BRAND NEW HEADPHONES, and they snapped. This is the type of product that they sell at Best Buy and because I didn’t decide to purchase their insurance they won’t fix this cheap quality product for me. Almost $400 dollars thrown to the garbage. Your customer service representative are so rude and disrespectful. DO BETTER FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS!

Don’t go to this bestbuy. I shop a lot at bestbuy stores mostly at one located in Paramus and never had any issues. I spend a ton of money there but this Bestbuy was horrible. I went in today to find out information on rear speakers for my lg gallery series gx soundbar and the rep that said he was an “lg” expert said that sound bar had no rear speakers for it without even checking. The sound bar does and I know because I did my research. While there I was also looking to pick up some earbuds to pair with my Sony oled so I don’t disturb my wife at night. While browsing around I noticed a young girl in a black shirt everywhere I would go, I thought it was just a coincidence at first but then I started to just go to random places even walking all the way across the store to a section that had nothing I wanted just to see if I was really being followed and sure enough she was there acting like she was doing I don’t know what but looking at product prices I guess, I was in the store about 35 minutes and the entire time she was right there over my shoulder which really offended me. I had to say “can I shop in peace without being followed like I’m a thief?” Then she just casually walked to the endcap of the isle and stood there while I was deciding what earbuds to choose. I found the ones I wanted then asked customer service to grab them for me since they didn’t have them on display. And once again the same girl is not far from me. I even said to the cashier why is this girl following me around the store when I’m clearly buying something? And he looked at me like I’m crazy and with an attitude replied I don’t what your talking about and I was respectful the entire time even though I shouldn’t have been at that point. I just spent 200$ on a pair of earbuds not to mention all the money I spend there on a frequent basis and I also have an account so they can see everything I purchase. It’s very upsetting and frustrating to go to a store where you spend a lot of money in only to be followed around the entire time and having multiple people continuously asking you if you need help when they heard me say no thank you multiple times. Save yourself the frustration and go to another Best Buy or even another store. It’s ridiculous the level of customer service they provide there and lack of knowledge on products. I just wish I had seen the girls name on a name tag or something to put it on here and report it to corporate. This is not a store you would feel comfortable shopping at and I definitely won’t ever go back there after todays experience.

Meredith’s Has a good product however, they are slow to respond to slow and or lost deliveries. I had to wait over a week for them to acknowledge that my delivery was lost and send another delivery, even though deliveries are said to take only one day. Very poor customer service.

I usually visit Best Buy to check out the latest techy products like mobile phones, laptops, tablets, gaming stations, earbuds, TVs, VR headsets and so forth. But I had never thought I would be looking at vacuums which surprised me how advanced technology was applied to vacuums..!!😮 This cordless vacuum from LG had all the bells and whistles including auto emptying after each usage, two detachable batteries, hard floor mopping nozzles and much more. And it looks so cool!!😎

This is a whack Best Buy store. They have zero customer service and busted up display cell phones. In fact they have several cell phones that are not on display, missing from their security lock, but advertised on the webpage.I was interested in sampling a particular Motorola phone but no luck. I thought this store being in an affluent mall- Palisades Mall in Rockland county- would definitely have good service. I was wrong.

It took some time to get an associate to assist, but once I did everything else went well. Gianni was extremely helpful. He took the time to explain product and exemplifies great customer service.

In part I believe Amazon is the true devil in all this because you used to get excellent service here and there was always people at every turn who seemed educated in electronics but sad to say that is no longer. Last visit I chose to use the internet because nobody could really assist with options. Today, I stood in the speaker section for well over 20 mins without help. None of the sample speakers work anymore. Nothing is labeled or priced. After looking around for a sales person, I just resulted to Google to pick the best of what they had available (not much at all) for new speakers for my truck. After, I realized customer service is now where you get rung up. I stood there with at least 5 other customers waiting about 7 mins with nobody there. Checkout took another 15 .. no joke. There were other employees around and a manager calling for help on the walk but at no point did she do what managers do and jump in to assist the 1 register. Only reason for 2 stars is the employees were at least nice ..

Went there to buy a laptop. After buying it, was sent over to Geek Squad to set it up and was helped by Serafino. He was absolutely great! Took the time explain things and answered our questions. Gave great customer service to us. I recomend him for help if you go there!

Brick and mortar stores are in a rapid decline and this location shows that in volumes.The staff is helpful, but there are limited items on site as if they know they will eventually close this location. I felt like I was in a dungeon. The dim lights add a low-energy vibe to the shopping experience. I might not be psychic, but I'm saying goodbye to this location in advance.

