a place where they would offer to put your items in the trunk.I hope my next visit is different. I really like BJs.
