10/10 I WILL be returning here again. They have Barbour stocked items I cannot find anywhere else (except secondhand for double the cost.) I couldn't believe how fast my items arrived. I purchased a Barbour hood and Vest liner and both arrived within 3 days! On the order receipt within the box, a hand written "Thank you for your order!!" was there. Meant alot. Support mom and pop shops folks!

Very helpful. They go out of their way to accommodate. I love a brand called Barbour. They called the co while I waited and got me everything I wanted. They also carry equiline which is hard to find on Long Island.

Absolutely amazing customer service! I placed an online order for a Barbour rain coat that was on final sale. I called to make sure it was in stock. A nice woman verified everything for me, and it was then packaged nicely in a sturdy box and shipped quickly to me here in Virginia! Smaller than I expected but excellent service- really excellent. My saleswoman, I think her name was Anna, or maybe Anita took thevtime to reallyvexplore my needs and be there to help. As I am just restating finding lessons after a recent stroke, I needed a lot of help. The owner ( I think it was the owner ) was also very accommodating. I'd definitely go back.

Needed a pair of riding chaps and I’m so glad this store was around! Being new to riding, I had no clue what was an appropriate fit, (thicker calves and short legs). The ladies here measured and found a great pair for me with better than online store prices! I also ended up buying a pair of paddock boots to go with the chaps. Definitely recommend this store!

Very good, extensive selection of items at good prices. Wonderful, caring customer service from a knowledgeable staff. Have always guided me into properly fitting breeches, coats, tall boots, show clothes, horse clothing and even every-day wear for myself and my children. Guide us well into what we really need. Even items for the dogs. And, if they do not have an item in stock, they have gone out of their way to make sure we get the right item. Have learned the hard way to shop only there.

North Shore Saddlery really went above and beyond. I originally purchased an incorrect size for a pair of moccasins and called to exchange. Sarah was extremely helpful, and even called Barbour directly and arranged for them to send the size I needed when it was unavailable. I would reccomend them to anyone looking for a great customer experience. A++