I needed a new microwave, and just needed reliable, trustworthy advice. Pete, who’s been with Best Buy for 2 decades, kept it simple and aside from his obvious competence and like ability, I trusted his sincerity. Easy, comfortable and off I went. Great purchase but the unit was damaged, probably in transit. No fuss return, I was treated like royalty. Nick, your kindness and great attitude was just lovely on this Saturday afternoon. Steve, to you and your team, when you show care like you guys do, you have a customer for life. Thank you. So very impressed. You stand out and it’s just fabulous.

This is a very clean and organized store, but I waited a long time to check out with only two ethernet cables and the store was virtually empty! Staff needs customer service training on how to better service their customers!

I had to get a SIM card that works here in the US and it took the girl that attended me 30’ to get it authorized. Considering the SIM card cost a 1.08$ i think she did a great job. She had the patience that I lacked to get the job done. 💪🌸❤️

There is nothingOn the shelves and the stuff that they do have is laying on the shelves like garbageAnd when you're in the store walking around trying to buy something, it smells like someone took a dump on the carpetsI will never shop there again. Workers don’t offer to help you, I had to chase them down. And they are inefficient, waited 20min it’s for them to open a case for headphones. They said twice the manager was coming, but no one came. She claimed she was getting the keys but I could see her the whole time standing there. Then the only checkout is at customer service which just doesn’t make sense bc it took so much longer for people who only wanted to check out.

It's getting harder and harder to find what i need in electronics at the brick and mortar level. I needed a web cam with the 1/4" screw hole so i can put it on a stand, oriented down. Staff didn't know which ones might be compatible (as some are designed only to rest on the monitor) and declined to open packages so i could check.

This Best Buy never has what I’m looking for, always out of stock on a lot of things, and not enough staff to help, definitely needs more staff, I waited like 20 minutes before I found someone to help me. And I think the air conditioning system was out of order as well, not a very clean or organized Best Buy.

The install team they have there (for car audio/GPS etc etc) is amazing. I have yet to have a truly bad experience. If any issues come up, they are quick to remedy the situation. I would recommend coming to this store and have this team do your vehicle upgrades.

This is one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had and as a consequence I will never shop at Best Buy again.In the West Nyack Best Buy on 8/10/2023, I purchased a refrigerator and since it was in the warehouse I arranged delivery to my home on 8/15/2023. The salesperson was friendly and efficient; so far so good. Best Buy notified me of the delivery on 8/15/2023 and on that day I received a phone call from the delivery company. Unfortunately, I missed the call but called back immediately since the voicemail stated that they were at my house. They did not answer my repeated calls and messages and made no attempt to ring my doorbell; I was home. I finally got through to be told that since I did not answer that first phone call phone, per protocol, they would return the fridge to the warehouse.I immediately called Customer Service to be told, after long periods on hold, that a new delivery date would be arranged and I would be informed. Receiving no response from Best Buy, I again contacted Customer Service and after more long periods on hold was now told that the item was out of stock and the earliest delivery would be late September. The Best Buy representative could not explain how, the fridge went from being, reportedly, in the delivery truck at my house, to suddenly being out of stock.This is total nonsense. I have to conclude that there was no delivery attempt on 8/15/2023 but a devious and elaborate charade to blame me by not answering the phone the first time. I therefore went online and cancelled the order and requested a refund which, I was informed would take 2 weeks. A month later with no refund in sight, I called Customer Service and after a particularly long hold period, I was told that there was a hold on the refund, with no explanation, and that the representative lifted the hold. I have received the refund and can now close this sorry chapter as well as my long relationship as a BestBuy customer.

Avoid at all costs! I paid over 3k$ for a TV and opted for the extended warranty which i was told was 180$ for 2 years.... what they actually did was con me into signing up for some membership which costs 180$ a year and that was the "warranty". In small print from the confirmation email it explains you void the warranty if you cancel the membership so the 2 yr "warrant" would of cost me 360$ for two years. I went in the very next day to speak to some young woman / manager that was pretty rude & had zero interest in my issue. She just looked at me and goes "so you want the warranty or not? It's 400$?"I got the warranty but will not be buying anything from this location. I know im being a little harsh but I went in there happy to finally be able to afford this beautiful TV I've been wanting to purchase for over a year and my heart dropped when I put together what they did. This is such a con I feel bad for anyone who didn't read the fine print.

GeekSquad installed my dash cam and it was a pretty good experience, it took a while but I walked around the mall a bit. he was very patient and moved the front camera a couple of times until I was happy with the location. overall I would use them again.
