This is a Super Store. The size of this place is impressive. Since all the Walmarts are pretty much set up the same, everything is easy to find.

The parking lot is generally clean. I like using the garden center entrance.I've been going to this location my whole life. Generally the staff is friendly and helpful.Lines are usually two or three people long during cash out but they do have lots of self check out to make it go quicker.

Avoid Walmart auto center they are a joke we bought a "brand new" battery for $180 dollars with a 5 year warranty while the battery has been in the car 3 months and the car died the other day and had to jump it 5 times and tow it home had another shop checked starter and alternator and battery they said the battery is junk and they will not charge and Walmart will not warranty the battery and they are saying that the battery is not hold the charge AVOID AT ALL COST

I was able to find most of my items/ took awhile to find some items today,but when I got to self checkout I scanned all my items, and the self checkout employee was behind me and caught me off guard, and asked for my ID for my movie, I understand the ID for the movie, but she needed to approach me in a more professional manner instead of being behind me and saying "I been behind you the whole time" while I am waiting for help/customer assistance! I won't use self checkout if this happens, I pay for all my items ✅

This morning I entered the store and had to use the restroom where this gentleman was very kind and was doing an incredible job. Truly the unsung hero of Walmart in Norwich. This man deserves a raise!!!! Thank you Charles

Ordered a 55 inch TV from this store. When the delivery came I noticed that the box was damaged (took a pic), then when I set up the TV and plugged it in, the screen was all messed up (took a pic). Called customer service and was told that I would have to bring the TV to the store to get a refund. After asking to speak with a supervisor for 10 minutes, she decided to "do me a favor and get FedEx to come pick up the damaged TV at no charge to me", really? That's doing me a favor. I should have done better research as I'm just noticing that a few people have complained about receiving damaged items from this location. I was very disappointed with the service (lack thereof) from the company and I need someone from management to reach out to me about this situation.

It would be nice when you go through a regular register if they would bag again......it really isn't that hard to do, and there is no real reason why they don't other than I feel they just don't want to.

Not enough checkouts ever open. Difficult to find Anything since they constantly rearrange isles. Was looking for some Black Friday specials- they either sold out in 1 day or had some items in weird places. Atmosphere is always miserable, better to shop online and in other grocery stores than deal with the misery of Walmart.

I found the Real Cars 1 Piston Cup Racers. Although I got the Sputter Stop one when I was a kid especially the Gask-Its one. The Gask-Its one is Very Rare to find. And I couldn't find the Gask it guy at my home because I have now Idea where it went. so I like to say thank you for the 2 pack. 😀

Very Nice Store! Nice & Clean! Friendly cashiers! Well stocked merchandise. Fairly easy to find a worker to help you find something or tell you what isle it should be in. Getting in & through the checkout is much easier at this store compared to the other walmarts!

The service here is always rude and seem very judge mental but I understand their concern being that I know the people from this town. The products are usually priced low and if decent quality. The produce is usually pretty fresh so you really can't beat it. It's the only super-center for miles around here and until Marshall's got put in down the block one of the only clothing stores unless you went to one of the bigger city's over an hour away. So I'd suggest it.

Although the store may not have a choice, I hope they stop carrying the triple size Bounty paper towels and try to keep the double and single rolls. Where does the manufacturer expect people to keep the rolls handy for use? They also stopped carrying several of their popular older grocery staples, which is very disappointing.

Good for shopping as they usually have what ever you need but since COVID they took the benches away for people who check out and are waiting for a taxi or other ride to pick them up, Why can't individual seats be put in ? Also needs more electric scooters and have employees checking up on them to make sure they are charged promptly and brought back into store!

They don't have enough employees that are able to unlock certain merchandise... u ask for help and that employee has to go find the rit person to help you and most of the time they can't find that person so you can't get the product that you want cause it's locked up and nobody can unlock it

I prefer the one in Norwich NY over the one in Oneonta NY cause the one in Norwich NY they don't follow you around like your up to no good and make shopping take longer only time the employees in Norwich NY have came up to me was when i couldn't find something and they showed me were it was making it so I got all I needed so I can get in and out fast to me that is phenomenal customer service unlike Oneonta NY were they follow you and make me feel bad and I'm stuck in the mall longer that is why I stopped going to the Walmart in Oneonta NY and only go to the one in Norwich NY just the good vibes and incredible employees in the Norwich NY Walmart

Hard to shop when the people are doing shopping for pick up. They push through and not courteous, they whip around aisles as if there wasn't anyone else in the store. Then hardly any lines with actual cashiers. Makes it unfriendly, lower prices since we have to check ourselves out, then we cant be trusted, cause someone stands around to check receipts...which they are not really checking anyway.

Whenever we travel south, we would usually make a stop at Walmart in Norwich on our way back home to pick up some food. The last time I went here it was the worst experience I have had in a store, there was human feces laying on the floor near the cash registers. I was so disgusted we literally turned around and left the store without buying anything. No one was coming to clean it up, people were literally walking around it. I will go to Aldi or Price Chopper before I ever go here again!
