I recently had the pleasure of taking my dog Piper to Pet Street Station and I can't express enough how excellent the care was. The team ensured Piper was seen immediately, which was greatly appreciated given the stress any pet parent experiences in such situations.The vet was not only professional but also incredibly warm and caring. Every question I had was answered in detail, providing reassurance and clarity about Piper's condition and the treatment plan. The genuine concern they showed for Piper's wellbeing was truly touching. I wholeheartedly recommend this vet to all pet owners for their superb service and compassionate care. Pet Street Station has given me an excellent experience in veterinary care for my dogs. They fit me in whenever my dogs need an appointment, and the staff is wonderful! Although the cost of care is expensive everywhere, Pet Street Station will compare prices and try alternate options if finances are an issue. The veterinarians are knowledgeable, kind, and really care about the pets they are providing care for. It is the best place around for vet care for your pets! My pets are happy and healthy because of their care!

They take excellent care of my dog & 2 cats. My "trouble" cat was recently seen for the first time (& my first time bringing her). She's the grey one in the photo below. Expecting her to be a Tasmanian devil as described to me by her previous owner, I was shocked & delighted to see the staff handle her in the exact way she needed in order to stay calm & cooperative. Just moved here and called to make an appointment for my cat. I am treating her for cystitis and she’s having an issue. Was told by Anna that new vet appointments are being scheduled in February and if she’s having an issue I need to call around. I started to say she’s having an issue and abruptly was told to have a good day.Customer service starts from the moment you talk to someone. I have cats and dogs and will not be using this vet for any of them.

It was the first time taking my dog to the groomer there. From the minute you enter the building you're greeted in a positive way. Everybody is friendly. They take care of your pet as if it was their own. I will continue to take my dog there.

It's been a long time of battling allergies for Ollie. It's been a long time since he was this happy. I'm so extremely grateful to our new vet for figuring out what was going on with him. They explained everything to me along the way. Who would've thought an ear infection would be the cause of his Hotspots. With an aggressive steroid regimen and a daily dose of claratin.... he's bak to his old happy, non itchy, non head shaking self. I love him so much ♡Looking for a good vet in Norwich? Recently visited the Animal Hospital with my Labrador for bloody stools. They got me in for an appointment with Dr Sautter quickly and I couldn’t be happier with the care we recieved. She had a hunch what might be wrong, tested her blood in within 15 minutes she was diagnosed with Anaplasmosis from a tick bite. We gave her the recommended medication and she was back to normal in 24 hours. Rachel who set up the appointment was very kind on the phone. I am glad I found Pet Street Station Vets!

So I took my little guy the other day to pet street to see dr cavaliere if I spelled it wrong sorry . But him and his tech were awesome !!! They held myLittle man and played with him and he really enjoyed being there . He also was spoiled with treats . I can truly tell this place really loves what they are doing and take it more than just numbers . These furbabies are actually cared for by this staff ! And it shows big time . Ty staff at pet street station . You also see my other 2 babies and I’ve had nothing but good come from this place . They don’t do anything that don’t need to be done I know that for a fact . They don’t try to you to pay for something that’s not needed . I will recommend this place over any other vets close by . Thanks pet street!

The doctors and staff at Pet Street are always very helpful and supportive. They answer questions in detail and give instructions clearly. My cat Romeo just had 6 teeth extracted. He is 16 years old and I was worried about him. Four days later, he is his old self.

Dr Sautter is exemplary. Answers all questions thoroughly & succinctly. Never does "client talk" to me, i. e. never talks down to me. She never cuts me off during a round of questioning, i. e.I ask my question & if I have a follow up questions she patienly fields them as well. And she really knows her stuff but will be up front and say if there's something she wants to double check on or investigate further (although she rarely needs to do this). And the cream on the cake is that she's got a great personality and a down-to-earth manner about her. I couldn't recommend her more highly.

Love Dr king. I just had to put CB to sleep Dr King and his staff worked on him for 2 days in the end there was nothing that could help him. They were compassionate and so caring, taking all the time I needed that day. Again I want to thank them for all they did to save my baby

Customer since 2008, Dr. Cruz was great, sad to see her leave. I had to put my sweet dog down, Dr. King didn't consider to giving him a sedative first, which distressed me further. I didn't want to go back. However my husband took our other dog in during COVID19 and Dr. Cavaliere was absolutely wonderful. He took his time to explain everything. I will continue to see him.
